Arkansas is the first state in our nation to pass laws blocking the CCP from owning American farmland. Praise God!

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders will announce on Tuesday that a Chinese state-owned corporation must sell more than 100 acres of agricultural land in northeast Arkansas, the consequence of a law signed by Sanders earlier this year barring ownership of agricultural land by prohibited foreign parties, Townhall has learned.

The 160 acres of land owned by Syngenta — an agrichemical company headquartered in Switzerland and owned by Chinese Communist Party-controlled ChemChina — is the first to be hit with the consequences of Act 636 which went into effect earlier this year after being signed by Governor Sanders.
As summarized by the state House, the legislation “prohibits certain foreign parties from acquiring any interest in Arkansas agricultural land, provides penalties for violations, [and] creates the Office of Agricultural Intelligence for information analysis and enforcement.” The Chinese Communist Party is one such entity that is now prohibited. …
“For far too long, in the name of tolerance, we’ve let dangerous governments infiltrate our country,” Governor Sanders told Townhall of her administration’s action. “Arkansas will tolerate them no longer.”
“Today, Arkansas is becoming the first state in the country to force a Chinese state-owned company to sell their farmland,” Sanders noted. “This isn’t about where you’re from, it’s about where your loyalties lie. We simply can’t trust those who pledge allegiance to a hostile foreign power.” …
In regard to China, Governor Sanders’ efforts have already — within just months of taking office — proven fruitful in her bid to protect Arkansas — as well as the United States by extension — and its residents from the CCP’s well-documented malign influence. …
In addition to Act 636, Governor Sanders has also signed Act 525 to ban drones made by Chinese and Russian companies as well as Act 758 to prohibit public contracts with the Chinese Communist Party. …

I whole heartily CONGRATULATE Governor Sanders for TAKING A STRONG stand for our faith and freedoms. I pray she will have God’s blessings upon her and His Holy arms to protect her. I pray that other states will see clearly and discern truth by following her example.

Praying for Israel and the spiritual battle that is taking place. Releasing Waring Angels to come along side their army, for wisdom for the leaders and God’s hand of protection over those fighting. For other states to follow Arkansas lead in voting against CCP. Praying for the vote for Speaker of the House, that God will lead the vote and that a righteous person, who is God’s choice will be elected. Praying for in agreement with others that America shall be saved, in the Name of Jesus.

Actually, Florida already banned the CCP from owning anything in Florida, so Gov. Sanders is mistaken. She’s on the right track, but a little too prideful.

Thank God, for this common sense approach to protecting our nation. Please bless Gov. Sanders and the legislators who voted for this bill – for their strong stand against the CCP. May other states quickly follow suit. I also ask that You would stir those who own our farmland to not allow it to lay fallow when it could be producing. We need to be more self-reliant as a nation.
Oh, that we farmers could do just that. We are old, taking care of other older family members, and the tractor broke down yesterday. Everything is so expensive, we can barely afford the seed, and can’t afford to get repairs, or hire someone to help us, so my husband will have to try to repair it himself. We were born for such a time as this, God will supply our need. It’s a sad time to live in, but we are holding out, and by the grace of God, our land will remain in our family, as long as we can afford to pay the taxes!
I’m sorry if that sounded like an accusation against farmers. I know you face an uphill battle in this day of government restrictions, rising costs, and the harassment of the enemy. In a recent trip, it just hit me that many fields were lying fallow. So I bless you, and ask the LORD to bless you. May you know His rich provision, and His pleasure in your hard work and sacrifice. As a child, we moved from a rural setting to a city and because of my clothing, etc. they called me “farmer” as a slur. I decided to take that name as a compliment instead, and reminded them they should be grateful to farmers who provide the food they eat. You are appreciated!

IFA needs to stick to the TRUTH
Perhaps I am looking at the wrong reports, but Gov. DeSantis passed the law against CCP buying land there. Gov. Sanders is forcing the CCP to sell the land they already own and get out of the state.
It’s not a race! Praise GOD for Governor DeSantis and Governor Sanders! I plan to write my Governor in Ohio to see if the CCP owns any Ohio farmland or factories or buildings or anything; and encourage him to take a bold stand also against the CCP! Write your Governors and State Legislators to see if China has infiltrated land in your state! FATHER GOD thank YOU for always protecting us all in JESUS NAME! Amen!
