Levying explosive claims of widespread voter fraud specifically tied to Dominion Voting Systems and potentially a pay-for-play scheme with GOP Gov. Brian Kemp, Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell on Newsmax TV vowed to deliver a “biblical” voter fraud case this week.
“We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together,” Powell told Saturday night’s “The Count” co-hosted by Rob Schmitt and Mark Halperin, teasing the explosive allegation of the Georgia governor in a contested and key battleground state.
“Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical.” . . .
“You name the manner of fraud and it occurred in Georgia.”
Among the most explosive claims alluded to by Powell were:
- Joe Biden votes being “weighted” at 1.25 times and President Donald Trump votes being parsed at 3/4.
- Algorithms that gave Democrats 35,000 extra votes.
- Modifications made to voting machines after statutory cutoff dates for changes.
- Past election victories, including Hillary Clinton’s primary victory over Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., being forced decided by Dominion Voting Systems.
- Alleged pay-for-play kick backs to public officials, potentially even Georgia GOP Gov. Kemp for a late grant to use Dominion Voting Systems.
“Georgia is probably going to be the first state I’m gonna blow up,” Powell said rhetorically with her pending lawsuits alleging massive voter fraud.

Father, we need new election machines for the January 5th vote with no internet connection and software that is honest and straightforward in counting. This is #1 need. Sydney, I live outside Philadelphia on the local news we saw men with guns who came up from Virginia with guns with huge containers full of ballots outside of philly civic center. Now when you look it up on you tube all you see is Krasner and the police chief you don’t see the video. I don’t trust Krasner a Soros paid prosecutor. What happen to those ballots and the men that were so called arrested with guns. We all saw them holding guns and we all saw the huge containers on the news now nothing. I’ve been a Las Vegas odds maker and sports gaming expert for four decades- long before I became known as a nationally syndicated conservative talk show host. I understand odds and gambling in a way that no other conservative media personality, host, or politician in this country could.
And I can tell you something is very wrong with this presidential election. It reminds me of a fixed football game. Remember the famous fixed 1978 game between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles. The Giants quarterback handed the ball off. The running back didn’t want it. It fell on the ground. Herm Edwards of the Eagles picked it up and ran it into the end zone with seconds left for a last second victory. Every bettor in the world knows that game was fixed. It doesn’t matter if you can prove it. We all know.
Gamblers also feel the same way about this presidential election. This presidential election is rancid. It feels as fixed as that Giants-Eagles NFL football game. Let me give you the details of this election- from a gambler’s perspective.
Trump entered the night a 2 to 1 underdog. As soon as the polls started to close and the picture became clear, Trump’s odds quickly moved to even money. Then Trump became the slight favorite. Then a moderate favorite. Then a 2-to-1 favorite. Then 3 to 1. 4 to 1. 5 to 1. 6 to 1. 7 to 1. Finally, Trump moved to 8 to 1 favorite.
What does all this mean? Bettors putting their money on the line during Election Night have always proven to be deadly accurate. Smart bettors can clearly see what direction a race is taking. Bettors around the world clearly saw what I saw, when they stared at the electoral map- Trump was headed for an electoral landslide.But something wasn’t quite right. Fox News wouldn’t call Florida for Trump- even though he was ahead by a mile. They wouldn’t call Ohio- even though Trump was ahead by a mile, They wouldn’t call Texas- even though Trump was ahead by a mile. I sat there screaming at my television.
More strange calls. Fox News had called Virginia for Biden at the start of the night- with Trump well ahead in Virginia. Trump would remain ahead in Virginia for three long hours after Fox awarded the electoral votes to Biden. Why would they do that? What was the rush? It made no sense.
Biden was awarded Virginia with Trump ahead. But Trump was ahead by a mile in Florida, Ohio and Texas, yet Fox News refused to award him the electoral votes. I knew at that moment, something was wrong.
Something smelled fishy. Something was rotten in the DC Swamp. Bettors witnessed Trump dominating. He clearly won not only those key states of Florida, Ohio and Texas, but Trump also enjoyed large leads in the entire Midwest- Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa. It was all but over. Trump had an electoral landslide. Hence the massive 8 to 1 odds in favor of Trump.
And then it happened. It was the most bizarre call in Election Night history. Fox News called Arizona for Biden. Why? It wasn’t even close to over. There was no reason on earth to make that call. Arizona is STILL not over 8 days later. CNN still hasn’t awarded Arizona. ABC pulled it back from Biden only 24 hours ago.
Why would Fox News be in such a rush to call Arizona for Biden? At that moment, Trump’s odds crashed almost instantly from 8 to 1, back down to 2 to 1. That drop set off alarm bells. My friend who is one of the biggest bookmakers in the country called me to say, “Wayne, something is wrong. I’ve never seen a drop like that, let alone a drop that fast. How can Trump go from 8 to 1, to 2 to 1. Someone knows something. We’ve got a problem.”
It was as if someone had decided in advance to give Arizona to Biden- whether he won it, or not. It was as if the secret code was known to only a few billionaire gamblers, “Fox News awards Arizona to Biden.” Six magic words. Someone was ready for that call. Someone waited until Trump was a prohibitive 8 to 1 favorite, then knew to bet millions of dollars on Biden at the longest odds of the night. Someone knew the fix was in. Someone made a fortune.
There’s more to the story. First, by awarding both Virginia and Arizona to Biden way too early in the evening and also going super slow awarding states to Trump where he led by a mile, Fox News made sure Biden had the electoral lead all night. That’s another big part of the story. Just like the fake pollsters suppressed Trump voters for months in advance of the election with polls falsely showing Trump losing by a landslide, fake “news desk” employees sure appeared to be suppressing Trump votes on Election Night. And also creating an air of invincibility for Biden. If Biden led in every poll before the election, and led all night in electoral votes, then it wouldn’t look like a fix was in, when Biden suddenly wound up the winner the morning after. Right?
One more piece of the puzzle. From almost the moment that secret code “Fox News awards Arizona to Biden” was spoken, three key Midwest battleground states with Democrat Governors all decided to stop counting votes for the night, with Trump way ahead. Why? Why all three, at the same time? Like they were coordinated in advance. Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania all mysteriously quit counting around midnight.
To add to the idea of a fix, these states merely claimed they were stopping counting for the night. After TV cameras and Republican poll watchers were all sent home, these Democrat states all resumed counting, suddenly finding all the ballots they needed to overcome large Trump leads.
I actually took screen shots before I went to bed. Trump was winning Michigan by over 300,000 votes when they stopped counting. He was up in Wisconsin by over 100,000. In Pennsylvania he was up almost 700,000 votes. But in the wee hours of the morning I took a new screenshot. Suddenly Biden was up by 9,000 in Wisconsin and
30,000 in Michigan. How’d that happen? I thought they stopped counting?
It all started with that bizarre Arizona call by Fox News.
Folks, someone knew. The fix was in. A few key people made millions betting on this election. They knew the exact minute to jump in. They knew exactly when a Trump landslide would turn to a Biden victory, with the help of a fake TV network call and fake ballots.
They knew Arizona was going to be called way too early. They knew that fake Arizona call would trigger vote counting to stop and massive ballot fraud to begin.
I don’t know what the Supreme Court will decide. But bettors all over the world know in our guts exactly what happened. The fix was in, no different than that famous NY Giants-Philadelphia Eagle fix in 1978 at the Meadowlands.
Trump was robbed. This election was stolen.

I well remember how radical Sydney Powell’s claims were regarded by some as she uncovered the fraud, corruption, and character assassination of General Michael Flynn. Conspiracy theory they said. Crazy. Unfounded. But they weren’t. It was all true. LORD, You’ve not given me supernatural insight of Sydney Powell’s claims. I do, however, have her past track record as well as that of election corruption. Her claims are not hard to believe. I lift all seekers of truth up to You. Prosper them with strength, wisdom, & understanding. Uncover the truth and assign justice for willful evildoers. It is not a person or political party that is the target of their iniquity & hate, but rather it is You and Your sovereignty over all.
This country, so anointed by You, is teetering on the precipice of the destruction of the last remnants of our Godly foundation & heritage. Open the eyes of the slumbering drunk-on-the-world church! You are the One who loves righteousness and justice, so I pray You’d breakthrough in this whole situation and expose everything You want brought to the light now. Put Your flood light on Georgia and expose it all. Give specific evidence needed and I pray people who should be arrested will be arrested. Let this serve as a lesson so others will be afraid to sin in this same way in the future. Give us safe and honest ways to have our elections. Expose George Soros’ involvement in this voter fraud plus other politicians. Let the full exposure start in Georgia and continue from there. As of last Friday, I have had a deep & consistent sense of urgency to pray for Sidney.
(I have been praying for her safety and health primarily – and then for wisdom & God to open her eyes and the eyes of her associates to details we as mortals would virtually not be able to see.)
Yes, she is out there. But, one conservative after another including Trump supporters (not to mention the other side) will by definition filter their opinions by their limited exposure and understanding. Furthermore, given the nature and possible dimensions of where she is operating even if she’s completely correct many of us will NOT be able “accept” and deal with her ascertains. She doesn’t have a massive team. Let her present the case to the court, pray for her, and then go from there.
Lord Jesus, when you died the curtain of the temple was torn in two. We ask that you rend the veil that is between the spiritual world and the natural world so that we your children can SEE what is behind the veil and pray accordingly in this situation. On Lou Dobbs just now, Sydney Powell said that the election fraud was so pervasive and blatant that it is like they wanted to get caught, like it was simply a DIVERSION. This summer I kept thinking that they had an “insurance policy” or they would be more active on the campaign trail. I prayed even then for God to expose it.
The brazenness of the election fraud, the many different kinds, etc. indicates to me that something is up.
Lord God, you do not want us to fear so I simply pray that you would open our eyes to the reason that the Democrats and foreign actors (Sydney said there was definitely foreign influence in our elections) have been so OBVIOUS in their crimes. What or who is their “insurance policy?” You warned the Israelites time and again not to depend on Egypt to come to their aid. Whoever the fraudsters are depending on cannot stand up against you, LORD! There is no army on earth that can defeat the LIVING GOD. Just like the story of Sennacherib and Hezekiah. Not to be overly certain, but reading your post of the Dems wanting it to be obvious, this came to me.
The Dems know they cannot legally win. We know that globalists and tyrants of many sorts have for a long time found the United States a hindrance to their global ambitions.
So if a nation cannot be overthrown through eg rigging elections(as apparently happened many times including in Venezuela), another way would be to create such chaos, anarchy and even civil war that that nation collapse from within. Indeed, Lincoln did say in effect, that America was too strong to be defeated by conquest from outside by foreign invasion. That we could only be conquered from within.
In recent months, we have seen Democratic mayors and officials allowing that destructiveness through allowing rioting and chaos in their cities while clamping down on churches and religious freedoms. And other reports have spoken of plans for civil war being stirred up after the election. Divide and conquer. We lost more lives in the first Civil War than all other American wars combined. And we still have not fully recovered from the affects of that war after one-bundred and fifty years. Lincoln quoted Jesus:
“A house divided against itself CANNOT stand.”
So why make the vote fraud so obvious? I’m not sure, but could it be, in our already divided nation, those in the know would support rightfully correcting the vote theft and rightfully giving the Presidency to President Trump.
But so many citizens have not only been conditioned by the media like Pavlov’s dogs to believe Biden won, but also so many other lies against Truth and Trump. So it would not take a far stretch of the imagination for the Prophets of Baal and satan, aka the media, to program deceived citizens to rise up in rebellion, rioting and revolution to try to spark a new civil war.
Again, not saying definitively that is the enemy’s game plan. But I certainly think it a very possible we must pre-emptively strike down with our Prayer Force and Prayer missiles as Holy Spirit.
The two most dramatic and traumatic times in our nations history was the American Revolution to birth our nation and secondly, the American Civil War by which satan could have destroyed this nation entering in through the door of the injustice of slavery. And we probably need a new, and hopefully non-violent, Second American Revolution to spark a ew Great Awakening and rebirth both of our Christian and spiritual foundations and of the freedoms whose fruit spring from those roots of righteousness. I believe that would be God’s will, but that satan would seek to foment and stir up a new civil war to terminate our nation.

Lord God, I am perplexed, bothered, worried and scared about this election, future elections, what is/isn’t the truth and how we escape this mounting evil. I imagine thousands of other American Christians are as well. My prayer is for patience, understanding and most of all faith in your word, your promises and to trust that you are in control. I think I was victim of a variation on the “sharpie scam”. At the local early voting site, I was told to sign my signature on an electronic pad with a toothpick thickness stick, of an estimated length of 7″ to 8″. It was so flimsy that I couldn’t control it. I told the lady I can’t sign my signature with that flimsy thing and she insisted I do it. I attempted with sloppy results and the lady said “that’s fine”. I wonder if that could have been used to disqualify my ballot. Note: I had ordered a mail-in ballot but did not use it. I explained to the lady that I had one, but was not going to use it b/c I preferred to vote in person for obvious security reasons. I fear my vote “failed” signature match, and that they used a fake ballot in place of mine. My vote was Straight Republican. Can it be checked? I witnessed many more elderly people going through exactly what I did with respect to the flimsy wooden swizzle sticks.

My humble understanding on the Statement is more of a legal and technical separation, not a departure from the ultimate goal. Giuliani’s team represent a government institution (Presidency), while Powell and Linwood represent the People. Sidney Powell is acting according to her training as a district attorney prosecuting crimes wherever the investigation leads her. It appears the level of corruption is so extensive and pervasive that many people in the general public will have a hard time accepting it. One very important point to remember in the “strategy of war” – make it seem like you are losing. Give away enough information to make it seem like there is dissension in the ranks.
