The United Nations believes that our religious freedom rights should take a backseat to the LGBT agenda.

From Breitbart. A U.N.-certified “expert” on sexual orientation and gender identity declared Wednesday that religious communities must yield to the demands of LGBT persons to avoid charges of violence and discrimination.

Freedom of religion or belief need not be incompatible with equality for LGBT persons, Victor Madrigal-Borloz asserted in his address to the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva, as long as religious groups accept the claims of gay and transgender persons.

Religious narratives clashing with the beliefs and lifestyle choices of LGBT persons, however, are “beyond the scope of the right freedom of religion or belief,” said Madrigal-Borloz, dubbed by the U.N. “the Independent Expert on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.” …

As a model for religious believers, Madrigal-Borloz held up the example of “the voices and practices of inclusive communities,” meaning religious groups that accept same-sex marriage and gender fluidity.

Traditional believers such as Orthodox Jews, Muslims, Roman Catholics, and conservative Christians, who offer a negative moral judgment on LGBT claims and practices stoke the flames of violence, discrimination, and exclusion, he suggested, which “can have severe and negative consequences for the personhood, dignity, and spirituality of LGBT persons.”

In particular, Madrigal-Borloz voiced concern about “interpretations of religious doctrines that place homosexuality and gender nonconformity within a discourse of immorality and sin, describing the power that such discourse can have on the social acceptance of LGBT people, particularly when propagated by religious and belief leaders.” …

Throughout his address, in fact, Madrigal-Borloz never referred to “discrimination” without appending it to “violence,” thus precluding the possibility of analyzing these distinct terms separately.

Examples of “hate speech” against LGBT persons, Madrigal-Borloz contended, include “scapegoating them for controversies, positing them as a threat to the traditional family, and interpreting religious doctrines to exclude and promote violence and discrimination against homosexuality and gender nonconformity.” …

Madrigal-Borloz also took issue with “religious-based exemptions” from laws requiring participation in LGBT activities, citing the case of the United States where “foster care and adoption agencies can reject prospective families based on sexual orientation, gender identity and faith.”

He similarly excoriated the exemptions given to persons who object to celebrating LGBT couples by baking cakes, hosting receptions, or printing invitations or who refuse for religious reasons to “print materials for Pride Parades.”

The expert went on to decry conscientious objection to “prescribing cross-sex hormones,” a practice that poses “a threat to LGBT persons in substantially restricting the spaces in which they can access necessary services.” …

Our Constitution is quite clear that the right to free exercise of religion or expression, and it cannot be abridged. These bureaucrats are not Americans and have no business interfering in our domestic affairs. SO many reasons to get us out of the UN.! Anyway, I pray that these people will have a Divine Encounter and Direct Revelation. Freedom was birthed in God’s heart. May they come to know the difference.

I have said this several times in the prayers and comments sections under these types of articles, knowing this comment might not sit right with some good intentioned professing believers who are sadly and unbeknownst to them in reality a brood of vipers like the phairsees were, intent on stoning sinners like the adulteress the Bible mentions, until Jesus intervened for her. Until the church stops picking up stones to throw and pointing a self righteous finger at sinners they deem as viole and digusting, they will not participate in TRUE revival. Part of TRUE revival is living the word of God, including the part about seeing others as better than ourselves. That verse was directed at believers to see “others” as better, not just other believers, but others “in general.” If the church of Jesus Christ sees Trans, homosexuals, adulterers, murders, theives, prostitutes and human traffickers as disgusting human beings worthy of nothing but hatred, dirty looks, condemnation, condescending attitudes and remarks, judgement and hell, yet think for a minute that those same folks will accept the gospel of Jesus Christ or Bible track presented with that self righteous negative attitude, think again….we must see these as lost, deceived, wounded souls in need of our love and our respect, not our hypocrisy, before they will hear about our kind and loving savior. Be the kind hearted compassionate example to them that Jesus was to the adultress, do not be the stone throwing self righteous phairsee that Jesus rebuked. The sttributes of Love described in Corinthians never fails…Kindness, patience, humility, not keeping a record of wrongs. We were and even still are vile without the grace of God ourselves. Nothing ever makes us “better” than anyone else no matter how vile they seem or how holy we think we are, God’s God’s grace never allows us to be proud or finger point anyone with a holier than thou attitude, we as humans even as God’s true elect, should be mindful as Paul was, that we have not arrived, and are still in need of our gracious savior every moment. I recall a story in the Bible, I forget which book, where a king’s servant asked God’s forgiveness when he had to bow before the king’s idol. In essence he knew he was not condoning idolatry, but respecting his king’s God given freewill to choose idolatry and he may have even been afraid for his life, but He gave the situation to God and prayed for forgiveness. These Christian businesses may need to do the same…they can serve the sinner without condoning the sin, especially remembering to consider others as better than ourselves, and step up to DEMONSTRATE the kindness and grace of our savior to the adulteress, not just talk about it and make unrighteous exceptions. Jesus, glorify your name and your church, giving the wisdom, might, and fear of tge Lord to honor you in these trying situations, and come through them as the more than conquerors you intend and empower us to be. May your love and grace toward all sinners flow through us and cleanse our gaze, our heart, our attitude toward sinners and may we respond to all in your true spirit of humility, grace, and true love before we dare to mention your name so that we do not tarnish your gospel with spiritual religious self righteous pride. IN Jesus name we pray.

    Matthew 5:16
In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

MATTHEW 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.
41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.
42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.
43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
    44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Basically, I interpret Matthew 5:40-41 in this situation as: if the gay couples and courts compel you to bake them a cake, instead of refusing in religious pride, bless them fir Christ’s sake, bake tge cake and give them a free side order of cookies. actually search and read the word of God on these issues and LIVE the WORD and gospel of Jesus Christ instead of just outwardly defending it.

We are to have no part with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them! The Bible says that if we partake with evil we are judged by GOD with the same judgement they get! We are not puppets to go along with anything someone wants us to do! We have the freedom in America to say NO!

    2 Kings 5
And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean.
11 But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the Lord his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper.
12 Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage.
13 And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?
14 Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
15 And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.
16 But he said, As the Lord liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take it; but he refused.
17 And Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray thee, be given to thy servant two mules’ burden of earth? for thy servant will henceforth offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto the Lord.
18 In this thing the Lord pardon thy servant, that when my master goeth into the house of Rimmon to worship there, and he leaneth on my hand, and I bow myself in the house of Rimmon: when I bow down myself in the house of Rimmon, the Lord pardon thy servant in this thing.
19 And he said unto him, Go in peace. So he departed from him a little way.

Psalm 120:Woe to me that I dwell in Meshek, that I live among the tents of Kedar! Too long have I lived among those who hate peace. I am for peace; but when I speak, they are for war.

Remember when Jacob’s sons compelled their heathen neighbors to be circumcised, then slew them while they were recovering? Think about that in light of todays Christians who demand compliance from heathen and non believers and yet turn around slay them with their biblical swords.

the promise for the nations is of turning our biblical swords into biblical plowshares. Planting and living a gracious gospel of peace, not war against unbelievers.

Our “warring” with our spiritual seo4ds (the WORD) needs to be done on our knees overcoming demons, not slaying erring humans spiritually with our biblical swords. Think about it. Tge angels announced at the birth of Christ, peace on earth, goodwill toward men. Not peace and goodwill to believers only. God rains on the just and the unjust. MATTHEW 5:44-45 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; that ye may be the children of your Father who is in Heaven. For He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

There is a clear difference between accepting and loving with Christ’s love individuals who do not live as Jesus calls us to live (which is each and every one of us – “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”) – God invites us to come just as we are – then He begins His transforming work in us – But pride month, parades, legislation, social media, etc. occurring now are not about acceptance of people as the valued individuals that they are in God’s sight – these things are about promotion, celebration, glorification, worship of behaviors that are in opposition to the Holy God who gave each one of us our lives and sustains us with His undeserved mercy. We are currently in a culture that is trying to require that we endorse and promote behaviors that go against our conscience – this is not freedom of religion – if we have to support events that promote behaviors that do not honor our God. Freedom is just that – freedom to “choose this day whom we will serve” – but we cannot serve both God and man! We should not be required to affirm, celebrate, glorify an agenda that goes against God. If we are forced to do this, then we do not have true freedom of religion. Our culture cannot force us to celebrate, glorify and worship sinful lifestyles. That is not freedom of choice. In Christ we are free to choose His way or our own ways. The former leads to eternal life – the latter to death. “There is a way which seems right unto a man, but in the end it leads to death.” http://www.mtothe5th.wordpress.com

As was spoken of in another topic in this prayer list, unity is essential.
Using our authority given us by Yeshua Himself, AS ONE, to ask Father God to rebuke the demons of sexual perversions, and WE speak the words that set the angels to bind them and cast them out of our nations and WE speak the words to set loose the grip the evil forces had on the minds of the masses, then more will be set free to join us AS ONE!
LORD GOD, MULTIPLY YOUR CHILDREN THROUGH OUR DECREES AND PRAYERS! I Yeshua’s Holy name.
Yes and Amen.

We pray that the spirit of truth will fill every school committee meeting taking place across the country that the right of parents will supersede the rights of our children when coming to making decisions for gender affirming care.
We pray for strength supernatural peace to the families fighting for their children being held back watching powerless as adults influence our adolescent to keep secrets from their parents.
We pray that God will provide support to families to bring love , truth, and peace in their homes that God would raise walls of protection for families standing firm.
Please be in prayer this Tuesday and Wednesday as we and other adults in our community stand for parental rights.

This “expert’ addressing the U.N. is qualified ONLY in expressing their own opinion; not an expert in speaking for the values of any of the religions mentioned, nor for the values of any other group or culture of people across the globe OTHER than the one group that he promotes.
These statements made are a pretty “wide swipe of a brush” attempt to obliderate the values, rights & ideals of the majority of people on the planet (anyone other than his own select group.)
I desire continue to honor the values that God has set before me, which He has designed to bring life & wholeness to our communities.

In the book of Acts 5:28-29, when the apostles were before the council, we have this exchange in Gods word. We are accountable to God, not the UN.
“We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name,” he said. “Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us responsible for this man’s blood. But Peter and the other apostles replied, “We must obey God rather than men.”
We are not responsible for the behavior of individuals who are in rebellion against God. It is our duty to love and to pray for them and to share Gods word with them, not to deny Gods word or affirm ungodly behavior.

He is a “yield to” liar! I bind this demon on this U.N. member! I will NEVER obey the U.N. unless they agree with GOD! And I will always put GOD against any perverted lifestyle supporter! The U.N. did not give us these rights, GOD did! And the U.N. will NOT put them asunder! Folks, this is the same U.N. whose Peace-Keeping soldiers raped and sometimes murdered Ugandan and other African countries’ women and girls; sometimes more than the enemy did! FATHER GOD YOU are our only Source! Let us never deny YOU, but acknowledge YOU in all of our ways, and you will direct our path and protect us forever in JESUS MIGHTY NAME! Amen!

Acts 4: 16 “What are we going to do with these men?” they asked. “Everyone living in Jerusalem knows they have performed a notable sign, and we cannot deny it. 17 But to stop this thing from spreading any further among the people, we must warn them to speak no longer to anyone in this name.”

18 Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus. 19 But Peter and John replied, “Which is right in God’s eyes: to listen to you, or to him? You be the judges! 20 As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.”
Father , I praise you and thank you for putting this story on my heart as I was reading this disturbing ruling by the UN!
“Freedom of religion or belief need not be incompatible with equality for LGBT persons, Victor Madrigal-Borloz asserted in his address to the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva, as long as religious groups accept the claims of gay and transgender persons”
I lift up Victor Madrigal-Borloz to you Father, I step into the authority given to me by the precious blood of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I tear down any thoughts that hold themselves loftier than you God. I bind up the spirit of pride, rebellion, ego, and sexual deviancy, and ask you to cast them back to where they came from! Free this man from the stronghold of the enemy. Loose your spirit of submissiveness, humility, and unity to all that is good and true.
Instill in us, your Ekklesia, your divine wisdom in how to show our lost brothers and sisters a way to your son Jesus Christ, with repentant hearts, seeking his forgiveness. Heal in them every hurt or lie that led them to live their lives
for the enemy.
I pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

It didn’t have to be so called “Propagated” by my Pastor to know it should not be condoned as morally wrong. My Bible, GOD’S WORD, says so! I knew before. It didn’t need to be confirmed/propagated but my Pastor. We’re not all sheep that follow along with what we’re told.

My answer to this craziness is some real come to Jesus moments for them! We will not “bow the knee” to there craziness! To me this whole thing is just being used as a a means of control why should the vast majority of the world be beholden to a very small minority!! They just need to get over their lust for power and getting an excuse to sin! If God says no to something that should be good enough!!!
