Father God, I lift in prayer this man who has chosen to serve the people of his state in political arenas. Anoint him with the gifting as Solomon, great wisdom to see to the root of each issue brought before him. That his time not be wasted and the resources of the people be saved for that which is truly important. Father, cover him, his family, his staff and all those they love and care for with health, safety, and mercies as they travel in the business of the people.. In Jesus Name, guide him in that narrow way which is righteous and blessed. Baring good fruit for all that he represents. Amen and Amen.

Dear Father, I give You praise for Your goodness and Your patience as You mercifully hold back Your judgment on the United States. Remind Representative Garlick of the oath she took in Your Name when she was sworn into office. Open her eyes to see the truth of Your word regarding life and the sanctity of marriage. May she stand in support of the Constitution and work to strengthen our nation as One Nation Under God. May she strive for excellence and clarity of purpose as she works with members of the House in making decisions that preserve our liberty. Open her eyes to see that all life is precious, bought with a price, and as all men are created in Your image, they deserve to have life. May she support our military and preserve the strength of those who selflessly serve to protect our nation and world. Draw her close to You by the power of Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus Name. Amen.

I pray in agreement with prayer warriors engaged in spiritual warfare on behalf of Representative Denise Garlick. We lift her up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that she be surrounded by spirit-filled Christians who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into her life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Representative Garlick to receive revelation of Your truth and values into her spirit. We pray that Denise Garlick is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray she be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen
