I Prayed have prayed
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers for justice. We pray for an end to judicial activism and the obstruction of the President's immigration agenda.

In late April, we covered the arrest of a judge who obstructed an immigration arrest operation. At the time, we highlighted this as another example of judges resisting the President’s agenda. Now, however, that judge has been formally indicted. The Lord is answering our prayers and holding the bad actors in our nation accountable!

(The Center Square) – A federal grand jury indicted a Wisconsin judge Tuesday, the charges being helping shield a person illegally in the country from federal immigration officials at the Milwaukee County Courthouse.

Federal prosecutorsĀ chargedĀ Judge Hannah Dugan with obstruction of a federal proceeding and concealing an individual to prevent discovery or arrest.

The obstruction charge could result in up to a $100,000 fine and a year in prison, while the second concealment charge can result in up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Dugan’s defense team released a statement saying the judge maintains her innocence and looks forward to proving it in court, according to published reports.

Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Lindsay Schloemer wrote in the complaint against Dugan that law enforcement often makes arrests at the courthouse because ā€œnot only the fact that law enforcement knows the location at which the wanted individual should be located but also the fact that the wanted individual would have entered through a security checkpoint and thus unarmed, minimizing the risk of injury to law enforcement, the public, and the wanted individual.ā€

The Wisconsin Supreme Court suspended Dugan, saying it was in the public interest to temporarily relieve her of duties.

Dugan is accused of concealing Eduardo Flores Ruiz, who was previously deported and came back to the U.S., where he was facing charges in Milwaukee of domestic battery and abuse.

Truth and justice prevails in the United States of America. Because the Lord Jesus still sits on the throne. Amen

We come against all rouge rulings by judges that are deliberately
obstructing the Presidency of Donald John Trump and obstructing
the will of the people who elected him. We say they must stop now
in Jesus’ name.
We decree and declare that Donald Trump is President of the United
States. He has words and wisdom that his adversaries will not be able to resist or contradict. No weapon that is formed against Donald
Trump will prosper in Jesus’ name Amen.

Praise God that these judges are being held accountable for their actions. Let it be a warning to the other judges to uphold the law.

ā€œThou hast a mighty arm: Strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand. Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: Mercy and truth shall go before thy face. Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: They shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance. In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: And in thy righteousness shall they be exalted. For thou art the glory of their strength: And in thy favour our horn shall be exalted. For the LORD is our defence; And the Holy One of Israel is our King.ā€
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭89‬:‭13‬-‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

ā€œRejoice, O ye nations, with his people: For he will avenge the blood of his servants, And will render vengeance to his adversaries, And will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.ā€
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭32‬:‭43‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So far, so good. It remains vital that TRUE Justice prevails and that all evidence of the “alleged” offence(s) be heard in open court, as the law requires.
Whilst not wishing to “pre-judge the judge” I do hope that the extensions to our National Guantanamo Recreation Center are completed in time for her temporary relocation should that become required šŸ˜‰
God Bless America – for she has started to put things right – at last !
