The battle about Covid shot mandates continues.
Tomorrow, Friday, January 5, 2024, the Supreme Court will decide whether to hear a critical case about the federal mandates that required military members to take the shot (an experimental drug) to remain in service.
The case is being brought forth for consideration by Justice Clarence Thomas. Tomorrow he will present the case to the other Justices to see if they will vote to add the case to the next session of the Court. It is called Dan Robert, et al., Petitioners v. Lloyd J. Austin III, Secretary of Defense, et al.
Army Surgeon Lt. Col. Theresa Long has been the advocate and point person to stand up about the impact and injustice of the mandate as she saw the results in her patients. We have been praying for her as she has spoken up about the effects of the shot on Army pilots, among other concerns. She reached out to IFA for prayer on this case.
Please PRAY about this case, that it would be heard by the Supreme Court this next session. And POST YOUR PRAYER in the comments so Lt. Col. Long and her colleagues can be encouraged and strengthened in their efforts to right this wrong.
Army Lt. Col. Theresa Long, an aviation safety officer and Army flight surgeon stationed at Fort Rucker, spoke this week at a Capitol Hill roundtable hosted by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin. Testifying under the Military Whistleblower Protection Act, Long said her vaccine concerns – including efforts to ground pilots to monitor symptoms of myocarditis – were ignored by military leaders, The Washington Times reported.
“After I reported to my command my concerns that in one morning I had to ground three out of three pilots due to vaccine injuries, the next day my patients were canceled, my charts were pulled for review, and I was told I would not be seeing acute patients anymore, just healthy pilots there for their flight physical,” she said.
Long testified she had two patients who reported chest pains after they were vaccinated. Both were diagnosed with pericarditis, or swelling of the outer lining of the heart. The Centers for Disease Control said it is “actively monitoring” reports of pericarditis following COVID vaccinations but said the benefits of being vaccinated “far outweigh” potential risks of having a “rare adverse reaction to vaccination.”Long said her concerns were ignored by superiors and the Army didn’t “even pause” vaccinations to look into the issue.
“I made numerous efforts to get senior medical leaders to at the very least inform soldiers of this risk; my concerns were ignored,” Long said. (Excerpt from AL.com).
Lt. Col. Long joined ROTC at age 16 and enlisted in the Army at 17. A medical doctor and a flight surgeon, Dr. Long also holds a master’s degree in public health and has specialized training in epidemiology and biostatistics. As such, Dr. Long is an expert in the DOD Defense Military Epidemiology Database (DMED) that tracks all military medical treatment.
After Biden ordered the military to take the COVID shots, Dr. Long noticed a sudden sharp increase in debilitating health issues among the pilots whose health she was assessing for flight readiness. Dr. Long turned to the DMED database to see if other military members were also experiencing issues.
Comparing 2021 (the year the military COVID shot mandates went into effect) to the prior five years, Dr. Long found shocking increases in neurological issues, female infertility, miscarriages, pulmonary embolisms, cancer, Bell’s palsy, myocardial infarction, congenital malformations in newborns, and much more.
Dr. Long shared her research with other experts who confirmed her findings. Yet, the military brass refused to act on this shocking truth.
But wait, it gets worse . . .
When Dr. Long agreed to testify in our case Navy SEAL 1 v. Austin,the Biden administration committed the CRIME of witness tampering.
On the evening before our hearing in March 2022, I was reviewing testimony with our witness, Lt. Col. Theresa Long, when she received a call from her commander who ordered her not to testify regarding certain critical information relevant to our case!
I have never witnessed anything like this. The government intentionally threatened a witness under subpoena on the eve of testimony in a federal court. Under federal law 18 USC 1512, it is a crime to intimidate or threaten a witness with the intent to influence, alter, or withhold their testimony. But once again, it showed that the Biden administration thinks the law does not apply to them.
Dr. Long prayed about whether to obey her chain of command or to testify the next day. The morning of our hearing, Dr. Long says the Holy Spirit gave her a verse: “If you are called to testify about something you have seen or that you know about, it is sinful to refuse to testify, and you will be punished for your sin” (Lev. 5:1).
Dr. Long testified, and Joe Biden was later forced to retract his unlawful and dangerous military shot mandate. This week, via a settlement agreement, Biden’s Department of Defense was forced to pay 1.8 million dollars for the two years of litigation we spent on this case.

Lord, Thank you for LT Col Long and her stance to help the personnel during the aftermath of the vaccine mandate. Please strengthen her during the present trial and in the days to come. I ask for justice for the personnel affected. With Your grace, I ask for a cure for the maladies they suffer. I know You are with the families of those affected. Please draw them all close to You during these days. May God get the glory in this, and all situations. Dear Father in Heaven, we pray for Righteousness to again exalt this nation, so she shall be again, Land of the Free, Home of the Brave, from sea to shining sea. It’s time our government stay out of our affairs. It has cost a lot of my friends that have taken the shot to be put on permanently I choose not to take the shot and out armed forces should have a right they already some have lost there lives leave them alone
God bless you Col Long. As a 22 year “military dependent” (wife of an O-6 naval officer), I can attest to how regimented military life and thought can be. It is important that on medical issues, independent investigation of medical impact on the performance of our brave men and women in uniform be allowed. The profit motive for big government and big pharma interests does not trump actual practice of medicine by qualified doctors, even if they ARE also military officers.
Heavenly father, thank you for watching over everything that happens, every injustice. Thank you for hearing our prayers with people. I pray that you win this case because it is very unjust to force anyone to take a vaccine and especially one that is an experiment but even if it wasn’t it is still unjust. We are supposed to be a free nation. The effects of this vaccine have killed so many people.

I was mandated, threatened and coerced to get the experimental ANTHRAX vaccines.
Because if was not global, and only applied to certain service members going overseas … we did not get the same help or justice. This was in 2007, 2008 … I still suffer a number of issues from time overseas, and part of it was the vaccines. I ended up with a severe reaction not long after taking it…they treated us the same then as they did now. It is hard battling the military as they use service members for testing. Our Heavenly Father will ultimately condemn and set things back in order one day, and that day is not far off. I pray that people have found and accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. For time is short.

As a retired nurse, I do not agree that any immunization should be mandated. It is a personal decision, supported by our Constitution.

I pray for those leaders who do not care about our servicemen and women, only wanting to push their narrative. Thank you for how the case turned out and I pray for a righteous decision tomorrow. May your hand bring corruption to an end and put people i place who will act righteously.

Not only that it may be heard, but that this issue be properly decided, so that those serving our country’s defense may have autonomy regarding what they receive medically: freed to be informed regarding vaccine risks and to decline as needed. May those suffering vaccine injury also be fully recompensed, supported, and/or reinstated if discharged due to refusal to accept this questionable vaccine! Father, we lift up this case to You and ask that You put Your hand on it. Give a clear and unequivocal decision that this injustice and travesty must be addressed and made right immediately in Jesus’ name. Many of these men and women are Your children. Defend them, Lord, in Jesus’ name. Give grace, favor and winning strategies to those who are taking this matter before the justices and work in the hearts of the justices. Turn their heads in the direction You want them to go. All our hope and trust is in You, All Mighty God. Be glorified. Amen and amen.

I decree and declare that what has been hidden in darkness will be brought into the light and truth will be revealed. I pray that Holy Spirit would so move on the hearts of the Supreme Court Justices that they would accept this case according to Justice Thomas’ recommendation. May it be so.

The following is random. Complications already noted are previous health issues, age and responses tied to genes in our DNA. Other complications might be tied to the medications being taken. For example, heart medicine and diabetic medicines might influence the outcome. Or as another example, some populations take malaria medicines regularly which seemed to have some influence as to the symptoms of COVID and therefore probably the symptoms of the vaccine. Separating out whether the person might have already had COVID and not realized it before taking the vaccine might complicate whether the long-term symptoms that came out later were due to the vaccine or previous cases of COVID. etc, etc
We pray for those fighting against evil in America on our legal and governmental fronts. We ask for the exposure and removal of evil prosecutors, judges, and corrupt government agencies. Father, we ask that you would give to Justice Clarence Thomas brilliant strategies as he presents Dan Robert, vs. Lloyd J. Because the COVID vaccines were developed using a new approach, I believe the military should have allowed those who didn’t want to get the vaccine the option of not taking it, and if the military felt that these individuals put others at risk, to separate those members out in some way into separate units.
Biden ordered the military to get the vaccine in August 2021, this means that some of the health problems Dr. Long noticed could have been the result of being exposed to COVID during the late 2019 (it started in Asia near our military bases), 2020 and the first 8 months of 2021 and the months it took in 2021 to get a vaccination program started.
I have a family member who was in his twenties who developed congestive heart failure after being exposed to the virus (before the vaccine was available. While some individuals who got COVID developed problems which were temporary, for others, like my relative, the problems proved to be permanent. So, there needs to be some mention here that some of the symptoms Dr. Long mentioned are associated with the virus.
The military could be concerned that Dr. Long’s testimony is not being balanced by including the onions and observations of the thousands of other military doctors as well as those outside the military.
I wish to point out that some of the symptoms noticed by Dr Long would have taken months or years to develop. It is not clear that there is a direct tie to the vaccine.

The experts on this subject were all censored. In Georgia I have had many long-time Christian friends who passed away from taking this poison. Thank you Lt. Col. Teresa Long for carrying the fight to expose this. I remember hearing about two separate incidences where two woman died during basic training at Fort Jackson. One of the soldiers died while exercising and if I remember correctly, the other died in her bunk. They signed up to serve and were killed by a shot. An unnecessary injection. LTC Long, as a former Army officer, who served 5 years of active military service, I applaud your actions. It creates great difficulties when one’s commanding officer orders a subordinate to take action that conflicts with the law. He was told he couldn’t leave the Army post if not vaccinated. He was heavily coerced into receiving the jab. I can only express my disgust that the military of the United States would be used as Guinea pigs for the insane and not tested medicine that has proven a killer for so many including my beautiful granddaughter, Kaylynn. She took the shot which was required to enter Porta Rico so she could go after being shut up for a long period of time. She was only 28 years old and made the trip with her cousins that were all staying with grandparents. Her organs shut down and then her heart stopped. No one could get her heart beating again. I told my doctor that I wouldn’t take the Covid 19 shot because of what happened to Kaylynn. My doctor told me that four of her patients died exactly the same was our girl died. I’m a veteran that served in the USMC and I don’t want any of them to die for the democratic party being misled by false reports.
I am grieving for you as a fellow parent. I am sorry for your precious daughter’s premature passing due to vaccine mandates for traveling. My friend’s 32 year old daughter-in-law died within days after receiving the COVID vaccine, needed to travel to Mexico. She was in perfect health and left behind a husband and two year old daughter.
May Jesus’ comfort and peace temper the grief. God bless you!

Father, we just lift these military personnel before You today. We ask that this case would be received by the Supreme Court and that they would rule on the side of LIGHT. Let them rule on the side of these innocent ones who were forced to take something against their conscience. All glory to You, Lord. We look to You to make a way, and we contend for victory.
Dear Father,
Please, Lord, do not hinder Lt. Col. Theresa Long’s efforts to get the military to confront their bad judgement on the vaccine issue. Please, Father, allow Clarence Thomas’s efforts to bring about a constitutionally valid judgement regarding the mandates made by the various branches. So many lives are affected, Lord. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our Saviour.
I pray Lord that the Supreme Court will step in and help protect our military members!!
Father God, we pray for justice for LtCol Long and all other military members hurt by the vaccine mandates. We pray for truth and for justice. Lord, people are still being deceived and harmed by the shots. Have mercy, Lord. Encourage LtCol Long as she keeps fighting. We pray the Court would take the case.
