This legal battle could set a major precedent for what authority the CDC has to regulate our lives.
From CBS News. The Justice Department has filed an appeal that seeks to reverse a judge’s recent ruling that ended the nation’s mask mandate on public transit. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had asked the department to appeal the decision, issuing a statement Wednesday that said the mandate “remains necessary for the public health….”
The Justice Department said Tuesday it would appeal U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle’s decision only if the CDC said the mandate was still necessary. The department said Tuesday that it disagreed with the district court’s decision, and upon filing the appeal, Justice Department spokesman Anthony Coley issued a statement Wednesday saying, “In light of today’s assessment by the CDC that an order requiring masking in the transportation corridor remains necessary to protect the public health, the Department has filed a notice of appeal in Health Freedom Defense Fund, Inc., et al., v. Biden, et al.”
On Monday, Mizelle voided the CDC’s requirement covering airplanes and other public transit, ruling that the mandate exceeded the authority of U.S. health officials. In the aftermath, the Transportation Security Administration said it would no longer enforce the mandate….
Asked Tuesday if people should still wear masks on planes, President Biden replied: “That’s up to them,” according to The Associated Press….

Biden, who is nothing more than a mouthpiece, says that wearing masks is “an individual choice”. Yet the Biden “Justice department” files an appeal to fight for reinstatement of the mask mandate.
And that is precisely how you know that Biden is “not” making decisions but is merely a very weak puppet.
It should be a personal choice. I trust in God for my protection.
Amen to Kristi and Carol here in this column.. and additionally- the CDC is a private company. So it begs the question- since when does a private company dictate authoritarian control over United States citizens?. If at any time the regulation of human behavior is required for citizens-it is done through a legislative body -which has then handed down regulation and responsibility to local enforcement. The CDC is not authorized to tell people what to do in any event in regard to any situation.
Lord, I pray that as we are praying ..and you are hearing our prayers Lord.. That you would let your Holy Spirit minister to the minds and hearts and souls of the part of the federal government that is operating in these Affairs and allowing the CDC to be an onerous and overbearing force in our lives- and handing out illegal measures.. over our lives. I pray you would have mercy on us Lord and raise us up to stand against the evil.. Lord we are seeking you ..have mercy on us in these things Lord, – and let the truth be exposed that all of the covid provisions were blown way out of proportion and-, were a lie.. in their inception. Lord let us be free -, as we are struggling to seek you and walk the path with you.

The CDC can say whatever they want! We are not in a state of emergency in America and the justice department minions nor the corrupt cdc gave us freedom! GOD gave us freedom that our Constitution upholds! I bind those demonized leaders in both the cdc and justice department and ask GOD to send laborers to all of them so they can renounce their father satan who is the father of all liars, and then be saved in JESUS NAME! Amen!
