Since President Trump took office, much of his agenda has been stalled by activist judges seeking to govern “the whole Nation” through their injunctions and restraining orders. Now, the President is asking the Supreme Court to intervene.
From Daily Caller. The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court on Thursday to rein in lower court rulings that have prevented a ban on birthright citizenship from taking effect nationwide.

The Trump administration is not yet asking the justices to weigh in directly on the constitutionality of President Donald Trump’s executive order banning birthright citizenship. Instead, they ask the justices to limit the common practice of universal injunctions that “compromise the Executive Branch’s ability to carry out its functions, as administrations of both parties have explained.” …
The Trump administration’s requests arise out of orders blocking the ban in Maryland, Washington and Massachusetts. Trump’s executive order prevents children born to parents either illegally in the U.S. or on temporary visas from gaining automatic citizenship. …

Rogue judges led by the Left are trying to usurp President Trump’s executive power. These judges are bought and paid for by “you know who”. Father God, please intervene in this situation to stop this unlawful interference. We also pray for the Supreme Court Justices to examine their hearts to make the right decision for our country and not be led by their personal views. I am thankful that President Trump uses his innate keen intellect and forethought, and vast experience to make decisions no one else has the guts to do. With God’s help and instruction to Trump, we will continue to make inroads to get our country back from the brink of destruction from the previous inept administration. We ask the things in Jesus Name. Amen
We are alone in the world as a nation allowing birthright citizenship to children born of parents with no allegiance to the country. It’s time to stop this ridiculous invasion whereby a baby can offer its parents the right to make a claim on legal residency!
It would seem that some of the Supreme Court Justices are behaving like the rogue judges by ruling what fits their ideology instead of consulting the Constitution of the United Staes and ruling accordingly,
at least 1 parent should be a us citizen for automatic citizenship- ohters born to residents with visas need to be decided on a case by case
I don’t believe a visa should be extended beyond who it is issued to.
Pray for the President and all his administrators, for wisdom, pray for his family who need strength of mind and body to withstand the pressure he is under, pray for his health to withstand the verbal insults, spiritual and for his protection from threats. Legislatively created federal District courts were established to rule on legal matters in their respective local jurisdictions. They have no authority, nor judicial precedent, to enjoin constitutional actions by the executive or legislative branches nationwide. These vigorously “forum-shopped” federal district judges presuming to supplant executive actions on a national scale are acting as “advocates” and “super legislators” rather than jurists. They know better, and will eventually be reigned in by circuit courts (my prayer in Jesus Name, Amen!) following the law.
The last SCOTUS ruling was abominable! Every 8th grade history student knows that allowing a district court judge to decide foreign policy is a direct violation of Article2 of the US constitution! These so called justices know it too! They are deliberarately choosing to side with evil!
It surely seems that ALL that Democrats can do is to hate Trump. This needs to be TRUMPeted.
Father in Heaven, only You are able to direct our Supreme Court Judges to rule justly! Please protect the conservative justices who are being threatened and give them the courage to do what is right in Your sight. Guide every decision they make. Please give our President and his administration the strategies to overcome evil with good. Please let these frivolous lawsuits be paid for by the ones fighting our President instead of being paid for by our tax dollars. We cry out for true justice in the precious Name of Jesus.
I believe the SCOTUS should overturn all lower courts obvious attempts at helping the left to force their narrow minded beliefs on everyone. I also think these lower court judges should be removed from their position because of their predjudisal rulings. Also birthright citizenship was for the children of the black slaves back in the day not for the whole world so Congress would have to actually do some work and pass a fair law. Illegals forfeit any right to birthright citizenship by breaking our immigration laws. Everyoneknows how the three democratic judges will rule, Roberts will probably side with them. Can’t trust Barrett to rule constitutionally. So it not a given even though it is a fact how birthright citizenship was applied when passed. Stand strong on the wall invite others and trust in God’s plan.
Although I have no clue how to accomplish “reining in” these rampant injunctions, and not just have greater judicial chaos, overreach, and obstruction, You do know Lord!! Please intervene and give wisdom and discernment in how to accomplish it in the most effective way. Please clear the path for those policies that will bring our nation back into alignment with Your plans and purposes for us.

Lord, please intercede on behalf of our president. These judges do not have the authority to usurp President Donald Trump. Please give the Supreme court justices the wisdom to know this is wrong and to allow this executive order and all the others to go forward. All our president wants is to restore order and protect the rights of the citizens of this country. I ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen
Lord your word says that you hate unjust weights and measures. The very balanced weight and measure of the November 5 election spoke loudly the will of the people lawfully in line with the Constitution. Those who oppose the results of that election are now choosing to use the balance of the judiciary of our government in an unbalanced way. We agree, declare and decree that You will rebalance supernaturally the three branches of our government, the executive, legislative, and the judiciary according to the scripture that states your will. We asked at the Supreme Court would do their job regarding the reining in and re-balancing of the judiciary system of our nation. Amen

Yes, to “rein in” makes much more sense. We don’t want the judicial branch to “reign”, because we don’t desire a monarchy, although they act like one sometimes.

Dear Lord, we ask that our government return to it’s roots embedded in the Bible and that this ungodly overreach be bound and dismantled. The judicial branch was set to be the weakest branch clarifying ORIGINAL intent of the Founding Father’s who sought your wisdom. It was never meant for a small group to rule disregarding the Constitution Or will of the people.
May more people learn the truth about our Constitution, and their duties as citizens. Uproot all those evil ones in all areas of government and associated agencies. Replace them with Godly Individuals who honor and serve You only.
