I Prayed have prayed
Father, we thank You for what You did in the election, and we thank You for hearing the prayers of Your children.
Reading Time: 5 minutes

Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 as I was preparing for the noon IFA 36 hour prayer blitz covering the election outcomes I asked the Holy Spirit what He would have me share.

Connect with others in your state in prayer.

He answered me with a question: “Can a nation be born in a day?”

Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labor, she gave birth to her children (Isaiah 66:8).

Zion: in this verse it’s not just a place but it is also seen as a City of Holiness a place where the Lord protects his people and where his followers can live and serve God.

With breathtaking wonder, let everyone worship Yahweh, this awe-inspiring Creator. He breathed words and worlds were birthed. “Let there be,” and there it was — springing forth the moment he spoke, no sooner said than done! With his breath he scatters the schemes of nations who oppose him; they will never succeed. His destiny-plan for the earth stands sure. His forever-plan remains in place and will never fail. Blessed and prosperous is that nation who has God as their Lord! They will be the people he has chosen for his own. The Lord looks over us from where he rules in heaven. Gazing into every heart from his lofty dwelling place, he observes all the peoples of the earth. The Creator of our hearts considers and examines everything we do. Even if a king had the best-equipped army, it would never be enough to save him. Even if the best warrior went to battle, he could not be saved simply by his strength alone. Human strength and the weapons of man are false hopes for victory; they may seem mighty, but they will always disappoint. The eyes of the Lord are upon even the weakest worshipers who love him — those who wait in hope and expectation for the strong, steady love of God. God will deliver them from death, even the certain death of famine, with no one to help. The Lord alone is our radiant hope and we trust in him with all our hearts. His wraparound presence will strengthen us. As we trust, we rejoice with an uncontained joy flowing from Yahweh! Let your love and steadfast kindness overshadow us continually, for we trust and we wait upon you! (Psalm 33:8-22 TPT)

Israel was born out of Covenant with Abraham. And Israel was born again May 14, 1948. President Harry Truman, against all his advisors who said not to support Israel, proudly proclaimed that Israel has every right to become a sovereign nation, thus ending the British rule.

The United States of America was born when we made Covenant with God and our forefathers sought the face of God to know how to build this nation.

In one of President Donald John the Beloved Trump’s last rallies in Pennsylvania he stated, “if we can take Pennsylvania we can take the nation.”

As one of the key swing States, Pennsylvania is also known as the Keystone. In architecture a “keystone” is a central wedge of an arch which holds all the arch pieces together.

So I felt it was crucial to single out the state of Pennsylvania and cover them in prayer.

William Penn, author of the book No Cross, No Crown, which he wrote while imprisoned in the Tower of London, was the founder of Pennsylvania. His first legislative act, “The Great Law of Penn,” stated, “whereas the glory of Almighty God and the good of mankind is the reason and the end of government, and government itself is a venerable (respected) ordinance of God…let there be established laws as shall best preserve true Christian and Civil liberty, in opposition to all unchristian, licentious, and unjust practices, whereby God can have His due…”

Penn was imprisoned for following the Quaker faith instead of England’s Anglican religion.

Penn was later gifted with the land of Pennsylvania as a result of a debt the King of England owed to his father.

Penn asked God to make Pennsylvania “the seed of a nation,” and God answered his prayer. Our Declaration of Independence was signed there in 1776. Four times, it references God — as our Lawmaker, Creator, Judge, and Protector. The Liberty Bell that rang there that day had inscribed on it: “proclaim liberty throughout the land to all the inhabitants thereof” (Leviticus 25:10). Our Constitution was written in Pennsylvania in 1787, born through prayer, which was requested by Ben Franklin. In it, our government’s three branches were formed according to Isaiah 33:22: “the Lord is our Judge…Lawgiver…King; He will save us.” The righteous seeds Penn and others planted produced a righteous nation and government. We must command these truths embedded in America’s fabric to come alive once more.

The 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence knew that when they placed their names on that document they were committing treason against the king of England and could lose their livelihoods, families and lives. And many did.

The first vote failed.

The congress met again on July 4, 1776, in the Pennsylvania State House, later known as Independence Hall. A touching incident we seldom read about in history occurred that day.

That morning the venerable bell-man ascended to the steeple and a little boy was placed at the door of the Hall to give him notice when the vote should be concluded. The old man waited long at his post, saying, “they will never do it, they will never do it.” Suddenly a loud shout came from below, and there stood the blue-eyed boy, clapping his hands, and shouting, “ring, ring!”

Grasping the iron tongue of the bell, backward and forward he hurled it a hundred times proclaiming “liberty to the land and to the inhabitants thereof.”

I then prayed that all election fraud be revealed and fake mail in ballots, such as dead people, illegal immigrants would not be counted and that there would not be a long delay in counting ballots and giving the final results. I prayed this because they had originally indicated the counting process could take as long as 8 to 10 days. And I prayed that the seeds of prayer our forefathers planted on that land would sprout and bear fruit in our day.

There were 174 intercessors on the line and I felt in my spirit that there was someone from Pennsylvania that was bursting for an opportunity to speak. So when the line was unmuted to allow people to pray, I asked for the intercessors to please remain silent and let anyone from the state of Pennsylvania speak up.

In an instant a woman that was almost breathless said, “I’m from Pennsylvania but I live in California now. Does that count?” Then she went on to say, “I made 500 phone calls this weekend to encourage fellow Christians to get out and vote. Does that count?”

I said, “it sure does. Go for it.” That woman prayed with so much passion. It was absolutely beautiful.

After she prayed another lady came on who said, “I’m a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania. I was born here. I’ve been here my whole life. I love my state. I love the people of my state. I’m very proud of my state. I’m proud of our history.” And she asked the Lord to not let her beloved State bring shame to the nation.

God answered the prayers of the people of Pennsylvania, the nation and the world and Pennsylvania turned red Tuesday. It did not just turn “Republican red” but also “blood of Jesus red” due to the prayers of the saints and for this we are forever thankful.

And yes, a nation can be born in a day!!!

The commentary and the Pennsylvania report of election day prayers are so inspiring and heartwarming. Those of us who’ve been praying for our country, especially the last 12 years to return to godly principles, are filled with a renewed spirit of joy. The “left” has used evil to hijack our country. We must not let that happen again. WE ALL must pray and fight to keep this a godly country for ourselves and the world.

I am from Indiana and our youngest son and his family live in Pa. I prayed and prayed for Pa. One night I had a dream of the U.S, and the Lord took a huge paintbrush and dipped it in HIS BLOOD AND PAINTED EACH TIME ZONE STARTING WITH THE EAST COAST. He painted it red!!!!
