Our Founding Fathers pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor in order to see a nation formed based on God’s Holy Word. They knew that they were literally signing their very lives away, but with courage. They did so in order to form a nation separate from Britain, where people could freely worship the one true and living God.

Most of us know that, just as at the creation of the world, satan has been trying to steal, kill, and destroy God’s most prized creation. Likewise, he has been doing the same in America.

Though the guiding principles of Christianity helped form this nation, there has been a stain of evil woven into the very fabric of the United States. The idolatry and evil associated with the Freemasons have infected every aspect of our nation.

On Saturday, October 24, 2026, a group of seven individuals, which eventually grew to ten, met on the grounds of Independence Hall to Recount, Reclaim, and Rededicate Philadelphia back to God.

Pennsylvania, whose founder was William Penn, was established by God’s grace and mercy as the Seed of a Nation. Penn wrote many of the core concepts that would later influence the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution while serving a prison sentence in Britain for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ without a permit.

This “Holy Experiment,” as Penn called it, was designed around the principles of religious freedom, the liberty of conscience, fair legal procedures, and representative self-governance. Penn’s early constitutional drafts and the Charter of Privileges established elected colonial assemblies and protections for individual rights that influenced early American political thought and ought to do so even today.

We see such a defilement of these core biblical tenets that helped form our nation. Our mission on this October day was to repent for the ways Philadelphia and all of Pennsylvania have fallen away from God.

Matthew Hammack, an anointed man of God, opened in prayer and asked for the covering of the shed blood of Jesus over us, as well as His protection as we prayed, repented, and interceded.

Matt is gifted with discernment regarding territorial sins and how to repent for them. Spiritual mapping is an important aspect of discernment when praying for our territories.

He repented on behalf of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the United States for the Freemasons’ role in setting the cornerstone of Independence Hall, as well as for the wheel-and-spoke symbolism on the grounds. He prayed against the sun god, Ra. As soon as he finished praying in this manner, there was a shift in the spiritual atmosphere. The heaviness we initially felt when we arrived had lifted.

Two other gentlemen, Jim and Bill, prayed and repented on behalf of Philadelphia. Powerful intercession was lifted as prayers were offered for witchcraft to be broken off this area and for those enslaved by it to be set free.

Repentance for making John Barry an idol was also lifted up. Though John Barry was a good and decent man, we are never to idolize anyone. The Lord is clear that we are to have no other gods before Him.

Approximately halfway through our time of intercession and prayer, a man appeared wearing a full black mask and a set of black-and-white wings on his back. He carried a prop sword in his hand and shouted that he had once sat on top of the statue of John Barry. Oddly enough, his sweatshirt had the word “Blessed” on it, along with a cross.

The men in the group went on alert and prayed for the man. Matt began walking toward him, but the man then left the area. We took this as a sign that tremendous spiritual warfare was taking place on these grounds.

I wept as I cried out to God, repenting on behalf of Philadelphia for the shedding of innocent blood; sexual perversion; the maiming of children at Children’s Hospital and other hospitals through gender reassignment procedures and transgender hormone therapy; rape; murder; human and sex trafficking; sports betting; fraudulent elections; incest; organized crime; drug trafficking and addiction; pride; falling away from its first love; corrupt courts; and the indoctrination of our children within the education system.

I prayed and declared, in Jesus’ name, that abortion would become unthinkable. I also prayed that every abortionist, as well as every surgeon seeking to maim our children under the guise of “saving their lives” through gender reassignment, would drop their scalpels and tools because the power of God would come upon them so strongly that they could not complete these heinous acts.

I called forth the true identity of our children, declaring that their identity is in Christ alone.

I prayed and called forth the Divine destiny of Philadelphia. Just as the church of Philadelphia received no chastisement from the Lord in the book of Revelation, I prayed that the church in Philadelphia would once again return to its first love, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Matt sensed that a coven of witches and warlocks was casting curses on us and attempting to attack us while we were praying. Matt and Bill cast down the curses and took authority in the mighty name of Jesus, turning the curses back on the enemy camp. Yet, they also prayed for the very souls enslaved by the occult.

We joined together in song, lifting our voices during this holy convocation. Though we were only ten people, our voices boomed across the grounds of Independence Hall in a melodic offering to our precious Lord. I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit as we sang “Holy Forever.”

Matt shared a prophetic dream he had about the Black-Robed Regiment and the Church’s call to action—not to hide, but to take its place of spiritual authority.

He also shared a prophetic dream about going into a city set on a hill and fighting demons. He spoke about the prophecy of Isaiah being fulfilled in Matthew 4 at the beginning of Jesus’ ministry. The Holy Spirit surely poured out as Matthew 4:16 was declared over Philadelphia:

“The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death Light has dawned.”

Sandra, a dear woman of God, and her two precious daughters joined us in prayer. She led us in prayer for our children and specifically for the education system, calling for truth, holiness, and purity to return to our schools. She prayed for the protection of our children, asking God to send His angels to surround them.

Our sister in Christ, Jackie,  led a heartfelt prayer for the children as well.

Amy Jo Herring and Jim, led by the Holy Spirit, eloquently shared thoughts and concepts from the prayer and covenantal proclamation made by Reverend Robert Hunt at Jamestown:

We do hereby dedicate this Land, and ourselves, to reach the people within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up godly generations after us, and with these generations take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations, as long as this earth remains, and may this land, along with England, be Evangelist to the world. May all who see this Cross, remember what we have done here, and may those who come here to inhabit join us in this Covenant and in this most noble work that the Holy Scriptures may be fulfilled.

Amy Jo shared that the covenant made with God at Jamestown fulfilled Psalm 22:26–27:

“All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations shall worship before You. For the kingdom is the Lord’s, and He rules over the nations.”

On our drive to Philadelphia, we saw a Bald Eagle soaring over us. We felt the Lord was giving us a sign that we would see the spiritual captives delivered and freedom from the slavery of sin and defilement that has plagued America, taking back our nation for Him.

At one point, we all heard shofars sounding in the distance. This happened as we were bringing our prayer time to a close. What a perfectly prophetic way to seal the spiritual warfare and territorial reclamation that took place on this sacred ground!

We wait in reverential expectation for what the Lord will pour out upon our beloved state and nation. Now, more than ever, let us be in a place of repentance, approaching the Lord with humility, fasting, and fervor as we plead for His mercy upon this nation and us.

As Jesus stated in Matthew 4:17:

“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

PRAYER

Precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, You alone are Lord of all. You alone are the answer to the mess and evil in America. Father God, we humble ourselves before You, repenting on behalf of ourselves and this nation for the many sins we have committed, breaking covenant with You and bringing defilement to this land.

Lord, You promised in II Chronicles 7:14 that if we, Your people who are called by Your name, humble ourselves, pray, seek Your face, and turn from our wicked ways, You will hear from heaven, forgive our sins, and heal our land.

We are doing as You have commanded, and now we wait for Your forgiveness and healing. We thank You for it! In Jesus’ all-powerful name, Amen.
