We obviously see the world from different perspectives. I do believe my eyes as regards the multitude of supporters, and I disbelieve liberal media and their polls are a joke–according to their polls Hillary Clinton would have been president. Perhaps you should reconsider your confidence in the polls? That our president is, just as you say, booed and shown disrespect by often lewd, hate-filled liberals unlike anything expressed toward a president in my life time is also true–which is the very reason we are praying as we are for the well-being of President Trump and his family. But their hate in no way negates the reality of the extraordinary high esteem and affection his grateful supporters. We understand that the hate and desire for his removal is actually toward us who hold dear the Christian values our nation was founded on and by which our nation will be blessed of the Almighty.

Vickie, whatever else Donald Trump may be, the man is a brilliant business man, a strong leader, and a proven patriot. He identified the problems that have weakened our nation–spiritually, morally, economically, militarily–and committed himself to fixing those problems. His political promises were simple reflections of the desires of the people who now line up for days just to hear him speak and express their gratitude. Candidate Trump’s promises were simple and easily remembered — build the wall to secure our borders and insure our sovereignty as a nation, repeal and replace Obamacare, cut taxes, destroy the Islamic State’s reign of terror , renegotiate better trade deals, reason with tyrants menacing the world–things restore America’s dignity….all which add up to serve to making America great again.
President Trump has demonstrated sincerity and strength in making every effort to fulfill his promises from day 1 in spite of unpresidented opposition from those who oppose us. Ours is no blind “hero-worship”; Donald Trump has earned the esteem given by his supporters. Evidently you oppose many kept promises (deeds he has actually done to prove his word is trustworthy), but his supporters rally in unmatched numbers to show their appreciation for the very things liberals oppose. That a Democratic Congress committed to wickedness (as defined by God’s Word) has refused to work with the president to fix America’s problems, thus hindering all that he has purposed to do for America, is on Congress not the president.

I see Donald Trump as having made a valiant effort to do for us exactly what we hired him to do. In the business world he would have proven himself worthy of a huge bonus for his work ethic and his accomplishments and yet the man has worked for us without a salary. For this I give thanks and praise to God.

I see Donald Trump as having made SUCH a VALIANT effort to do for US exactly what we hired him to do–in the business world he would have proven himself worthy of huge bonus’ and promotions (!) for his work ethic and his accomplishments. And yet we see a true servant of the people, a president who works for us without a salary. That he has served tirelessly and has been a giver is in blazing contrast with the former president and his family who saw the American tax payer as their servants.

I’m still on my first cup of morning coffee so pardon me if I forget something here, but a few reasons President Trump is so highly esteemed by people like me just off the top of my head include the following:

1) Two Supreme Conservative Court Justices

2) Moved American Embassy to Jerusalem

3) Began reversing President Barack Obama’s executive orders and burdensome regulations on businesses immediately

4) Approved the Keystone XL pipeline creating high salary jobs and releasing America from dependency on foreign oil

5) Cut taxes.

6) Our economy has exceeded all expectations, a reversal of the downward spiral Obama told everyone was irreversible

7) Got us out of the Paris Accord

8) Renegotiation of NAFTA

9) Withdrawal from TPP (the Trans-Pacific Partnership)

10) Historical meetings with N. Korea, i.e. an unmatched effort to denuclearize North Korea

11) Ended our outrageous and unfair financing of NATO

12) Included school choice in his budget

13) Working to revoke funding for “sanctuary cities”

14) Made every effort to deal with illegal imigration, increase border security and build a wall–tried to impose a travel ban, etc.

15) Legislation for new mandatory prison sentences

16) Targeting deported immigrants who reenter the U.S. illegally and those with criminal records

17) Enhanced penalties for foreigners who violate our laws in overstaying visas.

18) Executive action directing Attorney General Jeff Sessions to start a new task force devoted to “crime reduction and public safety.”

19) Signed a bill into law extending a program that gives some veterans the option to get medical care from private doctors.

20) Signed an executive order to enhance whistleblower protections at the VA (and has pledged that his administration will continue working to reform it).

21) Signed two executive orders seeking to suspend travel and immigration from several Muslim-majority countries, including orders for stricter vetting procedures for visa applicants

22) Guantanamo remains open

23) Most recently–stopped the Obama pretense and actually fought against ISIS, destroying key strongholds and removing Al-Baghdaddi and other leading ISIS leaders
