Rutgers University’s Newark campus is scheduled to host a nearly five-hour event called “Recognizing and Dismantling White Organizational Culture,” according to the school’s website.

The June 25 seminar, sponsored by the school’s Institute for Ethical Leadership, will be led by Bonnie Cushing, an “Antiracist Organizer and Educator” from the New York-based Center for Racial Justice in Education.

Attendees will learn to understand “white United States-ian culture” and its beliefs and values, according to the university’s website. They will also be taught to recognize “characteristics of white United States-ian culture in organizations” and “learn antidotes to dismantling white organizational culture.”

In an e-mailed statement to The College Fix, Rutgers Business School Executive Director of Communications & Marketing Daniel Stoll said the program is part of a workshop series the Institute for Ethical Leadership holds annually for executives of community non-profit groups.

“It is not intended for students,” Stoll said. (Excerpt from the College Fix.)

From the Center for Racial Justice and Education website:

In 2010, the mission and direction of Border Crossers shifted to training educators to disrupt and dismantle racism in their classrooms, communities and homes. We continue to believe in the power and potential of youth to advance racial justice, but we know that they cannot—nor should they—do it alone.

Since 2010, we have trained thousands of educators—from parents to teachers to coaches—to disrupt and dismantle racism wherever children learn, whether in a classroom, at the dinner table, or on a theater stage.

For the last 18 years, we have grown and been known as Border Crossers. The work of Border Crossers will live on as we continue to grow into a new identity and new name. Although our name has changed, our mission remains the same. We remain steadfast in our belief that racism has deep roots in our institutions, in our families, and in our communities. There is no place of learning—no child, no educator—that is immune to its effects. We will continue to support educators in confronting the impact of race and racism in their own lives and the lives of the children in their care. Lastly, together, we are constructing a new reality. A world of racial justice where all children, their families, and their communities thrive.

Racism is evil, but this doesn’t seem like the way to address it. Without the truth and foundation of Scripture and the God who made us all equal, what can man really achieve? What do you think? Leave a comment.

It is another attempt of the Enemy of our souls to burden our youth, and keep them from Jesus. Only He can give them the heart that is not racist. Lord we come against this attack on our youth that covers truth and presents lies as truth. We pray that white christians would not be seen as haters, and that the youth would understand their need for Jesus and salvation. Wake up the young of our country, Lord, may more walk away from supporting the killing of the unborn, and from anarchist activity. Deliver our college students from the brain washing that happens to them there. In Jesus name, Amen.
