California Gov. Gavin Newsom became Tuesday only the second governor in U.S. history to beat back a recall, surviving the campaign to oust him over his novel coronavirus pandemic shutdowns and the state’s myriad economic, environmental and social woes.
Early results in the special election showed that the recall question against the Democratic governor had gone down to defeat, according to projections by CNN, NBC News and the Associated Press.
With 58% of the vote counted, consisting of absentee and early ballots, 68% of the voters had voted “No” on the recall, effectively saying Mr. Newsom should stay in the governor’s mansion.
In brief remarks from Sacramento, Mr. Newsom said that he was “humbled and grateful to the millions and millions of Californians that exercised their fundamental right to vote and expressed themselves so overwhelmingly by rejecting the division.”
“We said yes to science, we said yes to ending this pandemic, we said yes to people’s right to vote without fear of fake fraud or voter suppression, we said yes to women’s fundamental constitutional right to decide for herself what she does with her body,” said Mr. Newsom. “We said yes to diversity, we said yes to inclusion, we said yes to pluralism, we said yes to all those things that we hold dear as Californians.”

We know by your spirit what has taken place so we choose to stand in this hour on your promises to bring deliverance and revival to our nation and the world. No weapon formed against us shall prosper and you will refute every tongue that rises up against your will and your word. We declare that our God has not left the building but will do exceedingly abundantly above and beyond what we could ask or think. It is sad that the people of CA cannot see the very evil before their eyes. Thirty-nine million dollars raised to re-elect this man. It is sad that they never thought to raise that kind of money to help fight homelessness, build shelters and clean up their cities and streets.

I think your missing the point.the cash raised to “elect this man” was from the minions under the control of the pelosi crime family. Any elections using dom machines are rigged,they never corrected that…(surprise!!) ballots were found and/or reported as far away as eastern states…I do not mean to be disrespectful,however your observations need a lot more research.We worked our tails off here in the socialist republic of communist California in TWO recalls that the slimeball elite globalist tossed right down the drain by manipulatging the majority of socilaist residents in this state,that think they are ushering a utopia that will only bleed the economy to a death knell state much worse tghan it already is.Jesus is the only real answer-may He return soon

What CA just experienced was another “successful” election fraud. My guess is is the actual numbers were at least 20% lower but since big tech was a major ‘donor’ to keep Newsom in…then they were (again) heavily involved in the fraud. Mark these words – Newsom’s day will come as the Lord ordains it. Newsom is corrupt as is his administration. His state is the world’s top exporter of porn, which the state willingly collects taxes from. In that exported porn to every state in our nation and nations of the world, there contains underage teens and children who are being exploited knowingly by the state of CA while the governor pretends it doesn’t exist.
Their crushing tyranny over the people of the state using “the rules of policy and law” is suffocating the people and business. They are being crushed and the Dems of CA “look the other way”. Our Lord is not amused or pleased and He will judge accordingly. They can take their corrupt and short lived victory lap now but it will be long lived. The lack of humility and the disrespect of our Almighty God by the governor does not bode well for his future.
Gavin Newsom was once related (not blood related) to Nancy Pelosi! You would think they were blood relatives because they are so, so, similar! He is so deceived and arrogant! Yesterday, all I saw were Republicans, that went to the polls to vote, being told, “you’ve already voted!!” Does that sound like the last “election?”
If we can’t stop this fraud from being perpetrated, on our nation, we are going to be full Marxist, as a country! We will have a totalitarian government! This should have EVERYONE on their knees!

Sister Pauline, you have spoken the words from my heart. I am incredibly angry, upset & disheartened. Are we spinning our wheels here with all these election integrity projects in AZ & elsewhere? There is no way that Newsom did not steal this election.
Father God, we fall on our faces in utter despair & dependence upon You. I feel like David in Ps 42: My Adversaries taunt me, as if crushing my bones, while all day long they say to me, “Where is your God?”
Immediately after the announcement of his “win”, LA County said they were going full-vaccine-passport! God help us all!
I don’t have any trust on the election process in California. I don’t believe there is election integrity! I pray that GOD will expose any wrongdoing and stealing the election from Larry Elders as it was don Ed in 2020!
