A bombshell revelation was barely noticed at National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s hearing Tuesday, when his counsel revealed in court the existence of a Justice Department memo from Jan. 30, 2017 exonerating Flynn of any collusion with Russia. The memo, which has still not been made available to Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell, is part of a litany of Brady material she is demanding from prosecutors. The memo is currently under protective order and Powell is working with prosecutors to get it disclosed, SaraACarter.com has learned.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan presided over the hearing Tuesday and set a tentative Dec. 18 sentencing date. He told the prosecution and defense that the sentencing date could be moved depending on the outcome of requests for Brady material requested by Powell and how the case will unfold in the upcoming months. Sullivan also noted during the hearing that the Brady order takes precedence over the plea agreement.
Powell will likely seek to have case dismissed for ‘egregious’ prosecutorial misconduct and withholding of exculpatory material.
“Judge Sullivan is obviously taking the Brady issues very seriously and clearly told the prosecutors that his Brady order stands regardless of the plea agreement or the plea,” Powell told SaraACarter.com. “If the prosecutors here were seeking justice instead of a conviction, General Flynn would not have been prosecuted. They have been hiding evidence that he was exonerated in early 2017.”
Powell noted the extraordinary misconduct of the government during the hearing. She also said that Flynn would have never pleaded guilty if the government had disclosed the Brady materials before the original trial that she is now demanding. There would not have been a plea if the prosecutors had met their Brady obligations, Powell argued before the court.
Powell’s discovery of the memo shatters not only the narrative that was pushed by former Obama Administration officials regarding Flynn but also the ongoing narrative that President Donald Trump’s concern over Flynn’s prosecution amounted to alleged obstruction.
The January, 2017 timeline of the DOJ memo is extremely significant. Former FBI Director James Comey said in previous interviews that he leaked his memos through a friend to be published in the New York Times with the hope of getting a special counsel appointed to investigate Trump for obstruction. In late August, Inspector General Michael Horowitz released his much anticipated report on Comey. It was scathing and revealed that he violated FBI policy when he leaked his memos that described his private conversations with Trump. However, the DOJ declined to prosecute Comey on Horowitz’s referral. . . .
If and when this memo is made public, the ongoing narrative continuing to be pushed by those former Obama officials, as well as, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff who continues to push for hearings on obstruction will be squashed.
It looks like Comey, who would have been fully aware of this memo, has a lot of explaining to do.

Heavenly Father, I praise, love and worship you above all things. I know that Your Will will be done. I am so sorry for those who muddy the water with lies and deceit to carry out their agenda. We are in Your Hands — the only safe place to be. Will you cause every ‘player’ to recognize and speak truth. Will you protect and shield President Trump and continue to guide him in all things? Dear Father of Mercy and Comfort, God of JUSTICE and TRUTH, clearly the DOJ and men have “done what is right in their own eyes” and violated all godly standards upon which this nation was founded. May you reveal truth, humble hearts, comfort the family of General Flynn. Restore to him what the locusts have eaten. You are Almighty and nothing is impossible for you. We pray for strength, wisdom and power for the attorneys.
Our courts, political institutions,have played God for far to long. Satan has become a myth to too many of us, especially for most of the millennials. We have crossed over into a realm that that now will destroy us. But not to worry, He is coming back, soon.
The word of the Lord says, “For the LORD loves justice And does not forsake His godly ones; They are preserved forever, But the descendants of the wicked will be cut off.” (Psalm 37:28, NASB).
Eternal Father,
As we stand shoulder to shoulder with Gen. Michael Flynn, and lay our prayer requests and petition to intervene on his behalf, we ask the Holy Spirit to bring forth a fresh faith, wise counsel and encouragement through your servants such as Ms. Powell and others who are rallying alongside your servant. Lord, we ask to bind the enemies of Christ, and release the anointing power of justice and mercy on all those who labor for the Lord. May the enemies of our Lord, Jesus Christ, be put to shame, and the wrath of the living God for those who perpetuate lies, innuendos, assaults, division and slander on your servant, O’ Lord. May the light of the Gospel shine upon those who hope and trust in the Lord. And most of all, Father, may your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
As you have granted victory upon Joshua against the enemies of the Lord, may you also grant and sustain victory upon your anointed leadership, and those who seek mercy, grace and righteousness throughout this land. I just read Isaiah 28:5-6 In that day the LORD of hosts will be for a crown of glory and a diadem of beauty to the remnant of His people, for a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment, and for strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.
Father, we in the remnant humbly but boldly call on You to fulfill this word. That General Flynn will exude a spirit of justice that you will use mightily as you exonerate him. He has sat for 3 years being judged wrongly. We believe You will turn it all for VERY GOOD. We pray that attorney Powell will be granted supernatural strength and unusual wisdom and favor to turn back the battle And also, that the judge who is in the place of bringing judgment in this case, will receive wisdom and counsel, knowledge and understanding from the Holy Spirit and bring a righteous judgment. This sounds like the book of Esther. Trying to rob, steal and destroy people who are innocent and have God’s favor is not wise. God will not be mocked! May His justice and truth reign. Lord, deal with those in leadership according to their works. The victory is Yours, Lord. Forgive Your people for being asleep on the job of being watchmen and women on the walls of this nation that was ser aside for Your glory in the earth and for a time such as this.
