After a lower court moved to block DOGE from dismantling the USAID, a federal appears court ruled that the department could temporarily continue its crucial work.
From The Epoch Times. A federal appeals court on March 25 temporarily put a lower court order on hold that blocked Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)-led efforts at downsizing the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued a brief, unsigned order that the preliminary injunction issued March 18 by Maryland-based U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang āhereby is stayed until the close of business of Thursday, March 27, 2025.ā …

DOGE leader Elon Musk has ādone a great job. Look at all the fraud that heās found in this USAID … radical left lunatics,ā Trump said.
Judge Chuangās injunction contained a finding that actions by Musk and the DOGE team to dismantle USAID, which provides humanitarian aid, probably violated the U.S. Constitution.
Shutting down the USAID headquarters, laying off most of the agencyās workforce, and ending the bulk of USAIDās contracts violate the constitutional doctrine of separation of powers, Chuang wrote in the March 18 order. …
The judge directed Musk and DOGE to reinstate access for USAID workers and contractors to USAID systems and ordered them not to take further action regarding terminating contracts or agency workersā employment.
The Fourth Circuitās new order came after the U.S. Department of Justice filed an emergency application on March 21 seeking an administrative stay pending an appeal of Chuangās order.
The application said the injunction should be stayed because Chuang was wrong to determine that Musk āis likely an officerā of the United States whose appointment must be confirmed by the Senate.
Musk āis not an officer because he does not exercise āsignificant authority pursuant to the laws of the United States,ā the document stated, citing the 1991 Supreme Court ruling in Freytag v. Commissioner.
Musk occupies a āpurely advisory role [that] falls short of anything that has been recognized as āsignificant authorityā for officer status.ā …

Dear LORD, thank You for the continued work being done through DOGE. Please continue to guide and direct these efforts. Bless them as they labor in what might seem an overwhelming task. Align our Congress (both House and Senate) members to establish sound governance which builds upon this transparency. Place Your hedge of protection around Elon Musk and each member of this team, the President, cabinet members, whistleblowers, etc. Convey to the younger generation as well, the importance of this work and the implications for this nation. Bill was a wealth of information and history, and strategies to combat the activist federal judges. I also prayed in agreement with Kris, Lisa and Anita’s intercession. I was thrilled with the Scriptures cited – very apropos! In fact, when I looked up Micah 7 it touched on not only the issue being discussed, but also on 2 other issues, one of a personal nature and the other re: Israel. Carol, I pray that it was because they were people of far greater integrity, and did not stoop to battling evil with evil and unconstitutional ways – we are to overcome evil with good. But hopefully it was not because they were ignorant and uninformed – we are to be wise as serpents but harmless as doves. May they simply operate in Godly wisdom and respond with His divine strategies – for then He can bless it..

I plead the blood of Jesus over both the USA and Israel your purpose for both nations has not yet completed. I trust that the President and his cabinet and advisors are prepared to take every contested EO and policy initiative and legislative action all the way to the Supreme Court. We are in a critical time in our history when the constitutionality and legality of the Executive branch’s actions need to be established at the Supreme Court level if that is necessary. My hope and prayer is that as this happens over the next months and years that the decisions of the Supreme Court will be the final word and that the Trump Administration – and future administrations – will abide by those decisions.
Lord – the confusion that is surrounding everything President Trump tries to do is an assault on our nation by the devil himself! Things could remain tied up through the 2026 elections which we do NOT want to happen. We bind the trickery, closed door/behind the scenes tactics being used to thwart God’s plan for the United States. We loose a clear sense of direction & purpose as well as LEGAL assignments of judges to cases. We declare that it is not possible for all cases filed against President to be assigned to only liberal appointed judges. STOP THE FRAUD/BIAS/TRICKERY NOW, IN JESUS’ NAME!

It’s true that this that I say will likely fall into the category of:
“Of little note and not long remembered” comments!
But the “motive” will be recorded by the Righeous Judge of all things.
Remembering that we all will answer for our motives and even for
our “feelings”, might exert more control of the words we fling about so
freely. I feel very strongly that more restraint could be employed and
more prayer of thanksgiving and more praise of the Righteous Judge
could be sent forth into our situations and mishaps of judgment.
I perceive a holy HUSH over all the anxious motives and feelings and
a very strong pronouncement of the mighty power of God in calm

Jesus’s last command was a new command in John 13:34 was to “Love one another”. He gave the example to love. He loved all but still made correction when needed. I’m very thankful that He has answered our prayer for TRUTH. My prayer is with His help we will do what needs to be done with wisdom and godliness, may we as a nation be united for there is strength in unity. May His love and protection be with those effected with job lose and the changes that come with that. God is Good and Faithful to do amazing things as we seek Him.
Toni, often the word “new” would actually be more accurately translated “renewed”. He was simply renewing a command already given. Lev. 19:18 and Deut. 10:19 are commands to love, and in fact a great number of the mitzvot in Torah are given so that in addition to knowing how He wants us to love Him, that we would know how to love one another. All the Torah can be summed up in “love God” and “love one another” – but it also tells us exactly how we are to do it.
