I Prayed have prayed
Reading Time: 6 minutes

This beautiful baby, Gideon Wilberforce Thybault, is a miracle—one year ago or so he was a frozen embryo, being stored indefinitely as a leftover from in vitro fertilization. Today, he is part of a loving family and beginning to live the life God intended for him. Read this passionate testimonial of life by his mother, Melinda Thybault (who carried and gave birth to him after the age of 50, adopting him as an embryo in obedience to God), contributor to our daily devotional series on life.

All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.  In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.  (John 1:3-4)

I woke up shaken from a dream July 2016… this is the dream.

I was standing at my kitchen sink, I had something in my left hand, the water was running and I reached with my right hand to flip on the switch to my garbage disposal and ran my left hand under the water.  I instantly knew I had just crushed an embryo!  I began to weep deeply.  I woke up weeping and heard the Lord say “I’m sorry, I don’t know how else to show you how I feel about this. Whether a human life is so small that the human eye cannot see it or an 8 month gestational baby being torn from its mother’s womb, I knew them both! I stood before them declaring their plans, purposes and destiny’s.  I grieve equally for both!”

My husband and I are pro-life to the core.  We’ve have a ministry to awaken the Church to adoption of the newborn as an answer to end abortion, we also educate on the origins of abortion biblically and historically.  This dream has awakened me in a fresh new way. The Lord values life from the moment of conception.  The question I began to ask Him was what was He trying to show me?

It wasn’t until that someone shared with us that Roe v Wade had never been successfully challenged, we were thrust into prayer and fasting for strategy.  On March 9, 2017 during my prayer time I kept envisioning William Wilberforce rolling out his petition before Parliament bringing an end to the slave trade.

‘Never, never will we desist till we have wiped away this scandal from the Christian name, released ourselves from the load of guilt, under which we at present labour, and extinguished every trace of this bloody traffic, of which our posterity, looking back to the history of these enlightened times, will scarce believe that it has been suffered to exist so long a disgrace and dishonor to this country.’  – William Wilberforce, House of Commons Speech April 18, 1791

The great, great grandson of the successful anti-slavery campaigner William Wilberforce, believes his ancestor who campaigned for the end of the slave trade in 1807, which led to the abolition of slavery throughout the British Empire in 1833, would consider to be the contemporary slavery, abortion….

Over 60 million babies have lost their lives to abortion in our nation since 1973 when Roe V Wade authorized the withdrawing of legal protection by the government from this class of human beings, children in the womb, thus allowing them to be killed without fear of punishment. The United States Constitution, one of the oldest written constitutions in the world today, states that no person shall be deprived of life without due process of law, in both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.

After, I contacted Attorney Allan Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, and shared the idea of a petition to end abortion. His response was “This might be worth its weight in gold with the new administration in office.” So we went into more prayer and fasting seeking the Lords divine wisdom. Was He indeed asking me to do this? The answer came…yes He was, this was His plan! So we went to work and together Mr. Allan Parker and I wrote a petition to the Supreme Court of the United States to reverse, overturn, cancel and annul Roe V. Wade, Doe V. Bolton and Planned Parenthood V. Casey, and restore the right to life as written in the United States Constitution to persons in the womb. Just as William Wilberforce petitioned Parliament to abolish the slave trade, the purpose of the petition is to provide an outlet for the people to show their government they do not accept its decisions on abortion and can never be accepted by a just society.

The petition also educates Americans to the fact that there is another mechanism that women can rely upon for birth control rather than abortion through the Safe Haven laws which are now available in all 50 states.  She can transfer  responsibility for the child to the state by simply dropping the child off at a state approved location within a reasonable time after birth, see www.nationalsafehaven.org  or by choosing an adoption plan for the child with the help of one of the estimated 3000 pregnancy resource and adoption agencies in the United States.  There are 1 million estimated families waiting to adopt a newborn each year.  This is a “change in law” since 1992, the last time the Court evaluated Roe and Doe.  Safe Haven laws were not present in 1992.  The Supreme Court is justified in overturning precedent when facts, circumstances and law have changed that make the original decision no longer just, even if it ever was, which Roe and Doe were not.

Plessey v. Ferguson which made the separate but equal doctrine the “law of the land”, was a 58 year old precedent of the Supreme Court. This decision was a crime against humanity just as Dred Scott (slavery) was another Supreme Court crime against humanity by withdrawing legal protection form African-Americans. Abortion is not only NOT a fundamental right, in fact; it is a crime against humanity. What is a crime against humanity? Here is the Wikipedia definition:

“Crimes against humanity, as defined by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Explanatory Memorandum, “are particularly odious offenses in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a                 degradation of human beings.: [1]  They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government policy (although the perpetrators need not         identify themselves with this policy)or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority.  Murder; extermination; torture; rape; political, racial, or religious persecution and other inhumane acts reach the threshold of crimes against humanity only if they are part of a widespread or systematic practice.  Isolated inhumane acts of the nature may constitute grave infringements of human rights, or depending on the circumstances, war crimes, by may fall short of falling into the category of crimes under discussion.”

Note that murder is one of the most basic and obvious crimes against humanity. Why? Because the right to life is one of the most basic human rights of all and has been widely recognized in International documents. The International Declaration on the Rights of Man, which established the United Nations, declares that there is an international right to life as a basic human right. In order to be a crime against humanity, the crime must be widespread and supported by the government. Of course, in every nation where abortion is legal, it is the government that has made it so. In fact, in some countries such as the United States of America, it has been judicial institutions rather than the will of the majority of Americans that has made abortion legal.

All Americans can and should join this petition to the Supreme Court, it is also a right of citizens to petition their government for redress of grievances.

“Why at this time, should we sign?  The Court needs to hear our voices… our voices must be heard for 60 million voices silenced.  Our Founding Fathers used their signature to cry out for freedom and justice for our nation.  We are doing the same for our nation and this chosen general.”  Cindy Collins, Global Coordinator for Operation Outcry (Women Hurt by Abortion)

Why petition the Court?  This is an unusual step, but ending a crime against humanity justifies an unusual action.  The people of the United States did not vote for Roe v. Wade, instead the Supreme Court created the crime against humanity with Roe, Doe and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.  It is the Supreme Court which must be petitioned by the people to change its decision.  It is also right and just to give the Court the opportunity to correct their own error. There are significant reasons why the Supreme Court should do the right thing as the Supreme Court did in Brown v. Board of Education ended segregation and reverse this crime against humanity it created.  In 1992, in Planned Parenthood v. Casey, the Supreme Court did not overrule Roe and Doe because the Court stated that Americans had come to rely upon the cases and the Supreme Court was going to settle the abortion controversy for all time.  Obviously the Supreme Court failed to settle the controversy. Abortion is still the most controversial issue in American society today. Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which weakened but did not reverse Roe and Doe, has been called the worst constitutional decision of all time because it placed the reputation of the Supreme Court above the lives of innocent children. Michael S. Paulson, The Worst Constitutional Decision of All Time, 78 Notre Dame L. Rev. 995 (2003).

We view this petition as a holy document. A Joel 2 call to the nation. www.themoraloutcry.com. No matter where we find ourselves in the storyline of the past 44 years, if we would repent on behalf of the innocent blood that has been shed, and simply believe the Word and what it says is true that God Himself forms each life in the womb of its mother, God will once again show mercy and we will see this atrocity of abortion abolished.

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you… “ Jeremiah 1:5

Join us in praying that the Nation will raise their voice for the moral outcry to be heard!

Sign the petition. Share it.  End abortion.

I believe that my Wife at the time or December 2018 looked pregnant and I was working out of state in Texas and was not home for 6 months out of the year for about 3 years, and on December 23,2018 my wife brought my 2 year old daughter at that time and 12 year old step daughter to Carlsbad NM for Christmas and for the Christmas on the Pecos event which is awesome, anyway my wife looked pregnant at least 6 months but she denied that she was and she went back home to Santa Fe NM on December 24th she went ghost and claimed to be sick, and was acting really distant, no internet in communication unless pay day came up! And I believe my spouse who has many multiple names and may have been in a same sex marriage and who was involved in pregnant medical studies, and found she lived in other states or may be from the U.K. if she aborted my child I want to know bcuz I as a husband I have rights to such decisions or medical actions! If she did abort my child or aborted a child to hide her infidelity or to make her secret lover happy to not have my child is not right and shame on our Government because I believe they knew of her marriage and failed to consider my Rights or the fact the woman is married to a United States Citizen! Please contact me I need to know ! Thank u all ! I know she used an alias name !!

250,000 PEOPLE ASK THE SUPREME COURT TO END LEGALIZED ABORTION | Intercessors for America
October 3, 2019

[…] Denny Thybault, whose wife first felt the call to organize this petition effort, summed up what they’re asking of Americans, saying, “Will you be a voice?  Will you stir up a moral outcry in the land that would provoke the people to see what the Lord’s trying to do in the land?  And He’s trying to overturn something: the shedding of innocent blood.” […]

Open the eyes of Your people Lord, to recognize that this issue should be our top priority. If we were seeing people murdered in our streets we would be actively responding. Make the imagery vivid so that your people will respond in a godly manner…not by bad mouthing and condemning, but by signing the petition, fasting and praying!

Amen. I agree in the name of Jesus. Perhaps this petition is “for such time as this”

Have begun to share this article on Facebook.
This needs to be seen by everyone.
We believe God that His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Every child conceived will have the right to live and fulfill their destiny.
We call for abortion to be shut down in the USA in Jesus Name.
Amen.

May this petition find it’s way to every church across the nation, that Pastors, Deacon & Elders may use it to sort the tares in their congregation. As a nation, as a church we repent of continuing to support & vote in law makers unwilling to right this wrong on behalf of the unborn. As sinners ourselves, may every reader of this article search themselves, may God is it to stir hearts to move, to rise up, to no longer remain quiet in the political arena, but to search out pro Life candidates & then support them fully into office. May we be willing to go into churches in neighborhoods where pp has their clinics & be willing to have a bold discussion with those Shepard’s which may not be attending their sheep. Oh, how God will deal with them just & righteously, just as He will deal with each of us. Oh Dear Lord, we repent of allowing this destruction of Your creation. Thank You for those in office willing to no longer fund international abortion clinics & I pray for the election of many more that will rise up to no longer fund abortion in this land, Your land, where we support the life You have made, no matter the age, no matter the outward appearance of the color of the skin, no matter the features You chose them to have, for on the inside the blood is still red, & the blood of the lamb of Christ still died on that cross at Calvary for them. May hearts be broken for You Lord, You created a void in each of us that only You can fill. Thru this petition, may we be willing to speak to our neighbors in love, & encourage them that You our Savior created all life, created all things, & will have an eternal life after should they choose to repent & believe in Your Son Jesus Christ, rising again on the third day & is coming again.
May we have submissive hearts to read & understand Your word as all wisdom & truth begins with You. Amen
