For protesting peacefully in front of an abortion facility in 2021, six pro-lifers have been found guilty in court. Now each one faces as long as a decade in prison, on top of some large fines.
From The Daily Wire. Six pro-lifers were found guilty on Tuesday after the Biden administration charged them over a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion facility in 2021. They face up to 10.5 years in prison.

The pro-life activists were accused by the Department of Justice of violating the FACE Act and civil rights conspiracy for a protest that took place in a hallway outside of a Mount Juliet abortion provider on March 5, 2021. On that day, a group of demonstrators gathered on the second floor of an office building in the hallway outside the Carafem Health Center Clinic. …
Those on trial included Chet Gallagher of Tennessee, Coleman Boyd of Mississippi, Heather Idoni of Michigan, Cal Zastrow of Michigan, Paul Vaughn of Tennessee, and Dennis Green of Virginia.
All six defendants were found guilty of both counts. They are expected to be sentenced in July.
The conspiracy charge can be punished with up to 10.5 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $260,000 while the FACE Act charge can lead to one year in prison and a $10,000 fine. …

Of course our current judges are going to convict and drop the hammer on protesters who cause no damage to property. Yet blm and antifa can destroy property and even physically harm people and law enforcement will turn their backs. Judges and prosecutors and police alike. So sad. Lord, Heavenly Father, thank You for precious life. We look to You for the model of what to do in regard to the unborn. You are the Father of life. You have stitched us in the womb. When we went awry, You did not abort us, but sent down Your very own Son to die on the cross so we could live. Although the six pro-life protesters in their actions pale in comparison with Your sons, they are on the right page, a page that comes out of the Book of Life. They sacrificed much for their convictions that the unborn have a voice that allows them to live. Lord, hold them in Your hands. Give them grace for their suffering, grit to continue to stand by their conviction, and, finally, the overturning of the outrageous persecution set against them. Also, Lord, because of their efforts, we pray that many unborn will be saved. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

To carry out a peaceful protest outside a building, where there is space so one can safely go around it, is one thing. To do it in an indoor hallway lacks decency and respect. Treat others as you would like them to treat you.
And of course, they will not get ten years – don’t be ridiculous.

Thank you, Susan, for your reply. Given the nature of the crime I don’t imagine a custodial sentence would even be considered and only a minor punishment inflicted.
Imagine if a young daughter of yours had been brutally raped, was now suicidal, and you were attending this clinic, only to be confronted by the ‘righteous’ protesters in a corridor.
Thankfully Christ came for sinners. His warnings of Hell were directed to the self-righteous and religious.

You are correct. These protestors have clearly breached the boundaries for protests. I have partaken in protests against abortion, but we have always been across the street. Otherwise, we would be breaching the physical boundaries and inviting problems in our efforts for the unborn children.
Their hearts were in the right place, but unfortunately their actions could be seen as confrontational.
We need to be smarter in our battles and pray before taking action.

On 2/23/22 Alexander Adams, bipolar man with a history of violent assaults knocked down an elderly woman and beat her with a cane. Her head hit the concrete sidewalk. She is now a vegetable. The present corrupt administration continues it flagrant abuse of power. We are commanded to continue to pray those in authority. My prayers have changed considerably in the last 3 years as I have watched the Biden administration absolutely support murder and use our justice system for every type of criminal action imaginable. Whatever justice that comes upon the administration is up to God. Though no one is beyond salvation, it seems this administration has willingly & knowingly partnered with hell. I really don’t buy the “they’ve been deceived” argument. Their track record indicates that everything they do is by design. They know the truth of what they should do but refuse to take that road.
In the meantime, Biden, the brilliant incompetent idiot president stands by and allows US ships, and other US structures to be attacked unrestrained in the Red Sea region, etc. He’d much rather go after innocent US protestors standing up for the lives of the unborn. Contact the D.O.J. and let them know that they overstepped their bounds in this case. Also, in many other cases. They are out of control. They need to know that the people of this country are watching and keeping tabs. Voting, letters, emails and phone calls are noted by these organizations/departments.
