ABC moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis, decided to “fact-check” Donald Trump throughout Tuesday night’s debate. This is not usually the role of a debate moderator, but since they insisted on doing so, it would have been helpful if they had been correct in their fact-checking.

They were not.
This was apparent in Lindsey Davis’s “fact-check” of one of Donald Trump’s statements during the abortion discussion.
Mr. Trump was discussing the Left’s extreme position on abortion. He said, “They have abortion in the ninth month.” He also rephrased comments by former Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia saying, “The baby will be born and we will decide what to do with the baby. In other words, we will execute the baby.”
Ms. Davis informed him that “there is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it’s born.” Sadly, this is simply not true.
After-birth abortions are happening
And Governor Northam did publicly say about after-birth abortions, “If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered and would be kept comfortable or resuscitated if that’s what the mother desired, then a discussion would ensue between the physician and the mother.”
Perhaps Ms. Davis is not aware of the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act that “prohibits a health care practitioner from failing to exercise the proper degree of care in case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion.”
If a baby is born alive, they are left on the table or in a medical waste bin to die with no comfort or care offered to that poor child. I think reasonable people could say that is “killing” a baby. I can’t even imagine the agony of that baby as it dies alone and abandoned. Thankfully his Heavenly Father gathers him to his arms a moment later.
This Act would prevent that from happening.
Killed by neglect
But 11 states, including Tim Walz’s state of Minnesota, failed to pass Born-Alive protection bills when they came up for a vote in the state legislators. Wisconsin’s Democratic Governor Tony Evers vetoed the Born Alive bill passed in his state.
Only 10 states in the nation require reporting of the number of babies born alive due to a botched abortion. Failing to report hides the babies who are left to die – killed by neglect.
So yes Ms. Davis, there are states where it is legal to kill a baby. Her fact check was a lie.
Kamala Harris says it’s okay
As to Vice President Harris’s position, when she was a senator, Kamala Harris voted against the Born-Alive Protection Act in 2020. She also voted against the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection to protect children against abortions based on their ability to feel pain.
So based on her votes she appears comfortable with killing babies after they die and allowing babies to feel excruciating pain while being aborted.
When asked directly by Mr. Trump if she was for abortions in the 7th, 8th and 9th month, also known as third trimester abortions or partial-birth abortions, when babies are considered viable, she refused to answer on the debate stage. Yet she has made it clear that she is against any restrictions on abortion.
In partial-birth abortions, the infant is delivered, except the head remains in the birth canal. The baby is then killed by crushing the skull. I’m sorry I can’t describe exactly how they do this because it is so horrific.
So by a matter of inches, abortionists are killing babies who are partially born. Only 21 states have enacted a ban on partial-birth abortions.
Unfair Fact-Checking
Ms. Davis was wrong about her so-called fact-check on Mr. Trump. You shall not circulate a false report. Do not put your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness. (Exodus 23:1)
She and her fellow moderator, David Muir, fact-checked not a single one of Ms. Harris’s many false and misleading statements. Their moderation was unfair and their fact-checking on Mr. Trump was faulty. Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking deceit. (Psalm 34:13
I pray that as a “Christian, wife, mother and news anchor,” which is how Ms. Davis describes herself on her website, that she would seek the truth and the wisdom of the Lord in her fact-checking and reporting… as would every journalist.
I call Heaven and Earth to witness against you today: I place before you Life and Death, Blessing and Curse. Choose life so that you and your children will live. And love God, your God, listening obediently to him, firmly embracing him. (Deuteronomy 30:19-20)
Let’s Pray
Dear Heavenly Father, we pray that the horror of abortion would end in our country. We repent of the horrific killing of babies in all abortions.
We pray that every person in the U.S. would cry out to you to end the demonic practice of infanticide in our country. We pray that you would transform the hearts of every legislator, elected official and journalist to recognize that infanticide is wrong.
We rebuke and bind the demonic spirit of Molech who is seeking to destroy and kill our children. We pray for a hedge of protection to surround these precious babies, and for women to trust You and choose life for their babies through all nine months of pregnancy.
We pray that every citizen who votes in November will vote for the candidate that follows your truth, your righteousness, your values and will vote to please You by choosing the candidate that will protect life.
We pray that You, the Lord of Life, will open hearts and minds to recognize and defend the precious gift of human life. We pray that an impassioned plea would rise to You, O Lord, the Creator and lover of life, from every church, every family and from every believer to protect and save the unborn and those born alive after an abortion.
We pray for a great repentance, revival and turning to You in our country. In Jesus’s mighty name, Amen.

It is really unfair, but I don’t think that Donald Trump should be so horribly vilified in the manner that he has been. WHY did the moderators have permission to fact check the candidates while they were speaking? I only hope and pray that President Trump and Kamala have another debate, this time on a conservative news channel, where the debate stage would truly be a level playing field. Most importantly, I pray for Your will to be done in this entire election process. Thank You, Jesus.
It is obvious that Ms. Harris was never fact checked on any of her statements, even though many were untrue or misleading.
You need to correct “killing babies after they die” . Thank you for fact checking them they are a disgrace.
I am not surprised at any of the blatantly biased debate moderators.
I think ABC – especially news – needs to be Bud Lighted. Our household will no longer watch 20-20 (just not going to happen) because what little trust there was – is no longer there.
Harris’s earrings – and whole wardrobe – should have been checked prior to the debate. Highly probable that they were
listening devices. Will we ever know? Only if it is brought to light to the Nation and that will only happen on social media and other non- main stream media sites. Please get it out there. Zuckerberg/Facebook?
Harris was prompted to walk over and shake his hand. All for show, Ladies and Gentlemen. Highly unlikely she had or has the wherewithal to think of doing that herself.

I did not watch one minute of this debate because I knew what would happen. President Trump is too trusting and willing to go too far to please the opposition and keep things rolling. I give him credit for this, but this country is in a fight for life and right now it seems like evil is winning. Keep on Praying, God is listening and seeing.
Lord, You told me months ago to pray: ‘No matter what they throw @ President Trump that You would walk him back into being president again’, in Jesus’ name! The debate was just another thing that the enemy threw @ him w/ all their lies & deceptions. So, Lord I ask You to do Your miracles on a massive scale like You did back @ Woodlawn High School in 1973 & in Wilmington, Alabama & how You massively moved it across America, but Lord, please make it much more massive for this election! Were we looking for the big WIN in the Charade? Was that my Hope? I had to ask myself that question before it ever happened because after all, I grew up watching the Good Guys finally win, or I wake up from a nightmare. BUT! This is no movie, dream, or tv series and this is no common age we are now living in, as we see a shrewd enemy ready to deceive and trap.
Then for some reason, I don’t know how, but J. Cahn’s amazing Teaching on “The Black Obelisk” came when I was reading something else! It was another eye opener.
It all comes down to the ❤️ heart, and what DJT is Now willing to compromise on, Life, as well as the hearts of us Believers being willing to humble ourselves before Almighty God. I realize I’m preaching to the choir on IFA but it is the truth.
Let’s continue to cry out for ourselves, our nation, and DJT. I pray there are Wise advisors who will speak Truth to him and that he will cry out and hear the Voice of the Lord.

I did not have any interest to watch the corrupted debate, however, what I can say to the wicket as stated in Psalms 37:13-22. That the Lord laughs at the wicket. Nothing at all is hidden from him. So repent of all lies and wickedness, he is not a God of favorites.
My husband and I made it through the first 30-45 min of the debate and it made us so angry we turned it off. It was so slanted with the moderators and Harris ganging up against Trump. It was a bash fest with Trump trying to defend himself. I thought a debate was for the candidates to talk about the issues, policies, and plans to make changes. This debate was a joke!
Which states allow abortion up until birth?
I am not sure of all of them, but I live in Colorado and we are one of them.
Per Guttmacher Institute and Axios: Alaska, Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, New Jersey, D.C., and Vermont have no restrictions on abortions. Yes, including up until birth💔

It was a waste of time due to the ABC moderators making themselves the center of attention and unfairly “Fact Checking” Donald Trump. Democrat (Socialist) politicians and media have adopted “Fact Checking” as one of their go-to tools to propagate their version of the truth.

The debate was so biased. P Trump had to defend himself on every turn without being able to the discussion of the policies. It was a Trump bashing debate. Why two moderators? I was furious at the lies and deceptions spewed from Ms Harris’s mouth. The whole election on the dem side is about killing babies. Lord forgive us and heal our land in the name of Jesus amen
I was disappointed in the debate as the favoritism was very clear. We no longer have journalists in this country who report the facts and citizens who are able to think critically. When Ms. Davis made that statement about their being no full term abortions in this country I was shocked! And as I work to educate people regarding Article V of the Constitution I find the American people are apathetic. As a nation we are in a position where ONLY GOD can turn this around. The debate made that very clear.
We need a strong leader who is not intimidated by other countries. May people not look at personalities, but policies, and those who support prolife.
In the Bible, the role of the leaders was a one of the factors that God looked at Israel and Judah. They were blessed and cursed according to their deeds.

I am sorry to say in these times I didn’t expect the debate to be handled fairly. I can only rely on Jesus my Lord for righteousness.
President Trump, with divine help from our Father, made it through this disgraceful, deceitful debate. What a fighter our Father has provided for this nation at such a time as this. I pray for those who are being deceived and that they are delivered so they are made able to see and hear giving them ability to speak truth.
The handshake then the calling a disgrace. Many implications there.
The debate was a setup with one person Trump against three. How can anyone think it is fair for the moderators to fact check Trump 5 times and not fact check Harris at all…. Not even one time, when she was spouting lies one right after another. It was a mockery of what our nation stands for.
And for the moderator to say that a baby is never born and allowed to die in our nation is an outright lie.
I did not watch the debate, but I did watch Amanda Grace’s “commentary,” on the debate, and it was excellent!

This Live Reaction (commentary) was, as I said, excellent and very eye opening to the truth of what is going on. Every Christian, every patriot, should watch it.
And, yes, there was no fact checking on Kamala Harris. Interesting.
And was Kamala Harris wearing microphone earrings? A lot of the people commenting on Amanda Grace’s commentary seemed to think she was. (Again, I did not watch the debate.)

Don’t get wrapped around the axle on this. This was not a debate; it was 2 partisan propagandists running cover for Cackles. Cackles couldn’t do a puff piece with Dana Bash without her emotional support minion and a lot of editing. She could never handle Trump without someone to run cover in real time. This did not help the President but it didn’t hurt him either. It did however further reveal her abject weakness and the corruption of mainstream media.
The fact checking was correct, Trump never answered questions correctly. Throughout his life he lied constantly. He needs to go to the Lord and ask for forgiveness for all the wrong he’s done.

The serious answer to your comment is that government does not define truth. God is truth. When ABC fact checked as false a statement that babies cannot be legally killed after birth, they lied. Many states do not consider post abortion killing to be infanticide, so they allow it to go on. ABC literally interfered to deceive voters that Trump lied when his point was valid. Trump is not precise in his statements. He exaggerates at times. But people can do their own research. They can see the point he is making, even if he is presenting a big picture. In the Psalms, hyperbole is often used to make a point. Read Psalm 102. Hyperbole and imagery are not lying. Will you accuse God of lying when He says the trees will clap their hands? Be very careful whom you believe in these times. The god of the world system, Satan, is the Father of Lies. Marxist media is Satan’s mouthpiece.
I might add that I saw the same news report that Trump talked about when he was disparaging the illegal aliens killing and eating people’s pets. He wasn’t lying. I saw the same news report he did. Unfortunately I can’t remember which news station it was.

There is footage on every platform form, taken by local citizens, that confirms the President’s statements on multiple levels. It’s not hard to find.
I wish former President Trump would have remained calmer. His answers were all over the place and he seemed old and rambling. His closing argument was good. He needed more specifics and to cite where his assertions originated. “On tv” just made him sound more like President Biden. He does have positive accomplishments to state. VP Harris has a very negative record. Pres Trump needed to articulate that much better. I am still voting for him. I am so much worse off under Biden/Harris and our country and world are much less safe.

It was obvious the moderators were pro Kamala and anti Trump no fact checking was done on Kamala’s accusations and lies. Sad but true. If God is for Trump, who can be against him! Greater is he who lives in Trump than he who is in the world!
Ms Davis is one of Kamala’s sorority sisters. That explains a lot.
