Kim Potter has written a beautiful prayer guide for us designed to annihilate the spirit of fear. Follow along, intercessor, and pray against the fear in your life.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
God, I thank You that You have not given me a spirit of fear. Fear does not belong to me. I rebuke the spirit of fear and command it to go from me in Jesus’ name. Spirit of fear, you have no right to torment me; I come against you with the blood of Jesus – you must come through that blood to get to me. Go now, in Jesus’ name, and do not come back.

Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19 NKJV).
Father God, thank You for the authority You gave me through Christ. Today I exercise that authority over the spirit of fear and command it to go from me, to leave me and my entire family. We refuse and resist fear, in Jesus’ name. It must go, according to the Word of God, now, in Jesus’ name.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints (Ephesians 6:10–18 NKJV).
Today I put on the whole armor of God. I will stand firm against every evil work. I am fully equipped to withstand anything the Enemy would try to bring against me today. I successfully quench every fiery dart of the wicked one. I have victory! I declare it to be so now, in Jesus’ name.

Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven (Matthew 18:18 NKJV).
Thank You for Your Word, God. What I bind on earth is bound in heaven. I come into agreement with this Word, and I bind the spirit of fear, I command it to go, in Jesus’ name. It has no place in me, and it will no longer torment me. This day I declare my freedom! In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10 NKJV).
I will not fear. God is with me, and He gives me strength. He upholds me and gives me the victory every single time. I walk in peace because He is always with me.

Though a host encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, [even then] in this will I be confident (Psalm 27:3 AMPC).
God, I thank You that no matter what I may face today, I remain in peace and confident of Your faithfulness. My heart shall be at rest, for You are with me. I fear not, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me (Psalm 23:4 NKJV).
And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work … (2 Timothy 4:18).
God, today I rejoice in You. You are with me. You comfort me. You deliver me from every evil work. Thank You! I give You praise that YOUR love for me casts out all fear, now and always, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears (Psalm 34:4 NKJV).
Oh, what a glorious God! You have heard my cry, and You have delivered me from ALL my fears; today I am free from all fear. Thank You, God, for faithfully fulfilling Your Word and Your promises in my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father” (Romans 8:15 NKJV).
Fear is gone from me. Jesus has taken all my fears and nailed them to the cross. I will not fear again, I will only cry out “Abba, Father,” for You are with me. You give me peace and security. I trust You completely. Thank You for delivering me from every evil work and from all my fears, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6–7 NKJV).
From this day forth, I will not be anxious about anything. Instead, with thanksgiving I will go to God with my request. And His peace, which passes all understanding, will guard my heart, my mind, and my emotions through Christ Jesus. Thank You, God! I receive and walk in this promise from today to the end of my days. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Lord God, the times are becoming darker and darker, and in that midst, the spirit of fear tempts to grip even those who call themselves Christians. Lord, help us to look to Your Word, to Christ’s assuring words that He is with us. He left us the Holy Spirit and we need to walk in that. The times have become more intense, because You have allowed us. Lead us to the right reaction, to buckle down and look to You, to trust You, to walk in the Holy Spirit’s power, and to shove aside the spirit of fear. Lord, awaken Your people and the church at such a time as this, so that we can be conduits, shining beacons that bring saving light to the many, many lost who only know fear. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

This is a powerful.message this morning, and at this time in our world! Thank you for sharing Kim Potter’s article with this message.
This fearful spirit has taken.over so many since our country and world has turned completely upside down.
We have been warned, and many have studied the scriptures about fear and being strong in The Lord.
Yet, the lull of media voices, the times of plenty, in addition to other worldly influences have all
caused a severe lack of armour bearing soldiers in Jesus Christ! We need to gird our loins brothers and sisters, and bear one anothers burdens, so we can stand in strength and honor and might before the enemy trying to take us all down! Fear is a spiritual challenge and feeling that is overwhelming , enabling the inability to move forward for His church and His work in us.
Oh Dear Father,
We do pray for our lack of asking for help through Jesus Christ, to conquer our fears and the spirit that causes them. We ask for forgiveness and renewal of our hearts and minds to stand battle ready! These coming days will not be easy on our own, remind us to look out for our family n Jesus Christ and to help us bear one another’s burdens in Love through Jesus Christ!
In His Name we pray
Amen

Sister, Tonya, I am right here with you. Missing church this morning wants to send me into a pit but I rebuke it in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior. The fear is starting to manifest it physically in my body and I am catching every lil cold virus that comes around, I know the enemy wants to keep me locked up in my home, but I ain’t gonna let him!! God Bless You on this Beatiful Sabbath.
