There is still a great love for America today. Even those who are not Christ-followers know that America is in great need. A nationally recognized day of prayer is a perfect opportunity to pray for our nation and extend an invitation for others to join you.

This year, our theme is Love One Another. Our nation needs us to Love One Another… in our homes, churches, schools, workplaces, ball fields, and grocery stores. It is a high calling, and one that has the potential to change not only our personal circles, but America and the world.

When we Love One Another, we value one another. We care for one another. We treat others with respect and dignity. This can change us, our families, our homes, and every influence we may have.

Everyone can participate in the National Day of Prayer, no matter your geographical location. Many churches and communities host prayer gatherings. Prayer gatherings can also happen in your workplace or school with the proper authorization. Community gatherings are another option.
