A big thank you to IFA for publishing the report ” God’s Prophetic Timeline” which gave me a list of names & faces so I can pray for the hostages individually. I have set up a Hanukkah display on my patio. There are 138 hostages still in captivity. While I sit & watch the lit menorah each evening I spend time in prayer. I have a rocking chair out there. I am adding blue & white “stars of David” suspended from the patio ceiling. I don’t know if I will get 138 of them made, but the important part is the conversations the display generates! My neighbors do not seem to know about Israel or how much God loves her! It gives me a chance to speak up on Israel’s behalf. Grass roots people like us need to speak up & defend our ally, God’s beloved Israel! It is a blessing to me to celebrate this festival of Hanukkuh as Jesus did in Jerusalem in John 10:22-24. The neighborhood kids love to play with the “mitzvah moose” I bought. His ears light up! I read the kids stories about Hanukkah. A prayer: “Father, thank U for the feasts which help to hold the nation of Israel together. The Maccabee’s revolt was a great military victory! Please grant the IDF a similar victory over Hamas & safely return each hostage. In Jesus name I pray this. Amen.”
