I Prayed have prayed
Lord, we choose to sing to you because you have doubt to flee for us. Let us give grace and love to one another, not hate.
Reading Time: 4 minutes

As we pray together for our nation at this critical time, I want to make a few comments to all intercessors and really to the entire prayer ministry movement. Intercessors for America has been praying and interceding for this nation for 47 years. When God breathed his breath upon people in the early seventies, IFA was one of the first ministries in the beginning of the modern prayer ministry movement. Many other ones came fabulous, great ministries that continue to this day.

If you’re a part of them, I want to encourage you. I could rattle off them. All their leaders are my friends. I count them as dear, dear fellow warriors in the, in the battles that we face, please continue to be involved. But my message right here right now is for the prayer ministry movement as a whole broader than the ministry that I represent.

Because we live in extraordinary times, times where lies are called truth and where truth is being canceled, conspiracy theories abound.  It appears justice will never come in the midst of this. Intercessors are hearing prophetic words about these times. You know, even today, prophetic words have incredible events occurring over the next few days.

And I want to be very clear to those of you who are more on the evangelical part of the spectrum. God speaks through his prophets, today. I want to believe every one of these prophet’s prophetic words that I hear that are biblical and that come from a trusted source, but I test each one. Let me be clear on that.

Prophetic is for today, but we’ve got to test these prophetic words. The challenge is to hear from God. I wish there were an easy answer to what we release to our particular network, our particular network and how we make that decision. I ran by a recent prophetic word that we received from two trusted sources and we received two conflicting answers back.

What we have chosen to do in the past and will continue to choose to do in the future, is when we believe God is directing us, that he is going to do something or something is coming down the pike, we will tell you “Gang, we got to pray!”.  I think we are at one of those moments in time now, telling you over this next week, we need to pray for our nation.

It feels as if our nation is ready to burst. I want to encourage you to pray and fast over this next week. Here is the important part;  when it comes to the prophetic, there is a myriad of reasons for why we could be divided today.

I’m pleading with you. Let’s not do that.  In recent days, I’ve been called an insurrectionist,  a liberal, and one lacking in faith. Let’s not do that. We must give each other grace and be patient with each other. In this day, we must choose to be in community.

You know, among our staff, I encourage different opinions. Within the bounds of biblical revelation, I believe we are stronger together when we express our opinions. But when our opinions differ from others, let’s not shut each other out in this day. We have got to pray and intercede together.

Regardless of what happens, I will continue to hope over these next few days to pray for godly leaders. I’m going to do it. I will not stop interceding to the God of this universe, that He will enable our leaders to protect religious freedoms, to protect the unborn, and to protect traditional marriage.

I will not stop believing God invites us, as intercessors, to shape history with Him through prayer and fasting. One intercessor who recently discovered IFA wrote in and said, “I don’t ever want to go back to praying by myself”. Can that just be our motto in this day?  Gang, there’s all sorts of things coming down the pike.

Can we just commit to loving each other and having grace for each other and most importantly, be in community together as we seek God’s will and destiny for the nation.

As I close, I wanted to pray through Psalm 13. I believe it’s a Psalm for this moment in time.

So let me just pray.

“How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me? How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart? How long will my enemy triumph over me. Look on me and answer, Lord my God. Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death, and my enemy will say, “I have overcome him,  and my foes will rejoice when I fall. But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing the Lord’s praise, for he has been good to me.”

Father God, our hearts are bound together today in unity and in community, praying the Psalm that David wrote thousands of years ago.

Lord, there are so many words within the Psalm that we can relate to.

Lord, we feel as if our enemy is prevailing in this day. We wonder if you are here hearing our prayers. Yet Lord, we know that all we can do is trust in your mercy to rejoice in your salvation father. We together as a community of intercessors.

As a member of the body of Christ called to pray for this nation, Lord, we choose to sing to you because you have doubt to flee for us. Thank you, Lord Jesus.

In your name, we pray.

I am so encouraged by your statements, Dave. I have been deeply, deeply disappointed these last few months, as many others, but I agree with your call to unity as brothers and sisters in the Lord. The many prayer calls I have been on and the communication through the IFA website has been like a lifeline to me. Thank you!

The name calling. The enemy doesn’t attack if you are not a threat.

Thank you Dave for being at the Capital on January 6 to help us know how to pray and bring us truth about the situation.

Thank you for the added times to pray together with others. Having attended prayerless prayer meetings, I am blessed and grateful for IFA keeping the focus on God’s word, will and way.

Dear Beloved of God and of Beloved of all the Saints of God that are in their right minds, our Beloved Pastor Dave,

Thank you for your obedience, sacrifices, and tireless work. Your labor in the Lord is not in vain, and literally only heaven will reveal the extent of the fruit of your labors. How deserving you will be of the eternal rest when you hear, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant!”

Saints, how about we pray also for Dave Kubal? as well as the unity among the brethren that Jesus Himself prayed for?

“God, bless Dave Kubal! Bless His labors in You! I pray that his faith never fails him on anything! I pray that He (and all of us) takes care of his own self (and that we take care of our own selves), as You Lord would have us to do!”

“I pray that he (and all of us) casts all his cares upon You (cast All our cares upon You), for You Care For Us!!! Thank You for caring for us, Lord! We love You, too, Lord! In Jesus’ Name, Amen!”

I just want to say thank you to you David and to all the staff at IFA. God is a God of miracles
Sometimes he is the God of the 11th hour! My family has seen God come in at the last minute and wow it was crazy!! If you would of told this is the way it’s going to happen I would of said no way! God is amazing !
I encourage everyone to listen to Matt Maher’s song Alive and Breathing …. “hope still walks with the hurting

I am fairly new to IFA. I have been encouraged and strengthened through this web site, as I have seen many prayer warriors pray to God using Scriptures. I am not fearful, I am excited about the days ahead. I believe God is bringing a lot of evil, that has been hiding in the dark, into the light. I pray, we as believers will let the light shine, that we will repent, and we will be used by God as He brings healing to our nation. “I lift my eyes up to the hills, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and earth.” Psalms 121. Thank you prayer partners for leading me into a more intimate time of prayer, as I join you in seeking God to bless America. “Onward, Christian Soldiers”. Amen

Let peace, understanding, and discernment reign in our hearts and the body of Christ. Let us look to You Jesus and Your calling over our lives; not what man says but You – because You died for us and our calling is to do Your will. We raise a standard against the spirit of disunity, despair, hopelessness, unbelief and fear. Strengthen and comfort Your body Jesus by Your Holy Spirit. We will continue to do Your will and praise You. May our spiritual eyes be open. And though the vision may tarry, let us trust You that You are always in charge. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you for encouragement IFA.
Like so many, I am mourning over what has transpired since November. Anytime we see something stolen from our nation and no accountability seems to follow, it is heartbreaking beyond words.
Personally, I have to almost force myself to believe that God will keep his word regarding his promises that he will deal with such people. At this point, I’m merely making baby steps in that direction. It’s like “hope deferred” – it tends to make my heart sick. I know I’m not alone.
God’s plans are often so hard to see or understand. So we trust Him and know that someday we will understand.

Father, I ask You to lift the Spirit of dear Cole today. Release new wind and new fire from Your Spirit to his. Encourage him in the way that only You can speak to him in the way only You can. Let Your presence surround and fill him with Your Comfort and Peace and let the patience that You are working in him soon give way to an everlasting experience that will forever sustain him in all trials and tribulations throughout his life time. In Jesus’ Name thank You for listening to our heart felt prayers and for always keeping Your Promises. You will never leave Your Beloved Cole without Hope nor without Help. Let him be able to put his finger through the wounds in Your hands and side and then help us all to be able to Stand and ONLY BELIEVE. In Jesus’ Name
Be of good courage keep your faith in God do not let the enemy talk you out of any of God’s Good Promises. Holy Spirit will help you. He will help us all.

Thank you, brother Dave, for infusing sanity and reaffirming both our purpose and calling. We know and see only in part. Often, what we hear is tainted by our emotions and interpreted by our natural minds. As one who had partnered with IFA from near the beginning, I applaud your calling us to Gods purpose for us — to seek to know His will and partner with Him that His Kingdom come and His will be done. Our role and calling as intercessors does not change, whatever the “natural landscape.” I stand with Jeremiah’s exhortation to pray for peace, even when in “captivity.” I choose to side with Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednigo. Blessings to you and the whole team.

Jesus answers David prayer in Psalm 13 this way
“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
PEACE BE STILL AND KNOW HE IS GOD…GOD FOR US‼️ GOD WITH US‼️ GOD IN US‼️ With Him in us we too will overcome…WE WILL OVERCOME!! ALL TO THE GLORY OF GOD \o/Amen

Thank You dearest Father for this Holy Space on the web\o/ BLESS BLESS BLESS AND KEEP KEEP KEEP THIS SPACE OCCUPIED BY HOLY SPIRIT AND PRAYER AND GOOD WILL UNTIL OUR KING RETURNS. AMEN

But You, O God, do see trouble and grief; You consider it to take it in hand. The victim commits himself to You; You are the helper of the fatherless. . .You hear, O Lord, the desire of the afflicted; You encourage them, and You listen to their cry, defending the fatherless and the oppressed, in order that man, who is of the earth, may terrify no more. Psalm 10:14-18

I am a Pastor that is in total agreement with your article and video. Please continue with the fervor that was released to you by previous Ministers that held your position now – even back to Derek Prince. We love your work, both of you, so be encouraged and blessed through what the Lord has given you to do..
