In a ploy to drum up support from his base, Biden promised to codify Roe if Democrats win the midterms. Let’s pray against this.
From National Review. President Biden announced in a Tuesday speech that his top legislative priority after the midterms will be codifying a national right to abortion, should the Democratic Party retain control of the House and expand its Senate footprint.

“Here is the promise I make to you and the American people, the first bill I’ll send to Congress is to codify Roe v. Wade,” Biden said during remarks at the Howard Theater in Washington, D.C.
The move is intended to galvanize support among Democratic and independent women as his polling numbers slump ahead of November’s midterm elections. Earlier in his speech, Biden said the Supreme Court’s ruling on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization “practically dared” women to turn out because it handed back to states the right to determine their own abortion policies.
Brian Burch, President of CatholicVote, strongly denounced the announcement. “Catholics are appalled by the unprecedented abortion extremism pursued by the nation’s second Catholic President. While Americans struggle with record inflation, the President of the United States has nothing to offer but a pledge to expand the right to violently destroy innocent unborn children – up until birth and for any reason.” …
If the promised legislation were to pass in Congress, Biden said he will sign it in next year, on the 50th anniversary of the Roe decision.

Dear Heavenly Father, I believe Your Word. No one knows when Heaven and earth will pass away, nor do we know when our lives will end. Because Joe Biden is deceived by his sin, I pray he will hear “where I am going you cannot come.” I pray You will wake him up by revealing the current reality of his future. I pray while he still has life, Joe Biden will repent and be saved. But more importantly Father, I am pleading with all the authority I have in Christ, this “promise” is destroyed, demolished, devastated…. I pray the protection of the Blood of the Lamb over all the tiny ones in danger of death. Amen
Father, put confusion in the camp of Joe Biden from the move to pass legislation to codify Roe. I am not catholic. But was amazed how many Catholic priests are pro-life here in Michigan. Where, I noticed at pray really we had last Sat. 10-15-22 with Michigan IFA intercessors and other prayer groups. These priests are very vocal and are not ashamed to be bold by putting up signs to VOTE No on proposal 2 here in Michigan in front of theirs church. Bless these Catholic congregations and the churches and individuals who are standing for life boldly.
