Anthony Fauci is by far the most controversial government employee in Washington. And after decades of working at the highest levels of the federal government, he will finally resign in December.
For decades, Fauci has been a key health official in the federal government, serving as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and, more recently, a lead advisor on COVID-19 under Biden and former President Donald Trump. He currently serves as Biden’s chief medical adviser.
Fauci has come under massive criticism for his mishandling of the COVID pandemic, his hypocrisy and misleading Americans about everything from how people died to whether masks and vaccines work.
