President Trump has christened April 2 as “Liberation Day,” promising a new wave of reciprocal tariffs. As many worry about our economy, White House senior counselor for trade and manufacturing Peter Navarro insists that foreigners will eat the cost of tariffs, not American citizens.
From The Daily Wire. Peter Navarro, who is the White House senior counselor for trade and manufacturing, defended President Donald Trump’s plans for implementing tariffs on imports ahead of what is anticipated to be a major escalation in the trade war next week.

Trump, who has already issued some tariffs during his second term, has declared that April 2 will be “Liberation Day” featuring a wave of new reciprocal tariffs followed by a 25% tariff on automotive imports to the United States on April 3.
Polls have shown that Americans fear the tariffs on imports will hurt the U.S. economy and jobs, but during an interview on “Fox News Sunday,” Navarro urged people to “trust in Trump” …

Those who are crying the sky is falling are the chicken Littles of today. They want to scare everybody into a recession. The reality is Biden and the democrats were selling America off piece by piece for their enrichment. So I say relax and watch the tarriffs work for the advantage of all countries. Oh, I expect is a fair trade. Stand strong on the wall and invite others and trust in God.
I thank You, YHVH, for President Trump’s business acumen. Please use Him and grant Him Godly wisdom and counsel to make these decisions. May He not only trust in His experience and knowledge, but in humility primarily trust in You.
Father, please keep our leaders from being arrogant about their plans and ideas. I ask, Father, that every person in the White House would humble themselves and seek wisdom from You. I thank You for these measures being taken. I ask Your hand be upon each decision. And, if any plans are not of You, then let them be discarded for Your plans. Let Thy Kingdom and Thy will be done here in the United States of America. In Jesus’ Name and for Your glory, Oh my God. Amen.
