Recently, I have sensed discouragement among some intercessors. A feeling of defeat has settled in the hearts of those who believe that so many of our country’s institutions have given themselves over to “wokeness” and corruption, with no turning back. They say, “Why bother, ESG is here to stay…” or, “DEI and CRT aren’t going anywhere, so we just have to live with it.” Well, friend, I believe otherwise.

While it does appear that destructive initiatives like Environmental, Social, & Governance; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; and Critical Race Theory have infected every corner of our corporations, our universities, our schools, and even many of our churches, I do not believe that we have to settle! In fact, to accept that this poison is here to stay is not biblical, nor is it of God. Assuming that all is lost and that wokeness is here forever is the same as believing that God is not omnipotent. An attitude of defeat is precisely what the Enemy of our souls wants for us!
So, I ask you, reader: Is our God omnipotent?
Of course He is! God CAN and WILL redeem! He is NOT done with America yet. Just a little over two years ago, in the middle of the night, in bed but unable to sleep, I cried out to God over the state of our nation. I said: “Lord, if You are done with America, I understand. If we are too far gone and You are coming back now, I get it and I don’t blame you!” At that moment, I heard God speak to me louder than ever before. He said: “America has not yet fulfilled the destiny for which I created her.” I stopped and just listened for a moment. Did I really just hear what I thought I did? I said: “Lord, if that was You, say it again!” He immediately responded: “America has not yet fulfilled the destiny for which I created her.” Two times was apparently not enough to convince me, so I asked again: “Lord, is that You?” He said for the third time: “America has not yet fulfilled the destiny for which I created her.”
Christian, I ask you, if God is not done with America yet, then why would He be done with America’s corporations, America’s schools, or America’s churches? And if He’s not done, then why should we be done? There is still redemption available for ALL. We do NOT have to settle — in fact, we mustn’t!
So, if God is not done and we haven’t yet fulfilled our destiny as a nation, then what might we see Him do?
Here’s what I believe: I believe wholeheartedly that God wants to remove all wokeness from our country. I think He wants to restore the values of yesteryear, His values, throughout every sector of our society, all seven mountains. But before we can see His victory, we must go through this major shaking, to wake up not only unbelievers, but to wake up the sleeping Church as well. God’s heart is to redeem as many people as possible and bring them into His family. He does not want anyone to perish!
I see a future for my son and for the generations that follow his, in which the United States of America puts God first in ALL things. Now, let’s not be naïve: Evil is here to stay as long as this earth exists, and it will continue to try to infiltrate everything it can, as it always has. History has taught us this. Nazi Germany is a somewhat recent example, but the things we are seeing today actually remind me more of the Roman Empire. Believe it or not, at the fall of the Roman Empire, things were actually much worse than they are now!
The Bible tells us there is nothing new under the sun. The knowledge that God can and will redeem anything and everything (including woke corporations, schools, churches, etc.) is crucial. Sure, Satan will be there, continuing to try to gain a foothold at every turn. But he will be relegated back into darkness instead of being allowed out into the open, on full display for everyone to see, as he is now. Remember, darkness cannot exist where there is light!
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:5).
That, dear reader, is what I truly believe God WILL do!
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).

I believe the Lord is calling His church to hold high His lantern of grace and forgiveness. Evil will always be present until the Lord’s return But He has called the church to battle, and we are to stand firm. Lord, redeem America for Your glory!!
The Scripture about light shining in the darkness…Darkness cannot put out light. Light pushes back darkness. Oh Father, so fill us with Holy Spirit that we are Your lights flickering in our homes, on the street, in the marketplace, and as we pray for protection for our borders, traveling in our vehicles, standing at water’s edge. May this nation be so filled with Your people’s light that the darkness has no place to “settle in” or to dwell. I picture lights flickering in every village, town, city, state and all the rural places. America is lite up from coast to coast, in Alaska, Hawaii and all her territories. America shall be saved. America shall fulfill the destiny for which God created her. Amen.

Beloved, why are you discouraged now? The ship is turning around! Ten years ago when I tried to warn Christian parents about what was being taught, no one cared! Today, there are thousands of caring parents who are speaking out! The truth about the Bidens, an issue long known about in Washington, is being made clearer to the American public! The Supreme Court is bringing rulings back into balance! A liberal, no less, is addressing the suppression of free speech at Twitter!
As intercessors you need to recognize that the discouragement is just oppression coming from the spiritual realm to cause you to quit just when real progress is being accomplished!
But we do have to be wise! The next steps are criterial for us to continue moving forward! We really need a presidential candidate who is wise and who can win, and let’s be honest, Donald Trump is NOT that candidate. Moderate Republicans, Independents and moderate Democrats will NEVER vote for him. When he entered office, there was a majority of Republicans in the House. He lost seats in the 2018, 2020 and 2022 elections. He wasn’t able to build more than 47 miles of ‘the wall’. He said he was going to use his negotiating skills to get North Korea to abandon its nukes and instead what happened was a PR moment for North Korea and his looking naive. He wasn’t able to ‘drain the swamp’ (although he wants to blame his appointees for this). He did a few good things such as his appointments to the Supreme court but wasn’t able to unite his party around most issues. We need that unity in order to get legislation passed. So, honor him for the good he did, but be wise about the likelihood of his being able to make real changes from this point forward.
Amen! Thank you for this timely reminder of God’s omnipotence.

Abba Father, I repent for allowing myself to think that things are too far gone. You are on the throne and rule with justice and perfect love. Show me where to shine Your light, speak Your truth, and model Your love. In Jesus!

We Will Overcome. I recently saw the enemy on a dragon accompanied by a giant snake. The Lord showed me after crying out that the demon deflated his dragon and snake. Had them tucked under his arm and was leaving the church parking lot.
This was an incredible wake up for me to know you can’t believe what you see.
The Lord has shown me people walking away with cut outs of Darth Vader of Star Wars. That which had been meant to instill fear was a product of the enemies deception.
This is a time when masses of people are turning back, repenting, calling out. The Left Behind series has gained strength and new meaning. We can’t forget that when two stand together, one picks the other up to continue. But a 3 fold cord is not easily broken.
We are going to face war, famine, weather related issues but we Will Be Observers. Recall Allen by who defeated the enemy with a test of salt water..

Thank you for sharing God perspective and affirmation of our identity as Gods creation of a nation to serve His purpose. I pray for all the awake Christian’s that they will receive dreams visions assignments strength from the Lord to strategically position them selves in the coming shaking. That we will humbly stand with those sleeping and know to we were sleeping until we were woken by the Lord. I pray that every heart of the believer would repent and return to the Lord and be the light to the world. To show and live teach and reproof the body of Christ. What are the ways of the Lord and live that out, a peculiar people living in the enemy’s encampment. The lord army poised to pray and respond as God directs to the watergate in our world.
