Kirk Cameron will be able to read his faith-based book to children in public libraries. Praise God!
From The Daily Wire. Kirk Cameron celebrated after libraries that had refused to host him over his new faith-based children’s book reversed course, and he said it should send a message to Christians and conservatives “to be brave.”

The 52-year-old actor’s publicist told Fox News that two libraries “caved,” confirming Cameron would be reading his book “As You Grow” at a library in Indiana and another near New York City. After they initially refused to host Cameron, he threatened legal action.
“I’m happy that the two libraries changed their decision and will allow my voice to be heard and my book to be read,” Cameron said. …
“I hope that this victory acts as a source of courage for Christians and conservatives across the country to be brave and not back down, making sure that we are the salt of the earth and the light of the darkness,” he continued. …
The “Lifemark” star is now set to read his book at Indianapolis Public Library on Thursday, December 29, 2022. He will read at the Scarsdale Public Library in New York the following day. …

Heavenly Father, protect Kirk Cameron, his travel, his family and both these libraries and readings so that you will be glorified and Your truth spread mightily because of them. May the publicity over this controversy bring MANY more parent and children to hear and buy this book than would have known about it otherwise. May those who come to scoff, protest or cause trouble be won over by Kirk’s genuineness, his kindness and joy and by the content of the book itself, that they will make positive comments about him and his book to those they influence. Thank You, Father.
