Father, we're praying about Iran's actions against our nation. Bring peace in the Middle East, and protect both America and Israel.

According to the Pentagon, our nation is seeking to avoid direct conflict with Iran at all costs.

From Breitbart. The Pentagon said Thursday that its message to Iran — who is funding proxy attacks against U.S. forces and military and commercial ships in the Middle East — is that the United States does not seek a regional conflict.

Let the IFA community know how to pray for you.

Asked by a reporter at a press briefing what the Pentagon’s message to Iran is, Deputy Defense Press Secretary Sabrina Singh responded:

I think our message has been very clear from the beginning. … We don’t want to see a regional conflict, and we certainly don’t want what’s happening in Gaza to spill out into a larger regional or wider-scale war. …

She added, however, that the United States was “meeting those words with actions.”

She noted recent U.S. strikes against the Houthis, who she said are being supplied weapons by Iran to attack American and global commercial vessels in the Red Sea. …

“So we are we are being very public with our message to Iran, and we want these — we certainly want these attacks to stop, not only on our forces — on our forces in Iraq and Syria, but our forces in the Red Sea and commercial shipping,” she said. …

Is this the right response to Iran’s increasing attacks? Share your thoughts and prayers below.

Heavenly Father, I humbly come before You to ask that Your protective arms enfold the peoples of Israel, the Ukraine, and the United States of America from the threats of Iran, Russia, China, and North Korea. As we live our lives, we daily hear about the tragic results of war and the threats that are uttered against our nation, the United States of America, and our allies and friends. I beg You, dear Heavenly Father, to hear our prayers as You have promised and calm our fearful and trembling hearts and minds. Everyday, we hear and read of threats to the security and the stability of our nation, the United States of America, and our allies and friends in the world. As You have said, there will always be threats of war and rumors of war. We also now hear the threat of attack of every form and of every kind upon our children and upon us. Lord God, we pray that You would not allow us to be confused or confounded by those who promote terror and massive destruction and harm upon Your people. But, we do pray that You would, through the Holy Spirit, increase and strengthen our faith, that we would always turn to You, our refuge and our strength. Heavenly Father, we pray that You and Your holy angels would defend us from attack, confound those who would deprive us of our freedom, and thwart the evil efforts of those who intend to cause pain, suffering, and death by their cowardly acts of assassination, humiliation, murder, and fear. In Christ Jesus’ mighty and holy name, and by His authority, I pray. Amen.

Dear JESUS
We plead YOUR great arm of protection over the forces allied against us and YOUR people Israel. YOU alone know how to best resolve our conflicts today. No one is calling out the killing of YOUR followers in S. Africa and China’s war against the Massai people of Zimbabwe.
