Nebraska Becomes Second Amendment Sanctuary State

Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts has declared his state a “Second Amendment Sanctuary State,” signing a proclamation which solidifies the state’s support for gun rights.

Ricketts posted a video on social media of his signing of the proclamation in which he states, “Nebraska has always been a state that has supported our Second Amendment rights. As a symbol of that support, I am signing a proclamation declaring Nebraska a Second Amendment Sanctuary State, and with my signature, it will become official.”..
