After the Trump administration’s $50 million settlement with Brown University prohibits it from performing transgender medical interventions on minors, press secretary Karoline Leavitt said, the administration is seeking similar commitments from other universities.

“I can tell you that ending the chemical castration of children in our country is a priority of this administration,” Leavitt told The Daily Signal. “We’ve talked to many of these universities about it.”

“The president has also taken very strong action to cut off the funding for any medical institution in this country that provides those barbaric procedures,” Leavitt added.

The Brown University settlement, announced Wednesday, is “another win to root out antisemitic behavior on our nation’s college campuses and unlawful racial discrimination,” Leavitt said.

The deal involves Brown University paying $50 million to Rhode Island workforce development organizations in exchange for the Trump administration restoring lost federal research funding.

“Brown has agreed to no longer allow unlawful racial discrimination in admissions or university programming,” Leavitt said. “They have agreed to provide access to all relevant data and information, to rigorously assess compliance with its commitment to merit-based admissions, and they will pay $50 million over 10 years to state workforce development organizations that comply with antidiscrimination laws supporting regional economic growth and career opportunities.”

Brown also must adopt the definitions of male and female from the president’s executive order clarifying the existence of only two sexes. The Ivy League university must also limit women’s spaces and sports to girls and women and must stop performing gender-reassignment surgeries on minors or prescribe them puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones, Leavitt said.

“And Brown will take steps to improve the campus climate for Jewish students to combat antisemitism on their campus,” she added.

“This is yet another huge win for American students, and for those who, who love our country and want to abide by our country’s laws,” the press secretary told The Daily Signal.

Yes, and amen!! Although this may not change hearts and minds, which is the sole proprietary arena of Holy Spirit – it does establish righteous priorities in our nation which YHVH can bless – in place of unrighteousness which brings curses upon our nation. These issues are really no-brainers in a sane world – defining sex as male/female and not discriminating against Jewish people? Really? YHVH, insanity, or a reprobate mind as Romans puts it, is the result of rebellion against You and Your perfect Torah. We repent of allowing it to take root in our nation, and sadly even in the institutional church. May we cease to compromise the truth, and hold to it firmly and without apology.
