Lord we know that Your word does not come back empty. We pray that Christian organizations will continue to have freedom to proclaim the truth of Your word in all forms of media.

Radio host and PragerU President Dennis Prager said Wednesday on “Fox & Friends” that freedom of speech is being threatened by Google, pointing out content from his own platform that has repeatedly been restricted by YouTube.

In a new Wall Street Journal column, Prager wrote that a video called “The Charlottesville Lie,” from CNN’s Steve Cortes, was quickly moved to the “restricted list” on Monday just hours after it was posted.

“This happened two weeks after a Senate hearing at which a Google representative swore under oath that the company doesn’t censor based on political views,” he wrote.

Prager said Wednesday that the video pushed back on the “lie” that President Trump called Nazis and white supremacists “very fine people” after protests in Charlottesville, Va., in 2017. He said the restricted content is supposed to guard against pornography, violence and obscenity.

Prager added that the video was also removed from Twitter after complaints from the left. He explained that a video from Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz called “Israel’s Legal Founding” was also placed on the restricted list by Google-owned YouTube, along with Prager’s own video about the Ten Commandments….

Google said in a statement to Fox News that the allegations from a “disgruntled former employee are absolutely false.”

“We go to great lengths to build our products and enforce our policies in ways that don’t take political leanings into account. Distorting results for political purposes would harm our business and go against our mission of providing helpful content to all of our users,” the spokesperson said.

  1. Lord, You are unable to be contained or put “off-limits” in any way and You shine in even the darkest of places! Encourage us to keep standing firm in Your truth, knowing that You make the way. I ask that You turn the hearts of those who are opposed to you in all areas of our media in this nation….that You, by Your grace and in Your mercy, let a hunger to know You fall upon them. Open their eyes to see and know Your truth. I thank You that we can know You as the One who does impossible things!

  2. Father,
As people in this nation run farther and farther from you they also become more and more deceptive. Your Word says that Satan is the father of all lies. It also says that Jesus is the Truth. Thank you for the man who gathered the information and turned it in regarding the lies and behaviors of Google. Please protect him and grant him an opportunity to say more to let the world see what is really happening.May the people who have the ability to take action do the right thing in this regard. I pray for the people who are speaking out and raising the alarm. Please grant them a platform and may people hear who understand the implications and may the proper response be taken.I pray that the lies and distortions of the truth that have happened will be fully exposed. But Father, this issue is symptomatic of a larger deception. People are believing the lie that there is no God and that we have no one to whom we must give an account. They believe that we have no purpose and no eternal destiny. This opens the way for any behavior because there are no eternal consequences and no opportunity for positive reward. Please Father- open blind eyes to the truth of Your Word. We cry out to you in concern for this nation and the world. The implications of what is being done can have negative global impact. You are the Sovereign Lord- Maker of Heaven and earth. You hold the hearts of kings in your hands. May your kingdom come. May your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Please strengthen those who are speaking out for truth. Grant them an open door. May you surround them with your protection. May many more rise up who will stand for truth and righteousness. Help us to realize that we must all stand together for what is true.

      1. This is so true, Kathryn! Without God there is no absolute truth. Father, please keep your people strong and willing to step out and voice what is true. Keep our vision unclouded by the relativism that so permeates our society.
