Rightful protests in Minneapolis quickly turned violent, then looting started, then gun shots. Protests quickly moved across the United States and around the globe like a grass fire.
Events went from demanding justice for the horrific murder of George Floyd to violence around the world in seven days! It’s as if there is a national and global strategy to accomplish all of this.
There is. A one-word strategy: Chaos.
As the protest swept the nation a pallet of bricks mysteriously appeared on a street corner in Dallas this weekend. No construction anywhere to be seen. The pallet was not there last week.
I have come to the conclusion there is a very a simple strategy to bring the forces of hell against humanity: use legitimate circumstances to create chaos. That’s it. Once chaos enters the situation, the evil, sinful nature of man is guaranteed to be set loose. Without law and order bringing boundaries to sinful nature you have chaos, riots, looting.
Scriptures talk about this chaos in Ephesians 2:2: “…the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.”
The good news is that the only end result of all of this is anarchy. I say it is good news, because anarchy will not last. Eventually people will tire of the violence and destruction. They will have to get back to their jobs – likely this will take longer because of the current high levels of unemployment. But the question is, what will surface on the other side of chaos?
The delicate balance our leaders must weigh at the moment is how to restore law and order for the good of our nation, while pursuing and accomplishing justice for all future “George Floyds.” Protest signs declare, “No justice, no peace,” but establishing justice is made even more difficult when organizations such as Antifa are calling for continued violence.
These protests have taken a life of their own, moving so quickly, from city centers to suburbs. This speed is not simply weird, it is empowered by supernatural forces.
What are we to do? The answer is simple: act and pray in the opposite spirit. When you observe chaos, pray for order. When someone responses to you with self-righteous anger, respond in love. When you witness violence, pray for tenderness.
Let’s not forget that this past Sunday was Pentecost, the day Christians celebrate the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the fulfillment of Joel 2:22 “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.” I heard many prophetic words that God was going to do a great work on THIS Pentecost. It is no surprise then that our adversary would pour out a counterfeit spirit—started by a counterfeit $20 bill that George Floyd tried to pass.
Let’s pray that as we witness the release of chaos, the refreshing work of the Holy Spirit would not be stolen as we experience a fresh outpouring, dreams and visions of what our mighty Lord is going to do.

Today as I was out walking with a couple of my neighbors, we passed by a home where the children had written on chalk on the sidewalk: “Lord have mercy on us.” and “Lord, let the fire of your Holy Spirit rain on us” with little hearts all around. It was so precious, and I’m certain it was the children who did this. I’ve seen them a few times as I walk that route out drawing and writing on the sidewalk.

“Know” Justice: “Know” Peace!
This is an excellent talk on unity, in and around the cross of Christ, by one of our nation’s best Preachers and Leaders, Tony Evans. Tony says in this video, that we all wear the same uniform, and it’s the color of Christ’s blood. He says we should embrace racial differences, since God made unity in diversity. God loves and promotes variety, especially in His Body.
We need to love all men, as we love ourselves; and boy, do we love ourselves! And, he explains how Christians are to be emulsifiers, like eggs do in mayo. Eggs bind together, two things that will never, ever come together, oil and water. Likewise, black and white will never come together, unless there is an emulsifier that joins them as one product with two separate and distinct functions, that tastes good on a sandwich. That emulsifier is the Holy Spirit, working in the world through believers like us.

Let the fire of the Holy Spirit wipe out the fire of hell that the enemy is trying to use on us!
Across this nation these so called protests once they turn violent they are defined as riots. Riots don’t accomplish anything when it comes to avenging the death of George Floyd. All riots do is lead to destruction, looting and violence that is all uncalled for. A very thorough investigation should be done to determine who these organizers were, who the people were that were brought into the various cities across the country, how much were they paid and who paid them. The people involved should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
Check out George Soros and the organizations his dollars fund, including ongoing targeting of various political races across the country to support opposition to the conservative candidates. The agenda is to take down the America that is constitution and Christian-values based. Any crisis is an opportunity.

Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people (Prv 14:34). Sin is lawlessness (1 John 3:4). The love of many grows cold as lawlessness increases (Mt 24:12), in our nation. Our souls are tormented over the lawless deeds that we see and hear day after day (2 Pe 4:3) for many are slaves to impurity and to lawlessness leading to more lawlessness (Ro. 6:19).
Like them, we once presented our members as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness, but now present our members as slave to righteousness leading to sanctification (Ro. 6:19). Thanks be, to your Son, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works (Titus 2:14). Blessed are we whose lawless deeds are forgiven and whose sins are covered (Ro. 4:7) by the One who remembers our sins and our lawless deeds no more (He. 10:17). Guide us still that we are not carried away with the error of lawless people and lose our own stability (2 Pe. 3:17).
We declare, God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). Your love covers a multitude of sin (1 Pe.4:8). We pray that those who oppose Your ways would be touched, consumed, and redeemed by Your love. Merciful Father soften their hearts so that they turn from their wicked ways, repent of their sins, confess Jesus as their Lord and Savior and find forgiveness through your love (2 Chr.7:14). There were/are people outside of these neighborhoods stirring up the unrest, making it look like it is the people from the neighborhoods and encouraging the chaos. Several have been arrested and some turned themselves.
Mr. Floyd ALLEGEDLY tried to pass!!!! It still wasn’t worth being murdered fort!!!
It is with disgust as I watch our cities burn and see the disrespect for law and order. People breaking into stores and stealing. Truly a difficult time for great country.
As I watch with my natural senses, I also watch with my Spiritual ones. For the last 5 yrs, I have sought the will of God for our country through prayer and Intercession. Some thing deep inside me drove me to press in and pray, with the hope that God would turn around the direction our country was headed. I knew it was headed for destruction. Before the election of 2016, I heard the prophetic predicting Trump as the next President. Something inside be believed that would be the case. I cannot explain it, but I had the faith to believe he would win. That same faith I have that God is leading us through a plan for restoration of our country.
Over these last years we have seen nothing but resistance to any change for the good. The evil seems so relentless, constantly challenging the truth. It’s been one attack after the other. One ends, the next one begins and so on. We all have been recognizing the spiritual nature of the attacks and have been praying accordingly. We are also seeing the truth being exposed concerning all the allegations against this administration. The Flynn affairs, Spy gate, Obama gate, etc. Much is happening to show progress.
But there was one aspect of this situation that really bothered me and it has been the focus of much of my prayers. Unless the majority of the people wake up and see the deception that has been going on, I could not see how any lasting change could happen. It’s like many in the country, the entire Democratic Party are in a cult. No matter how much evidence is presented to show the truth of a situation, they twist it and turn it around and blame the innocent. The media is their mouthpiece. I have been praying for 5 years for the eyes of the American people to be opened to see and understand the truth of what is going on. It’s been an agonizing time as it seems I have prayed this concept so many different ways because the burden deep inside me would not go away.
With all that said, will God use this latest demonic attack manifesting in so much destruction to wake up enough people to turn the tide on this wicked ideology that has gripped our country? Will the American people see how ineffective these mayors are to stand down and allow thugs to destroy their cities? Will people see these leaders react by putting their tail between their legs and slink away demonstrating the cowards they really are? Has the media finally met the end of their road in supporting the very people destroying our country? Is God answering our prayers through all of this pain and suffering? Does God take evil and use it for His purposes?
I choose by faith to believe He is and will continue to pray and keep my eyes on Him.
Dear Father in heaven, we only see in part, but You see the entire picture. Time is not linear to You, You know the end from the beginning. The enemy is the great deceiver, but You mighty God, can trick the enemy into playing into Your trap. I pray this latest manifestation be a trap to ensnare the enemy. May he have overplayed his hand to be to his destruction. I pray for the eyes of the American people to be opened to see wickedness of media and people in government that have been used to keep our country in bondage. May they see and understand the harms these people have done to our country. May they understand they have been used by the media, played one group against the other to divide us and cause hatred between us. Bring wisdom to all of us dear God and lay out the scenario, bring all pieces together, like a puzzle, so they fit into a nice finished picture for all to see. May this picture, the truth, set us free as a nation.
We praise the God of the universe, and His son, Jesus, who loved us and sacrificed His life for us. For without Him, we would have no hope or power to change anything.

Thank you Michael! You are not alone. GOD has lead me to pray a similar pray. That the eyes of the people who continually vote for the democrats would be open to the truth. I sense in my spirit that GOD is answering the prayers of his people in that He is uncovering the true nature of the Democratic party. GOD’s timing for exposing something is always perfect. Precious Lord, may the truth of what started these protests and violence be made known, may there be justice and mercy. May your spirit calm all who are involved in peaceful protests, may those who incited violence be exposed and stopped. Please bring all to repentance and salvation in Jesus name, amen.
Lord,provide us with endurance to continue to pray for the control of the chaos. Please embolden us through the fire of the Holy Spirit to be the people who reflect your biblical standards and love to all. Protect all in the cities filled with looting and violence and quell the hatred. Direct those who are controlling the violence and looting with strength and mercy and protect them from harm. Retribution & Vengeance do not belong to me, and if I see it want to rise and take offense I must ‘remember my calling brethren’ and let Psalms 131 replay inside of me until I can see what sinners, like myself, need is Jesus. This was not a rightful protest. The man tried to pass a counterfeit $20.00 bill. He was nothing more than a common criminal. Justice served. The rioters across the nation are using this as an excuse for anarchy. They need the same justice.
Robert, maybe you should ask yourself if a $20 dollar counterfeit bill was worth all $20 times millions and millions of real bills it will take to repair all the damage. Not to mention the unnecessary loss of life, besides Mr. Floyds, which we cannot put a price on.
The loss of one criminal is no excuse for millions and millions of dollars in damages. And in the Book of Leviticus and Deuteronomy a man slayer is justified for putting a man to death. Read the Bible.
Please read the New Testament, Robert. Passing a counterfeit bill is not brought to justice by murder. And the riots are not in protest of this murder. The riots are instigated by those who want one world order. They are using the crisis of Mr. Floyd’s murder as an excuse to destroy our nation. They’ve tried hard for many years and they see this as a great opportunity.
Thou shalt not steal. Thou shalt not bear false witness. What is more against the Ten Commandments than what George Floyd attempted?
Robert Camp, I am not saying he hasn’t committed crimes. I’m saying to read the New Testament and find that killing him (murdering him) is not a just punishment for his crimes. Jesus wiped that out with His death on the cross and changed how justice is served. The man should have been apprehended and brought to trial…not murdered by the very people who are meant to protect citizens.

That is no excuse for people nationwide to riot, break windows, loot and commit atrocities in the name of justice. We are told in scripture that there will be wars and rumors of wars. Is that what we are seeing?
I absolutely agree!!! But you sounded like George Floyd was a criminal & deserved to die. I was defending him. Not the rioters. They need to be arrested & put in jail. They are criminals/terrorists & should be treated as such.
Thank you for this article, David. I’d like to respond by saying that recently a thought came to me. Since we all have been praying for another great revival, this demonic activity should not throw us off. The devil knows that his time is short. Isn’t this evident by what’s happening? I believe this wickedness will stop when everyone becomes alarmed at the evil that leads to so much destruction. It might take some time, but that revival will happen. Let’s all keep praying and believing.

Father God, I pray Psalm 140 over our land, over our law enforcement: “I say to the Lord, “You are my God.” Hear, Lord, my cry for mercy. Sovereign Lord, my strong deliverer, you shield my head in the day of battle.
Do not grant the wicked their desires, Lord; do not let their plans succeed.”
Father God, I pray that You would protect the LEOs in our land whether they are National Guard or local cops. I pray that you would shield their heads in this day of battle. I pray that You would not give us what we deserve but You would give us Mercy. See your servants this day, hear our cry for Your Righteousness to be restored to our polluted land. I pray for a cleansing of injustice from every branch of our Law Enforcement branches (FBI, CIA, local cops, etc.). I pray for every American to turn their eyes upward, to Jesus, to say You are my Lord, You are my God.
Father God, assemble the dry bones of the Body of Christ to more intercession, to be feet on the ground & pray in place, to take back these altars of pain (Ferguson, Dred Scott decision, George Floyd) & redeem them for Your Glory… to bring God’s Church in the midst of the fray.

Thank You Father that there are those who seek your solution in this hour. In Lynchburg, Virginia they chose to worship you. May we understand the power of true worship to turn the hand of the enemy. Our weapons are not carnal but mighty through God for the pulling down of strongholds.

Father God, we pray for Your Divine Intervention in Minneapolis and all across our nation. May Your Holy Spirit change hearts and minds. I call forth Your angels who carry out His plans listening for each of His commands.(Ps 103:20) Therefore, angels of the Most High God, we call upon you to accomplish this- Ps 7:9 – ”End the evil of those who are wicked and defend the righteous. For you look deep within the mind and heart, O righteous God.” And you may ask, can we ask such a thing? Absolutely, Hebrews 1:14, ”Therefore, angels are only servant-spirits sent to care for people who will inherit salvation.” THAT’S US!
The Word very clearly says that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and rulers of darkness, and demon spirits in high places.
Our Lord never intended for us to fight against each other but to join forces together to fight against our common enemy, the forces of evil, the devil.
So sad that this is gotten so distorted… Just another ploy from the enemy. To try to turn us against each other.
I’m so thankful that I have the luxury of doing my flighting on my knees… And I do understand that there are others who must be on the physical front lines… Just because of the physical escalation. And a lot because we haven’t been faithful to do our part in the spirit. Thank God we are now awake and in our armor… Battle Array… It is our responsibility to send out the upmost protection for them as they fight these physical battles. Simply because it’s required to protect us against the forces.
The battle is Mine says the LORD. So we do look to you… For wisdom and knowledge and understanding and the fear of the Lord. And like Jehoshaphat… We expect to see Your Glory through all of this.

Give voice to what the Father and the Son are doing through the Ekklesia, your church. May we rise to bring the influence of your Kingdom come into every sphere of society. May signs and wonders follow us out into the streets and halls of government and businesses and broken homes and schools and laboratories and hospitals and stages the world is watching and manifest your Kingdom of power and love and a sound and wise mind through your people. Lord You are aware & know the very source of these deeds of this evil. Lord pour out Your Spirit. What satan meant for evil turn it around for good as only YOU can. Greater is HE that is within us than he that is in the world. Lord to YOU all lives matter.
