“We know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin— because anyone who has died has been set free from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.” (Romans 6:6-8; NIV)
In a dream a friend of mine had, a group of intercessors was in the oval office with President Trump. In great humility, he thanked us for our leadership and for the Appeal to Heaven movement. He asked me if there could be a high level, strategic task force set up for him and said he was asking this at the suggestion of Melania. I then gave him a white stone with the scripture Revelation 2:17 on it. It said, “God gives us a new name that no one knows.” He smiled and quoted back the verse, “There was a man sent from God whose name was John” (John 1:6; NIV). John is the President’s middle name.
I have been praying for quite some time that Donald Trump would become “John” Trump, representing intimacy with the Lord. I have asked that he have a great encounter with God that would bring him into this role. Returning to the dream, he prayed over those of us there, and in the prayer he said, “Let these leaders lead a holy convocation, that I might finish my eight years well. Let the ancient markers of our founding fathers be restored.”
I feel we need to pray for this president, not just up to the midterms, but beyond. We all know his imperfections and flaws, but this is not just about Donald Trump. We also know God is restoring the nation back to the ancient markers. I believe President Trump is a part of that.
Points for Prayer:
- Intercede for President Donald J. Trump. Ask God to meet with him and transform him into “John.” May he be truly saved.
- Thank the Lord for a president who has reached out to leaders in the Church for prayer, counsel, and advice.
- Ask the Lord for a restoration of historical markers – those things that our founding fathers put in place to ground the nation through future national adversity.

Heavenly Father, You have been so gracious to us Your children as well as the unbelievers in this Nation. Your blessings humble us and we thank You. We thank You for this President. We thank You that we live in this Country. We thank You for more time to reach the lost.
We lift President Trump to You and we ask that You would continue to use him in a mighty way. Pour out Your wisdom on him. Give his counsellors Godly wisdom to impart to him. Father we pray for Constitutionally minded men and women to be elected this November 6th, who are not hostile to Your Gospel and are not hostile to Your edicts. We pray for the enemy to be bound and not be allowed to cause disorder, violence and confusion. Confuse the communication of the enemy.
Protect President Trump’ s marriage and his family. Cease the attacks by the media, Hollywood and the entertainment establishment. May You contend with those who contend with us. You are our Strong Tower, our Rock; Hide us beneath the Cherubim wings of Your Tabernacle.
Please restore order and unity among the people of this Nation. We pray You would be glorified in all we do. Amen.

Thank You for imparting to him great understanding of the depth and strength of Your love that molds and reveals his identity as Your beloved son. Continue to add to his confidence and courage both humility and steadfastness based on Your character and holiness. Help him to fully understand that it is because of reliance on Your faithfulness, truth, integrity, mercy and power that America has received all the blessings that You have bestowed on it. Help President Trump to have great understanding that greatness stems from putting intimacy with You and growth in Your Kingdom as primary objectives in walking in fullness of life. We asked that you will completely restore our nation, as your intercessors continue to call upon you. We pray for Donald John Trump that his relationship with you will become deeper than he’s ever known. We pray that his administration will carry out all that you have intended for our nation. Specifically the restoration of our nation’s original adherence to biblical values. Keep our president, his family and all those who work toward his shared goals, safe and protected from all evil harm disease and disaster. Give them great grace to see this restoration to its end. WHEN I PRAYED FOR DONALD J. TRUMP WHEN WAS A CANDIDATE, THIS REVELATION FROM ISAIAH CAME TO ME. NOW, I KNOW FOR SURE HE IS INDEED THE GOD’S ANOINTED, CHOSEN LEADER FOR THIS NATION AND FOR THE WORLD. YES, THERE WILL BE CHAOS AND CONFUSION AROUND THE WORLD ABOUT HIS LEADERSHIP. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE WORLD MAY THINK OF HIM. GOD HAS HONORED HIM AND GUARANTEED SUCCESS UNTIL GOD’S WILL IS ACCOMPLISH ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.
JUST AS CYRUS RESTORED THE THE TEMPLE AT JERUSALEM AND RECOGNIZED JERUSALEM AS THE CITY OF GOD FOR ALL NATIONS.

I join my prayer for our President his family his cabinet members with the others who are praying for him. I have been praying and claiming that NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST HIM WILL PROSPER. I am so happy to see that others are also praying this intercession for him. I thank God that our people are rising up to cover our nation and our President with the blood of Jesus and that a double portion of wisdom and blessing be granted to President Trump and Vice President Pence. I thank God for this revival of national pride in our nation and the things that our Founding Fathers established for us in our becoming a nation. I thank you for all of those who have gone before President Trump who trusted in You and who passed their faith on to us today.

Father in the name of JESUS, I thank You for President Trump, (the King David of our time), whose heart is after God. As with President Truman, I thank You for using him to bring to fruition recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, and for making America a great and God-fearing nation again. I join others in declaring that no weapon formed against him and his family shall prosper. And, Lord, let nothing else Trump does or fails to do be used against him. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray. Amen!!!
Father, I ask you to fill our President with a double portion annointing to lead our nation, the Holy Spirit without measure and wisdom to equal Soloman, but with a singleness of mind and purpose in making decisions for the good of the Nation. Thank you Father, for turning the hearts of Americans and Christians back to You and to righteousness. When I came to the prayer for restoring historical markers there was great confirmation in my spirit for these to come to light and be raised up again. May it be so Lord. May the prayers of the saints ring throughout the land.
I read this and began to feel the holy spirit all over this word. I believe his families prayers and our prayers are meeting him in the midst of this time of his transformation. The Lord knows the cries of our hearts and his let him be so full of your wisdom Lord and lead by you. We plead the blood of Jesus over him and our nation.
