The Jan. 6 Committee has more in common with the Soviet-style show trials of Lenin and Stalin that we may think. We must pray for justice.

As I wrote last month, this is a staged show trial worthy of Vladimir Lenin who developed the technique (later used to great effect by Joseph Stalin) while creating the Soviet dictatorship.
As Laura Engelstein wrote in her brilliant study “Russia in Flames: War, Revolution, Civil War, 1914 – 1921:”
“The trial of [Former Supreme Ruler of Russia Alexander] Kolchak’s ministers was the first and the prototype—of the political show trials that were to reach their apogee in Stalin’s purges. The purpose of the exercise was to judge not only the responsible individuals, but the entire counterrevolution.
“It was political theater intended for the instruction of ‘the masses,’ several thousand of whom were compelled to attend. The defendants, knowing they were doomed, addressed a different audience.”
When I watched Liz Cheney, who is the leading anti-Trump, anti-Republican member of the committee and clearly the driving force behind its most aggressive and dishonest tactics, said of her fellow Republicans that if they disagreed with her about “doing the right thing” (as she defined it) “your dishonor will remain,” I was stunned….
I realized then that this was not a congressional committee hearing but a show trial. That notion led me to Engelstein’s amazing history of the collapse of Tsarist Russia….
The parallels between the use of language by the woke Big Government Socialists and the propaganda techniques of the Leninist-Stalinist revolution are real and frightening….
Listen to the blood-thirsty tones of the Left and the constant anti-Republican propaganda and you can see a parallel evolution….
There is selective editing of video and papers to condemn the Trump team as unacceptable….

It’s an Impeachable Offense by every Representative on the Committee. A disgrace to all America stands for.
Liz Cheney is out to condemn and convict former President Trump for the lawless actions that happened on Jan 6.
Father I pray for truth to be revealed whether through this committee’s search or through another means. We as Americans want to know what happened on that day and what precipitated the attack on the capital. We need to know why then President Trump took so long to tell the protestors to leave and go home. We need to know why there was not more security at the capital than there was. We need to know why there are videos of guards making way for the protestors. We need to know who is really behind the incident. Why did certain groups like the Proud Boys and others think there was a call to attack the capital. Father there are too many questions that are only being answered through the lense of one view. Father please give us the truth of why a peaceful demonstration and support for President Trump went wrong. I pray for uncompromised truth to be revealed. Amen
It is a one sided – show. It reminds me of the Sussman trial. Hopefully, those who watch it will see right through it.
Lord, I pray for the spirit of repentence to fall upon this committee, so “Stir Up, Stir Up, oh Winds of God! Stir Up the winds that will BLOW AWAY the spirit of DELUSION that has BLINDED the masses. (Which includes the committee, the witnesses, those watching and those putting on this telecast.)

January 6th Committee is an absolute attack on our freedoms, especially religious freedoms, afforded us by God through the Constitution of the United States of America. As this committee attacks our righteous leaders before God we can easily see the devil’s tactics to steal, kill and destroy. After all, satan is the accuser of the brethren and the father of lies. I expect nothing less from his followers. The January 6th Committee will fail in its attempt to block President Donald Trump from being re-elected. The main purpose for the Jan 6th Committee is to prevent him from re-entering the political arena. I declare that the plans of the enemy, satan, will fail in the powerful Name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior! Amen!

The Democrats keep talking about maintaining our Democracy. What is sad is that most Americans do not know that the U.S. was intended to be a Democratic Republic with our source of wisdom and truth being GOD. A Democracy honors the wisdom of man; this is what the Jan 6 committee is. They have failed to listen to the truth from both sides; this is a committee with an agenda to defeat our Republic. I pray for God’s wisdom and mercy for this great nation. WAKE UP AMERICA!
