Twenty states are working to block President Joe Biden’s transgender mandate tied to schools, which effectively allows biological boys who identify as female to compete in girls sports and for transgender youths to use locker room and bathroom facilities in accordance with their preferred “gender identity” as opposed to their biological sex, among other issues.
On Monday, a coalition of 20 states sued the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Education (DOE) over the mandate, with Tennessee Attorney General…leading the way.
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and West Virginia have joined the lawsuit.
Slatery argued in a statement that “this case is about two federal agencies changing law, which is Congress’ exclusive prerogative.”

The DOE and EEOC had issued guidance stating that, based on the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, which said employers cannot terminate workers because of their gender identity or sexuality, that not recognizing a person’s gender identity would also constitute actionable discrimination under Title VII…
The guidance, the lawsuit argues, “purports to resolve highly controversial and localized issues such as whether employers and schools may maintain sex-separated showers and locker rooms, whether schools must allow biological males to compete on female athletic teams, and whether individuals may be compelled to use another person’s preferred pronouns.
“But the agencies have no authority to resolve those sensitive questions, let alone to do so by executive fiat without providing any opportunity for public participation,” it states.
Last month, pediatricians and other health care workers joined to sue the Biden administration over the “gender identity” expansion tied to health care, which would…require medical professionals to provide gender-related services and surgeries despite objections, medical or otherwise.
Objections, even concerning the treatment of children, would be considered “discrimination,” pursuant to Biden’s reinterpretation of sex to include sexual orientation and “gender identity.”
“The American College of Pediatricians, the Catholic Medical Association, and an OB-GYN doctor who specializes in caring for adolescents filed suit in federal court to challenge a Biden administration mandate requiring doctors to perform gender transition procedures on any patient, including a child, if the procedure violates a doctor’s medical judgment or religious beliefs,” read a press release from the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF)…
Immediately after being sworn into office, Biden signed an Executive Order broadening sex discrimination to include sexual orientation and gender identity…

Government overreach is an understatement!! This is sinful, it is against our Holy God, and against our children and grandchildren! God created a man and a woman! There is no one that doesn’t know that this is wrong! That’s what makes this so horrendous. People have literally sold their souls for money, an agenda, and pure evil! Father, let ANY politician, ANY doctor, anyone, that dares harm our children and grandchildren, or any child, in any way, be dealt with according to Matthew 18:6! In Jesus name!
Oh lord we thank you that you have allowed Men and Women of strength who have the wisdom of God and desire to serve God working in our stead to stop the evil that the enemy is try to weigh us down with.
Oh father God we thank you that your word is true and you watch over it and it does not come back void unto to you. Let us rise up with them and take a stance in whatever way we can father that you’ve made us to do so. Whether it be intercessory whether it be standing at school as a mom or a dad and saying no this isn’t for our children. You have raised so many people who are brave and strong. Give our country our people the strength of your Holy Spirit to rise up as it says in Isaiah Arise and Shine.
Oh God I look and I see different areas where you are answering our prayers wonderfully and miraculously ,as you remind the Israelites to keep their eyes and what you’ve done for them. Help your children here to keep their eyes on all that you are doing looking forward ,keeping our GAZE on you TRUSTING in you WAITING and WORKING towards your ♥️ HEARTS DESIRES FATHER. THANK YOU FATHER that you ARE there and you hear our prayers.
Yes, Lord, we ask for Your wisdom given to the attorneys in the lawsuits to end government overreach into our children’s lives and for all states to join this lawsuit. According Your Word, Matthew 18:6 “If anyone causes one of these little ones — those who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” We decree in Jesus’ name that the children shall be protected with the success of these lawsuits.
The wrath of God is being revealed from Heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them because God made it plain to them….so that men are without excuse….Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchange the truth of God for a lie…. Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain. The knowledge of God, He gave them over to adepraved mind to do what ought not to be done!…see Romans 1: 18-32, please!
Our government ‘s .
job was not created to interfere or control our children.
That is the parents responsibly.
Actually this interference from our government regarding our children’s sexuality is an abomination in God’s eyes.To teach children to disobey God , it would be better if a noose was around their necks and thrown into the ocean.
That is what the bible says.
Leave our children alone.
The people of the US have already given our children a lot of pain and sorry due to this Covid
Our government should be working on a cure and seeking God on how to governed the US.
We need wise leaders who seek God everyday .
