In a shocking blow to the current administration, a federal appeals court ruled that most of President Trump’s tariffs are illegal.

“We affirm the CIT’s holding that the Trafficking and Reciprocal Tariffs imposed by the Challenged Executive Orders exceed the authority delegated to the President by IEEPA’s text,” the opinion from the Washington-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit states.
“We also affirm the CIT’s grant of declaratory relief that the orders are invalid as contrary to law.”
In a 7-4 vote, the divided court allowed the tariffs to remain in place through Oct. 14 to give the Trump administration a chance to file an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court.
President Trump was quick to denounce the ruling on Truth Social. In his post, the President stressed that “the United States of America will win in the end.”
President Trump initially instituted sweeping tariffs in early April, rocking the global economy and bringing dozens of nations to the negotiating table. The President insisted his tariffs were designed to counter the United States’ trade deficits, as well as unfair tariffs levied against America by other nations.
At issue is the President’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), a 1977 emergency law he used to enact April’s sweeping tariffs. The Trump administration has sought to defend this action, arguing that courts approved of President Nixon’s usage of IEEPA in 1971.
So what’s next? Likely the Supreme Court. The highest court in America has issued several favorable rulings to the Trump administration in the past few months. They could very well rule for the President in this case as well.
In the meantime, however, let’s pray. Let’s ask the Lord to protect President Trump and to defend justice in America!

Yes, Lord Almighty – please compel the SCOTUS to overturn this unjust ruling, which ignores Nixon’s precedent. Continue to guide Pres. Trump in his quest for fair trade and world peace. In the powerful name of Yeshua we pray – so be it!

Much money and time are wasted by the unconstitutional judgments coming from woke appeals courts. Our President is on the Lord’s side and our Triune God always wins!!!! Afterall, God Almighty helped to write the U.S. Constitution and all federal papers concerning the founding of our nation.

We ask You to bless the Trump administration as it seeks to file an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court and to defend justice in America. We pray that the United States of America will Win in the end! Trump’s reciprocal tariffs protect U.S. jobs, generate government revenue, reduce reliance on imports, and push trading partners to make fair deals. The tariffs are essential for national security and economic growth. In fact , president Trump is using the tariff of reciprocal trade to reverse globalization and to put America First. We’ve already seen tariff revenue growing significantly. He’s reshaping the direction of America and the world. The appeals court decision was orchestrated by the establishment elites to undermine Trump’s America First agenda and weaken his presidency; by striking down tariffs, the court is siding with globalist powers to make the U.S. dependent on foreign imports again. No matter what the result of this case, it’s actually a good chance for Him to drain the swamp, and eliminate the Deep State and Globalists. He will Win in the end. Father, I pray for President Trump as he works to help the economy and bring good to America. Thank you for giving faith in you to him. Give him wisdom to know what he should do. I pray that the Supreme Court will overturn this lower court’s ruling.
According to our Constitution, the appeals court ruling us what is illegal! FATHER GOD please put a quick STOP to the rogue judges trying to nullify the American peoples votes for President Trump! No where in our Constitution do these unelected judges have any authority over the President or the Executive Branch of our government. Please put an immediate and permanent stop to this judiciary meddling and attempt at judicial tyranny! Please begin removing these judges from office permanently and let them work for a living like the rest of us in JESUS NAME! Amen!
So as a Christian, you feel comfortable just making up whatever statements you want and asserting them to be true, because you feel like it. Because you like Trump, you change reality into whatever you want it to be. Our constitution says no such thing. It is the foundation of our country that we did not want a king and so the president should have limits on his power and be constrained by laws. He is not a king, he does not get to do whatever he wants, and as a Christian and someone familiar with scripture, it SHOULD be troubling to anyone that a president would want unlimited power. What has happened to people’s basic understanding of Christianity that they turn politics into a cult?
That is not the case here. This president has not played footsie with the UN or other nations against our nation as other recent presidents have done in their attempt to attain uninterrupted power.
Global powers were / are in cahoots to suffer the USA to defeat via a slow death. The book, “The Long Game; China’s Grand Startegy to Displace American Order” does a good job explaining what almost happened. Yehoveh (YHVH; YAHWEH) stepped in. The Earth works under His timeline but He can bend His timeline for His name’s sake when His saints humble ourselves and cry out for help.
So the record-setting executive orders by Obama/Biden were perfectly fine? Their forced lockdowns, masks, and killer jabs weren’t dictatorial in your mind? Christ calls us to remove the log in order to see another’s speck. Peace and hope to you!
