In June, millions of left-wing protestors gathered at over 2,000 locations across the nation as part of the first “No Kings” protest. And, according to the left-wing news site The Guardian, organizers are expecting an even bigger turnout today for the second “No Kings” protest.

Organizers expect this Saturday’s protests to draw more people than the June events as the American public sees the excesses of the Trump administration more clearly.
“[The Trump administration’s] goal is to dissuade you from participating,” said Ezra Levin, a cofounder of Indivisible, the progressive movement organization with chapters around the US that is a main organizer of No Kings. “That doesn’t mean that everybody has the same threat level. It doesn’t mean that people should ignore what the threats are, but it does mean we’re going to need to see a lot of courage out there on Saturday.”
More than 200 organizations are signed on as partners for the 18 October protests; none have dropped off for fear of a Trump backlash, Levin said. The American Civil Liberties Union, the civil rights group, is a partner, as is advocacy group Public Citizen. Unions including the American Federation of Teachers and SEIU are in the coalition. The new protest movement 50501, which began earlier this year as a call for protests in all 50 states on a single day, is also a partner. Other partners include the Human Rights Campaign, MoveOn, United We Dream, the League of Conservation Voters, Common Defense and more.
As The Guardian notes, hundreds of progressive organizers are taking part in these protests. Intercessors may recognize some of the names from the above excerpt. The Human Rights Campaign, for example, has a long history of pushing leftist and LGBTQ+ agendas.
Organizers are expecting a larger turnout, as protests will be held in more than 2,500 locations. Still, The Guardian notes that some leftist may election to stay home “because the threats against them are too great.” Some reportedly fear “deportation for participating in peaceful protest,” despite the fact that the Trump administration is not deporting legal citizens, nor is it cracking down on truly peaceful protests.
This comes as opposition to President Trump continues to rise. Quoting from the Harvard Crowd Counting Consortium, The Guardian notes that 2025 has seen “far more protests” than the same time period in 2017. The article even notes that the first “No Kings” protest was one of the largest single-day demonstrations held since President Trump first took office eight years ago, second only the Women’s March in 2017.
In June, many “No Kings” protests became violent, bringing damage, chaos, and even death. As protests once again gather today, let’s pray for protection and peace!

I thank the Lord that He is the author of Peace. By the authority of Jesus I proclaim Peace over every protest this day. By the authority of Jesus I proclaim confusion in the minds of anyone considering violence. I proclaim the Lord’s complete protection over innocent people and their property
. Jesus Christ is King. I pray many will come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord of their lives today and seek fellowship with Believers tomorrow. All praise King Jesus.
I pray that since they are doing evil that these protestors either have a massive “come to Jesus” moment or that they all run into a disease that spreads among them that has no cure. And because it is all so pervasive most of them realize how wrong they are.
Follow the money trail. Who funded it? More than probably you will see people like George Soros and his network who are behind these efforts. I believe it was Brandon Biggs, who prophesied this happening and said that George Soros would be behind it with his monies. We need to agree that no weapon formed against President Trump and our country , will prosper and bind the spirits of anarchy, insurrection and division and forbid them to operate and destroy their works and cancel this assignment in Jesus’s name.
I hope that the people, like the king of evil Soros, loses all his money and leaves this earth pronto. And unless you are a complete ignoramus you know where he is headed.
In California the biggest issue is immigration. The state uses a lot of workers to tend to the fields, and to work in the hospitality industry among others. So many people have lived here for so long with their families without becoming legal residents or citizens. I remember as a young girl workers had work permits to be here. Can your organization explain what the immigration system is so broken?
I wish that these people who are protesting will wake up and see the light.
After praying for the safety of the protestors and men and women in uniform who are assigned to maintain order at these demonstrations, I decided to do something positive today. I turned off the TV, and I began writing letters to Virginia voters asking them to vote in Virginia’s upcoming gubernatorial election based on biblical values and God’s truth. I experienced no screaming, foul language or fear for my life. It was a gentle, peaceful and hopeful task, and I believe it will make a difference.
God, I pray for salvation for all people that attend the No Kings event. People would find God’s peace and love in their hearts. That the people of the United States would be in prayer for your work being done. God, bring civility, healing, and wisdom to the country.

Heavenly Father, I pray for divine protection over all who are involved in the protests but mainly over the law enforcement — ICE, local police, etc. In Jesus name, we bind the hands of satan and his schemes from causing violence and chaos… and instead turn what was meant for evil turn it into good. Open the eyes of these people so that they realize what they are doing is wrong and that they will turn to You and repent! Thank you Jesus for causing these protests to turn into gospel revivals across this nation 🙏

Of course in that short list of organizations supporting this insurrection, there are george soros groups…and teacher? who should know better but unions have subverted education in a big way. I find it unsettling and ironic that when people protested at the Capitol on January 6th, the Biden administration used government employees to stage a riot and cause violence, which resulted in a shooting, and yet Trump supporters did not stage anti-Biden rallies in protest, even though he put innocent peaceful protestors in prison without a trial.
Why is it that when the liberals lose power, they cheat to thwart the authority voted in by the people?
Do they not understand how a republic operates?
They accuse others of the very crimes they are guilty of and subvert justice by using liberal judges and paid protestors to achieve their goals, while the people who voted get overridden and dismissed in the process.
Personally, I would rather live under an absolute monarchy than a system that can be so easily subverted by outsiders with money like George Soros.
At least then we would know exactly where to place blame and deal with evil leaders accordingly.
I pray daily that the Lord will expose evil for what it is, and that He will cut off the head of the snake which has so badly corrupted our political system.

In our little town, on the Eastern Shore, there is a No Kings demonstration today. Tomorrow, there will be a Spiritual Revitalization event in our town park, sponsored by 20+ churches in our county. Heavenly Father, I pray that the people who turn out for Spiritual Revitalization will greatly outnumber the people at No Kings. Follow the money, pray the funding for the printed signs and pay to rioters dry up. Read that one rioter had been arrested 4 times and been paid $75K, to yell, bully, cause damage and be an overall nuisance.
