On Monday, a U.S. Attorney announced federal charges against Democratic Representative LaMonica McIver following a violent incident at a migrant detention facility. The Representative is charged with “assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement.”

ICE bodycam footage showed Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at a detention facility in Newark.

Democrat members of Congress and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka went to āinspectā the Delaney Hall detention facility in New Jersey when a violent altercation broke out amid a breach.
