Agreeing with Laura’s prayer.

We also need to lock shields against the spiritual forces of darkness drugs perversion that seek entry into our country through this invasion.

We agree that there will be a wall of fire Jer.23:29 and all the poor families will be consumed and electrocuted by the Fire of the Holy Spirit and they will return home to testify that their eyes were open to God Almighty Truth and righteousness in their nation.

I prayed for Dave Kubal and Todd Lamphere this morning. I rejoice thatGod is using you to sound the trumpet.
This issue has been on my heart for many years. Much prayer, many requests to Congress to close loop holes in immigration law.
We are accountable to God for the boundaries of the land in which He has placed us. We are to be good stewards of the land and glorify the living Sovereign God in it.
May His Kingdom come here in this crisis. May His Truth be revealed. May His Justice and Righteousness prevail.

You might want to refer to an intercession campaign held on April- May 2011.
I was living at the border at the time. Spiritually, Socially and economically you can speak of before and after this campaign.

I referred to the link you mentioned and I praise God that the border problem was prayed over by both sides of the border. That kind of unity is essential to overcoming the divisive tactics of Satan. However, I did not agree with one prayer point that those caught trafficking drugs be released, although I can understand why family members would feel this way. Instead I pray that those in jail find Jesus as their Savior and grow from their experience in jail. I pray in unity with you for the drug
smuggling to be detected and stopped and for incidents of violence, kidnapping and extortion to be reduced. I pray that more Americans be informed about and feel compassion for the social upheaval in Mexico, where rampant corruption, a weak economy based on a weak educational system, and the dominance of gangs in daily life traumatize the people and make them desperate. I pray that our government designs and effectively implements equitable immigration policies that take into account the current unstable situations around the world.

I pray that innumerable Americans who are obsessed with their image and spend billions on beautifying themselves wake up to the evil futility of what they are doing and realize that they are squandering their money on selfish luxuries while others are enslaved in poverty. I pray that such a realization brings them to Christ: “For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.” (Matthew 25:35) I pray that our country sees the gift that legal immigrants bring us by refreshing our gratitude for the abundance God has given us and giving more of us meaningful ways to serve others in the name of Christ. I pray that we support those who are tasked with enforcing the immigration laws and that God assign them guardian angels to protect them from danger.

Finally, I praise God again for all He is doing to spiritually revive our country, to unify us a family in Christ, and to use this crisis to show us how to love our neighbor, Mexico. “‘Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.'” (Matthew 22:37-39) Thank you, Lord, for showing us that in doing the first commandment, we will do the second. You are ever merciful, truly just, unfathomably wise and work constantly to bring us closer to You. Amen.
