Legally, why should Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton be reversed? (Beside the fact that before their deaths, both women asked the Court to reverse their cases.)

Since we now have broken the 110,000 barrier, our next partnership goal will be a Quarter Million by the coming anniversary of Roe on January 22, 2019.

We believe that with prayer and working together we can achieve this goal. People are fired up. People are thinking about abortion and they will be again in January. Look at the list below of all the new Christian leaders who have joined us. The army is growing and we all must continue to work together.

Even if you have sent out the Petition once, please consider doing it again. The best way to get actual signatures is to explain the purpose, then say, “Join me in signing the Petition. Click here.” (See draft attached.)

We are grateful to many of you for your efforts in helping collect the over 110,000 signatures we have now on behalf of Melinda Thybault, The Moral Outcry Visionary. Some of you have pledged your cooperation, endorsement, promotion on social media, etc. and have not had an opportunity to do so just yet. Now is the time.

Remember, we filed our first Amicus Brief with the United States Supreme Court on December 13, 2017, with over 57,000 signatures in March v. Mills. We filed our second brief in NIFLA v. Becerra with over 74,000.  By God’s grace and a major united effort by the pro-life community, led by National Institute of Family and Life Advocates and Alliance Defending Freedom, Christians achieved a major Supreme Court decision in that case. The California law requiring crisis pregnancy centers to promote abortion was struck down as unconstitutional. The first 74,000 signers names were in that record at the Supreme Court

By God’s grace and your help, we can have a Quarter Million signers on the next brief, whenever it comes. This will show the Supreme Court that there are growing numbers of people who recognize abortion as a crime against humanity. Just getting that truth out there advances our cause! When the case reaches the Court that will actually reverse Roe, we hope to have over one million petition signers. And perhaps at that time a million people praying and marching outside the Court.

This next goal of 250,000 signers is a key in this multi-phase, multi-year strategy.

The Moral Outcry is also an important education tool to show that life in America would be better if Roe v. Wade were reversed. Can you tell someone quickly why Roe should be reversed? It’s not enough under the Law of Judicial Precedent to say, “It was wrong – it is killing people.”

Why should Roe be reversed according to the “Law of Judicial Precedent” book, which Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch co-authored with other judges? For the five reasons stated in The Moral Outcry Petition. 1. Abortion is a Crime Against Humanity. 2. New evidence shows Life Begins at Conception. 3. New evidence shows Abortion Hurts Women. 4. There is now a new, better alternative to abortion through Safe Haven laws. No woman has to kill a child to be free of the burden of child care. See www.nationalsafehavenalliance.org. 5. There are a million people waiting to adopt healthy newborn children. All of these can be categorized as legal reasons under the Law of Judicial Precedent for overturning a Supreme Court decision.

Please help us collect the signatures. Please help us publicize The Moral Outcry. We must educate and prepare our people for the next step. We are asking all our partners to do some promotional activity, especially email which is the easiest way to click through and sign the Petition; social media; radio or television interviews. Whatever works best for your ministry. Sign the Petition. Spread the Word. End Abortion.
