As followers of Yeshua, we must be careful not to co-sign onto any “diplomatic” and “peace-keeping solutions” of the anti-Semitic, anti-Christ spirit in any way.

The politics of a two-state solution in Israel have proved foolish — spiritually and naturally. This is true whether the proponent of such a two-state solution is the U.S., the UN, or Israel itself. Spiritually, the idea that any government has the power to give away land which God has given eternally to His people is rooted in pride, and God resists the prideful, according to James 4:6. Moreover, He is not a covenant-breaking God.

As He said in Numbers 33:53: ” … you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess.” And as repeated throughout Scripture, the promise God made to Abraham’s rightful heirs in Genesis 17:7–8 still stands.

In the natural, the proposition of a two-state solution has proved to be nothing but foolishness. Every historical attempt to compromise with the satanic wickedness that desires only the extinction of Abraham’s rightful heirs from land to sea has been deadly for the Israelis. Pro-Hamas annihilation factions have reframed the Arab League’s 1947 rejection of the U.N.-defined boundaries as a “peaceful two-state solution,” attempting to justify their history of such terrorism as the Oct. 7 massacre. To have accepted the 1947 boundaries, these factions insist, was the equivalent of agreeing with Israel’s right to self-determination and to a Jewish state that was inherently self-destructive; it would have signaled Arab League respect for and acceptance of the Jewish peoples’ right to exist as a nation and to settle the land of Israel, they argue. Therefore, they could not and would not accept it. But the proposed land distribution maps of 1947 illustrates the deceptiveness of that argument.

We are watchman-intercessors ordained to help facilitate God’s kingdom in the earth and on the earth. So, any well-meaning prayers petitioning God for a two-state solution to end the current conflict of Israel’s battle to survive and the Hamas-caused suffering of people on both sides seems void of understanding about what has been prophesied to bring about the restoration of all things. I have sought the Lord for His heart, wanting my prayers and intercession to be a sweet-smelling aroma, and He has forbidden me to pray with any humanistic, prideful, antibiblical understanding. Though not without occasional correction, and after several years of obeying God in this area, I now have faith to see Israel more clearly for who she is — all of who she is — rather than as she appears to many today.

Isaiah 62:7 instructs Israel’s watchmen to give God no rest until He reestablishes Jerusalem and Israel is made a praise in all the earth. Some of the ways I’ve been led by Holy Spirit include the way I speak about Israel. For example, do I speak what is because God has settled it, or do I speak only what things appear to be in the world? With reference to the land area, God’s Israel doesn’t include any places called the West Bank, Gaza, or the occupied territory. Those are lands given to the tribe of Judah and which encompass Judea and Samaria. Each time we speak the Antichrist’s revision of God’s mandate, we are in many ways enabling the propaganda and feeding the lie. Then there is the way we portray or represent Israel. When we use the dome of that mosque constructed in the seventh century in illustration of and relation to Israel, are we not enabling the spread of claims of rightful ownership of Jerusalem by others? We know that ultimately the Lion of Judah will have His way. And we have His beautiful and gracious invitation to partner with Him, doing our part in the earth for this age.

With this in mind, please pray for our strength and conviction to break mistaken old church habits and to say only what our Father and our Messiah have said regarding Israel and all of who she is, because to call her by any other name is not the will of the Father.
