Historic Zionist Congress Unites Christians and Jews Against Antisemitism
As antisemitism rises across the West and support for Hamas grows on college campuses and online, leaders from Jewish, Christian, and Arab communities are forming an unprecedented alliance to defend Israel and the Judeo-Christian foundations of Western civilization. A historic gathering in Nashville marked what many believe is the beginning of a powerful new movement.
Let the IFA community know how to pray for you.
From CBN:
The multicultural meeting in Nashville drew 400 leaders for the first-ever Judeo-Christian Zionist Congress (JCZC). It echoed the 1897 meeting led by Theodore Herzl, which helped give birth to modern Israel.
More than a century later, organizers believe this marks a crucial new chapter focused on uniting millions who stand for Judeo-Christian values.
Calev Myers, co-founder and president of the JCZC, told CBN News, “It was even more shocking to me to see that on October 8th (2023, after the Hamas massacre and kidnappings in Israel), about 120 demonstrations on university campuses in the United States for Hamas against Israel.”
Throughout the congress, speakers warned that the battle surrounding Israel is not merely political, but deeply spiritual and civilizational. Organizers described a growing global effort to undermine biblical truth, Western values, and support for the Jewish people. Many pointed to the explosion of antisemitism following Hamasā October 7 attack on Israel as evidence that a broader ideological war is unfolding.
Participants emphasized the unique role Christians play in standing with Israel. With only roughly 15 million Jews worldwide but hundreds of millions of Christians who support Israel, leaders argued that now is the time to educate, mobilize, and unify believers in defense of truth and freedom.
Several speakers also sounded the alarm over what they called an āeighth frontā in Israelās war ā the battle over narratives, information, and ideology. They warned that anti-Israel propaganda has deeply infiltrated universities, social media, and even some churches. Rev. Johnnie Moore cautioned that antisemitism is beginning to creep toward the Church and must be ārejected entirely, immediately, and totally.ā
Others challenged attendees to become āwatchmen on the walls,ā standing boldly for Israel, biblical truth, and the moral foundations of Western civilization. The congress concluded with a call for unity between Jews and Christians in confronting rising hatred, misinformation, and spiritual darkness.
As intercessors, we know Scripture calls believers to bless Israel and stand against antisemitism. In a time when deception and hatred are spreading rapidly, the Church must remain rooted in biblical truth and unwavering in its support for Godās chosen people. Let’s pray for courage, unity, and discernment as this spiritual battle intensifies.
