The judge in Trump’s Fulton County case has struck six counts from the indictment against the former president and his associates.
From The Epoch Times. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee on March 13 ruled on several demurrers in the case against former President Donald Trump and 14 codefendants, striking six counts from the 41-count indictment against them.

The demurrers, or formal challenges to pleadings by the prosecution, were brought by President Trump, former White House chief-of-staff Mark Meadows, and attorneys John Eastman, Ray Smith III, Robert Cheeley, and Rudy Giuliani.
Three of the quashed charges apply to President Trump, throwing out counts related to a phone call he made to the Georgia Secretary of State. …
The ruling comes ahead of an expected decision this week on a motion to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecuting the case.
Quashed Charges
The judge struck charges 2, 5, 6, 23, 28, and 38 from the indictment. These counts are related to soliciting officials to violate oaths of office, including via a phone call that President Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
The counts alleged that the defendants solicited members of the Georgia Senate and Georgia House, the Georgia House Speaker, and Mr. Raffensperger to violate oaths of office in trying to certify alternate electors or “influence the certified election returns.”
This leaves only the RICO charge for Mr. Meadows, 10 counts for President Trump, 11 counts for Mr. Giuliani, 10 counts for Mr. Smith, nine counts for Mr. Cheeley, and eight counts for Mr. Eastman. …
Crucially, the judge did not dismiss all of the charges that the defendants challenged, which had also included the RICO count. …
In a footnote, the judge added that the prosecutors are allowed to seek indictment for the six counts, and gave a deadline of six months to resubmit the case to a grand jury.
The state is also allowed to seek review of Judge McAfee’s decision, “which the Court would likely grant due to the lack of precedential authority,” he noted.

The judge, in this case, is playing a game. By tossing 6 counts, it was a “placebo move” intended to sooth many. Sadly, it worked. Much praise was given to the judge for doing so BUT per usual, part of a plan. Then the judge took the cowards route, first to remove himself from repercussions and then to “give in” by allowing the lawbreaking attorney to stay on the case, even though conflict of interest plus perjury were proven. The judge protected himself, not the case. And he did nothing to protect the accused (Trump). By allowing the prosecution (minus her gigolo) to stay, he cast guilt towards the accused. That’s a weak judge & he has no business sitting behind the bench.
The truth will win out. Continue to pray for that & that compromised legal people are removed from their positions. Above all, pray for Trump, his family & legal team. In my lifetime, I’ve never witnessed such intense hatred & venom towards someone who loves the people of this nation. Pray for integrity to return to the system of justice. Because for the most part, our legal system has become a laughingstock of many nations. And when that happens, law abiding people will often turn to being vigilantes to find justice.
you are entitled to your opinion but in all honesty most people who frequent this site to pray and get the news we need with a Christian perspective, disagree and ask God nullify your prayer and desires against Trump. I am praying that GOD himself sorts through the lies and misinformation, cover ups, secret agendas and webs of corruption in BOTH parties and brings all guilty of BOTH parties to righteous DIVINE and CIVIL judgment. I dont believe Trump is a total saint and completely innocent of all wrongdoing but he did more good for America and the world than did any president in my lifetime whereas many Democrats (and Reoubkicans as well) are so obviously sold over to corruption and the New World Order who have yet to be brought to justice. I pray God gets involved and insures once for all that EVERY GUILTY CORRUPT and TREASONOUS politician gets fully exoosed and convicted with perfect civil and spiritual just consequenses and judgment including Trump to whatever degree he deserves it but lets be fair to tge citizens of America and pray divine justice on ALL including the Democrats and RINOs who have so obviously worked behibd the scenes to destroy America and support elite agendas and their own personal wealth building portfolios instead of truly serving the citizens of America and helping our economy, helping other nations of the world preserve peace, and protecting our borders.
Father, in the name of Jesus, my only hope of righteousness and good standing with you, i ask on behalf of Your people who are citizens of America, to sort through the lies and misinformation, the cover ups, and entire webs of secret corruption, and let YOUR PERFECT justice reign on ALL involved, guilty or innocent, Democrat or Republican. Expose all injustice and treachery against our nation by public servants who are supposed to work to protect us, expose All that has been hidden, and even expose motives and root systems as well and insure fair and just conseqences and judgments. We can not count on our corrupt media for the truth nor can we count on our corrupt justice system for justice, or our politicians to protect our constitution and work on behalf of the best interest of our citizens. We can only look to you and your word and your faithfulness to do these things and answer our prayers, and we thank you that we know you hear us and do answer graciously, in Jesus name.
How would you define cult? If Trump was still a leftist or a liberal democrat like he was when he was younger, I would not support him. Many others feel the same way. Obama had a following and some followers that held him in a very high esteem. Would you consider him a cult leader and his followers as part of a cult? I have issues and have sinned. We all have issues and committed evil in the sight of God. That is why Jesus came and died for our sins and our evil. Do you want to be held to the same standard as you want for Trump and his supporters? Do you want the same standard for democrats and their leaders? Do you want Biden, Obama, Clinton, Mayorkas and Garland to be put on multiple trials in conservative jurisdictions in front of judges and juries that hate them and want them convicted? The media and elites have attacked every republican candidate for president since Eisenhower. They probably would have attacked Eisenhower but he was a war hero.
Undoubtably, lots of people are praying for Trump. There are no other reasons. All his enemies should see this and stop their opposition against Trump because it will turn out to be fighting against the Lord.
Best to remember that the charges were withdrawn on technical grounds regarding documentation. It does not mean they cannot be re-instated if documentation is forthcoming. And it is not a ‘not guilty’ decision.
Heavenly Father, I pray for justice to be served at every level of the trials that Donald Trump is going through. Your will be done in mercy and grace for these charges against all who are on trial. May Your presence enter into the court room and may truth prevail. Shine Your light in the darkness!

Heavenly Father, Thank You for encouraging President Trump with this decision. Thank You for blessing him with the courage and love of this nation. Bless him with Your vision for our country. Thank You for giving him perseverance in the face of so much hatred. No one could continue to stand in the face of this enormous evil opposition, which is testimony to Your very presence, upholding him day by day. All charges need to be dropped because they are false charges. God is a completer of anything He does. I believe He will bring of this to completion (Phil. 1:6).
