Share Now that the Roe decision has made abortion a raging battle at the state level, we are seeing pro-abortion activists and organizations deploy tactics to keep the foothold of abortion in as many states as possible. Even states where pro-life legislation has been passed are being barraged with a variety of legislation, lawsuits and ballot initiatives. Earlier this year Ohio, sadly, due to the mass confusion on a ballot initiative, passed the measure to constitutionalize abortion. Florida and other states are now facing a similar battle.
