As New York City buckles under the weight of the immigration crisis facing America, the rest of the state refuses to help. Will this lawsuit ease the burden that NYC is carrying?
From Just the News. New York City Democratic Mayor Eric Adams on Wednesday announced that the city is suing 30 counties in the state over their issuance of orders seeking to stop the metropolis from sending excess illegal migrants to their territories.

The city has struggled to cope with a massive inflow of asylum seekers as Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott continues his policy of busing illegal migrants to sanctuary cities. …
Adams has faced considerable pushback from upstate communities over his efforts to pass additional asylum seekers on to them, prompting the suit. The city currently shelters more than 47,000 migrants. …
The suit contends that the numerous executive orders from the counties represent illegal efforts to stifle the city’s efforts to address a statewide crisis, pointing to New York Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul’s emergency order related to the matter. …

Are these people nuts? Why are the government in NYC causing and allowing this crisis? SEND THE ILLEGALS ALL BACK ACROSS THE BORDER! Don’t these politicians realize that eventually they too will be swallowed up by the illegals? What will they do when NYC is covered with illegals that refuse to leave? They defunded the police so who will protect them from this monster that they have created? FATHER GOD please let NYC lose this lawsuit! Since it is their idea to have illegals, let NYC alone take care of them! Protect the counties that have issued executive orders to protect their citizens and let the “sanctuary city” NYC handle this situation by sending every illegal back to their own country in JESUS NAME! Amen!
They need to be suing the Biden administration requiring them to do their job and stop the illegal aliens from crossing the border in the first place.
NYC voted and pushed to be a sanctuary city. That’s what they get. The rest of the state shouldn’t be penalized for what the city does. The city already ruins it for the rest of the state. Everything, but the city, is red. We all voted republican and we still get stuck with these communists running things. Thankfully some state reps are fighting back and saying no.
Mayor Adam’s can send the migrants to the Hamptons or to Westchester County especially to the residences of George Soros and his family as well as the Clintons. They planted the seeds by providing the money for this migration through their NGOs. The should pay for the harvest.
There are many regular residents out there that don’t want it. It wouldn’t be affecting those elites, but the other residents.
