I Prayed have prayed
Lord, we thank You for Mike Waltz's timely appointment as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. Give him favor with the UN leaders as they work together to bring the UN back to its original intent: to be a gathering place for world leaders who desire to resolve conflicts, prevent wars, and eradicate hunger and genocide across the globe. Let him stand in the gap for a world that needs a strong America among hostile world actors.

On Friday, September 19, the U.S. Senate narrowly approved Mike Waltz, former National Security Advisor, as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, filling an eight-month vacancy in one of President Trump’s most needed advisory positions. Ambassador Waltz now faces the herculean task of honoring President Trump’s “America First” agenda at the UN while endeavoring to fulfill the pledge he made during his Senate confirmation hearing to “Make the UN Great Again.” Ambassador Mike Waltz arrives at a unique time in history, as the United Nations reevaluates its purpose and programs. The United States holds a key position to ensure the UN’s goals align with what is best, not just for the U.S., but also for the nations of the world.

The United Nations acknowledges its failure to fulfill its original purpose.

It is the worst of times for the United Nations. This organization lost sight of its original mission, penned at its inception 80 years ago on June 26, 1945, when 50 Allied nations were still reeling from memories of the carnage. Following a significant loss of life, they agreed that it was necessary to create a world organization that would help ensure peace in future years. They thoughtfully penned the Preamble to the United Nations’ Charter, “We the peoples of the United Nations, determined to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war… The immortal words were later ratified on October 24, 1945.

Ambassador Waltz has publicly stated he is actively working to reorient the UN toward its original intent: preventing wars and maintaining peace through strength and accountability.

The 80th Anniversary of the United Nations creates an opportunity for reform.

This year, the United Nations celebrates its 80th anniversary. In a recent interview aired on Global Stage, Guy Ryder, the Under Secretary General of the UN, discussed the need of the UN to use this anniversary to remember the purpose for creating a gathering place for world leaders to reevaluate all its programs, eliminate “low impact programs” and engage only in those programs that bring the most good to the most people. Mr. Rider stated, “We must work better, work more effectively, prioritize our goals, streamline, and learn to do our jobs in ways that have more impact. We must evaluate everything we go into as to the impact it will have for good.”

The UN has a dismal record of reform. Ambassador Waltz steps into the UN with a strong military and political background. He has served as a Colonel, a Green Beret, and a U.S. Representative. Ambassador Waltz is a leader capable of looking after American interests in any reforms proposed by the UN.

President Trump’s D.O.G.E. spotlights the United Nations’ programs that are involved in corruption.

In February 2025, President Trump released a D.O.G.E. report on UN spending across all UN agencies. This report alone prompted the United Nations to assess the extent to which funds were allocated to programs with minimal impact. USAID programs gave the most financial latitude to bad actors who took advantage of aid and sold it on the black market.

The D.O.G.E. report exposed agencies with anti-American and anti-Israel biases, prompting President Trump to withdraw significant funding from the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). He also stopped funding the UN> Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, whose staff members have been accused of working for Hamas.

Providing oversight on programs spotlighted in the D.O.G.E. report is part of Ambassador Waltz’s duties.

The D.O.G.E. Report prompted President Trump to withdraw U.S. support from the UN.

In the past, the U.S. funded 22% of the UN’s General Operating budget, 27.89% of the UN’s Peacekeeping budget, and one-fourth of the support has kept the UN running. Each year, the U.S. gives the United Nations $50 billion across all agencies.

To seek accountability and reform, in 2025, President Trump withdrew $3.2 billion from the UN. The move provided a significant incentive for the UN to not only reevaluate its programs and attitudes toward the U.S.

President Trump gave the UN notice that he has requested Ambassador Waltz to continue reviewing all UN programs to locate all outreaches that had drifted from their original mission and acted contrary to the interests of the United States.

Reduced U.S. financial support prompted massive lay-offs at UN offices.

The worst times for the United Nations could also be the worst times for Ambassador Waltz as he arrives amid a great financial turmoil plaguing the UN. Three thousand positions are being eliminated from the UN’s core workforce, and approximately 35,000 staff members are being laid off, totaling 20% of the UN’s core workforce.

Can the UN continue to exist?

Under Secretary-General Ryder, in his Global Stage interview, lamented that he hoped the United Nations would at least renovate its buildings in New York as a primary meeting place where Global leaders could meet.

This is just one more step in the exposure of corruption in governments globally. We saw a glimpse of the depth of wickedness in high places at the last Olympics when leaders around the globe allowed the perverse, evil, demonic activities being flaunted before during & at conclusion of the games. This is a demonic structure which was brought into our nation under the guise of unity. Woodrow Wilson, who I believe to be anti-christ, was influential in the establishment of this organization as well as the department of education. We take authority over those demonic structures & curse them at the root. We send them back to their place from which they came – hell – & replace their wicked influence with Holy Spirit!!!!! As Jesus said – IT IS FINISHED! AMEN!!!!
