DeSantis suing Biden admin over large business vaccine mandate

Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Thursday he and the state of Florida will be suing the Biden administration over another of its vaccine mandates. The Republican said in a press conference his state is suing the federal government because the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s rule, which targets employers with 100 employees or more, is “not consistent with the Constitution.” DeSantis also said he found it “interesting” how the OSHA rule took two months for it to be issued despite being deemed an “emergency power.” …(Excerpts from the  White House Dossier)
