My heart breaks with you. I pray God give you a love beyond your understanding for your niece and her family. He knows and and he cares more than we ever can. I pray God to open their eyes to the deception, and cause them to repent and bring healing for their hearts and salvation to their home.
Stand strong and don’t give up.

Nancy, I use this verse when confronted with situations like yours. “Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.” -Titus 1:15. I try to keep my own mind focused not on what I see, but on Who God is and what He can do. Satan wants your mind in his pocket. There were two men who wanted to combat sex trafficking. One hated the traffickers and he slowly became corrupted by the environment and ended up fallen. The other one loved the traffickers in the name of Christ and was able to work successfully many years without being contaminated. Jesus cleansed ten lepers, yet only one came back to Him, so who was truly cleansed? Your situation is difficult, but the more you put aside your own wants, the more God can advise you. Is it really the grammar that bothers you? Is it imagining sex acts? Is it thinking that your niece should have been immune to this influence? Once you clear out yourself, things will become clearer and easier. I use the advice below from George Muller constantly. It prioritizes my relationship with God over any other issue. It is the only way to find peace with your decisions, for now and for later. May God comfort you, bless you and lead you. May you soon reach the point of Isaiah 30:21 “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.” Amen.

How to Ascertain the Will of God
by George Müller
1.—I seek at the beginning to get my heart into such a state that it has no will of its own in regard to a given matter. Nine-tenths of the trouble with people is just here. Nine-tenths of the difficulties are overcome when our hearts are ready to do the Lord’s Will, whatever it may be. When one is truly in this state, it is usually but a little way to the knowledge of what His will is.
2.—Having done this, I do not leave the result to feeling or simple impression. If so, I make myself liable to great delusions.
3.—I seek the Will of the Spirit of God through, or in connection with, the Word of God. The Spirit and the Word must be combined. If I look to the Spirit alone without the Word, I lay myself open to great delusions also. If the Holy Ghost guides us at all, He will do it according to the Scriptures and never contrary to them.
4.—Next I take into account providential circumstances. These often plainly indicate God’s Will in connection with His Word and Spirit.
5.—I ask God in prayer to reveal His Will to me aright.
6.—Thus, through prayer to God, the study of the Word, and reflection, I come to a deliberate judgment according to the best of my ability and knowledge, and if my mind is thus at peace, and continues so after two or three more petitions, I proceed accordingly. In trivial matters, and in transactions involving most important issues, I have found this method always effective.

Nancy< I believe more of us than not are or will be affected by this cancer. By "us", I mean members of the Body of Christ. There is no where to hide from this except in Christ. I'm reminded of the words from a song, "I run to the Rock" https://genius.com/Crabb-family-i-go-to-the-rock-lyrics and https://www.lyricsfreak.com/n/nitro+praise/rock+of+my+salvation_20610820.html

Stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. This is His Battle;Pray and love; we'll help to hold up your arms over the battle.

Nancy,
Lynda has given you good words from scripture.
My heart is also breaking for your niece and all the children that are being deceived emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Let us not forget it is the enemy, fighting against God for innocent children. God is the almighty powerful God of the universe, and we are working with Him to set the captives free. To pull down strong holds, to bind and loose, to bring the Kingdom of God to earth.
Jesus said: Behold, I give you power to tread on scorpions, serpents and, over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. We are His hands, feet, and His voice.
Scripture is clear in the Old and New Testament.
Genisis 5:2
He created them male and female and blessed them. And he named them “Mankind” when they were created.
Matthew 19:4
Jesus answered, “Have you not read that from the beginning the God ‘made them male and female’
Mark 10:6
But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
God hears and answers our prayers.
Faith. comes through hearing and hearing through the word of God.
Your trust will be in Him as He leads and guides you with love, grace and mercy. He will open the door, and you will speak what He tells you, no more and no less!!
Through prayer, fasting, the power and authority we have been given let us set the captives free by the power of the Holy Spirot working in us.
