Donald Trump’s presidency has been so widely derided in the national media that a casual observer might easily conclude his prospects for reelection are dim. However, that is not what the odds makers are saying. They give Trump a solid edge over any Democratic candidate in 2020.
The odds makers are right. Trump will probably be reelected if he chooses to run. What follows is an explanation of why the odds favor Trump, and what eight years of his leadership would mean for global security. Let’s start with the factors favoring a second term.

First of all, candidates who get elected to the presidency once tend to get reelected if they run. . . .

Sixth, people have gotten used to Trump. He doesn’t seem as outrageous as he once did. I believe the hand of the Lord is on pres.Trump because faithful Christians have commited to intercede for him. I believe God can turn his heart like a river that takes a bend and another bend meaning God is able to direct his heart where he plans. not acceptable. But…I love his conservative views and turning our country away

Amen. Our lesson at church tonight was on the leading of the Holy Spirit. Our whole community of 250,000 has illegals making up 1/4 of that number. Another young cop was killed last week by an illegal alien after the illegal stole several guns and a car. The police officer left behind a grieving wife and two young children. Holy Spirit, speak to members of the Senate and Congress and impress on them the need to build a wall to keep us safe. The people in Hollywood who speak out against the wall have armed bodyguards. Political members all live in gated communities and keep their doors locked at night. It is common citizens, like this young cop’s family, who suffer because of illegal aliens. Jesus, please open the eyes of those in politics who are against building the wall. Please don’t let anymore innocent lives be taken because of illegals.

I do not believe his tweets r his downfall at all, this is the only thing left that the Democrats can attack and it is the only source of true news, I hear it from the horses mouth. LOVE President Trump’s tweets. We don’t care for his language but prefer that finally someone speaks out to tell the truth exactly like it is. President Trump lives in reality. Evangelicals & conservatives have surrendered to the far-left without going on the offense in the Name of Christ. Believers have accepted false guilt & allowed themselves to be bullied by those who reject Jesus Christ. If more believers were willing to die for the cause of our Savior then our nation would not have deteriorated over the past 160 years.
Why is it that evangelicals are willing to surrender & vote for evil Democratic candidates over Godly men who live by the Word of God? Is it because they prioritize their bank accounts over Biblical principles? Jesus did not die for our checkbooks or healthcare; instead He died so that we may have life. First & foremost, life is the most important Biblical principle all evangelicals must place as priority over all other issues. Any candidate who promotes anti-life (abortion, euthanasia, etc) policies is not to be trusted as he does not value life. A culture is defined by how it treats the most vulnerable amongst us & when a candidate discards human life, then they live with a warped worldview. Warped because lack of value for human life will naturally seep over into other areas of his personal & professional life.
We pray for President Trump’s spiritual growth among all else & pray that God reveals his plan for marriage between one man & one woman. God bless the Biblical intentions of President Trump’s heart.

Let us pray continually that God will turn the hearts of the kings (those in authority in America AND around the world) to do His Will. This includes ungodly officials who hate Him and His Word. Definitely, Trump will win a second term, and in style! The first time, they said he cannot be president, but they were wrong, he won, and much to their chagrin, they blamed it on Russia!! Who are they going to blame in 2020? However, I exhort all believers who have discernment, to continue to pray for him as they did in 2016!
Heavenly Father, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your blessings! Thank you for your intercession and for President Trump. I too believe he will be re-elected. I also pray for his complete trust in The Lord, and that he seeks counsel from Him and obey.

Our faith is in God alone, and not in government, so I understand if that is what was meant, and to be sure, government is not our answer. However, it was the involvement, to the risking of their very lives, that the Christian Founders got involved. We must be all be involved in politics on some level (vote, contact legislators, pray, support godly candidates, even run for office), to the extent led by God. We MUST be involved for all that is needed for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.

We cannot however totally abdicate positions of policy making, leaving it completely in the hands of those opposed to God’s authority. Jerusalem had a wall and it was ok with God, remember though there were gates. God informed Moses of boundaries for the tribes of Israel, remember though they were allowed to pass through.
In the Gospel, although Jesus instructs us to not hinder anyone in coming to him, I don’t think building a boundary is against Christ’s teaching. The New Heaven also has gates 🙂 and Jesus calls Himself a door, so there is a concept of acceptance of lines of demarcation.
A the wall is also intended to discourage other behavior that is not “Christ like” such as human trafficking and all that comes with it. It’s not “don’t come here”, it’s “enter the way that legal and legit”.

Perhaps we should do as the Pope does (according to scripture) and build a wall around entire cities? Or, if Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi want to take in all the strangers, then those two ladies need to begin at home- from their overpriced homes in their gated communities they can be good examples of Christianity and start taking in the people coming across the border. If God’s people will need 2nd Chronicles 7:14 and fast and pray for our country and POTUS,I believe God will honor our prayers and give us Trump for four more years.
Trump will be Re elected in 2020 because sooo many Christians are praying for him & he is God’s man!! I believe his win was due to divine intervention in 2016 & I believe God will push him over the top again in 2020. Trump must require citizens to have picture I D’s to show when they vote. Illegal aliens driver’s licenses should not be allowed!!! I agree with everything you have said Georgia but I have one small problem with the ID. As a ‘new’ citizen I would not like to carry my citizenship papers with me, therefore, it would require some way of issuing ID cards at the time of citizenship. As for now I use my drivers license
