A Pennsylvania judge on Nov. 25 ordered state officials to not certify the results of the 2020 election until her court holds a hearing on an election contest on Nov. 27.
Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Nov. 24. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.
“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the judge wrote in her order (pdf).
“Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from certifying the remaining results of the election, pending the evidentiary hearing.”
McCullough is presiding over a lawsuit brought by Republican lawmakers and candidates against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and the Pennsylvania General Assembly.
The plaintiffs allege that Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail statute—Act 77—is in violation of the state’s constitution.
“Act 77 is the most expansive and fundamental change to the Pennsylvania voting code, implemented illegally, to date,” the lawsuit, filed in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, states.
“As with prior historical attempts to illegally expand mail-in voting by statute, which have been struck down going as far back as the Military Absentee Ballot Act of 1839, Act 77 is another illegal attempt to override the limitations on absentee voting prescribed in the Pennsylvania Constitution, without first following the necessary procedure to amend the constitution to allow for the expansion.”
The plaintiffs include Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.), Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell, and Pennsylvania House of Representatives candidate Wanda Logan.
The office of Gov. Wolf didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment. It’s unclear what steps remained as of Nov. 25 to “perfect” the certification of the presidential and vice-presidential races.
After the Keystone State announced the certification of the presidential election results on Nov. 24, the plaintiffs filed an emergency request (pdf) just before midnight, arguing that there was no need to act so fast. In 2016, Pennsylvania certified the presidential election on Dec. 12.
“It appears that respondents’ actions may have been accelerated in response to the application for emergency relief … in an effort to preclude any remedial action by this court faster than this court was able to evaluate the application for emergency relief and the answers to it,” the plaintiffs wrote.
The emergency request underlined that while Pennsylvania completed vote-counting and submitted the signed certification to the U.S. archivist, a number of steps still remain for the formal certification process to be completed.

Father God please I pray that efforts to validate that which is fraudulent would be stopped. May truth and justice win out over evil. Please extend Your mercy to us and I pray that You will allow us to keep Pres. Trump and Mike Pence another four years. In Jesus precious Name and authority. Amen!

Lord, let every vote cast be checked for verification and let every vote/ballot that was blocked or flipped be exposed as such. Let every voter see how their vote was cast, to see whether their vote was credited to the candidate that they voted for or was cast to a different candidate. Lord, have mercy on us. I also live in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and what is happening in a disgrace! This action shows the corruption of the current government administration.
Pray that Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Judge Patricia McCullough is successful in her mission to block the certification of all the other election results. We pray that other states will follow her lead, and that President Trump will be victorious. We pray that justice will prevail, and the wrongdoer will be punished.

I read the whole plantiff’s aleges against the Governor and the secretary. It is obvious that the goal was to scew the election totals and that PA is being led by corrupted officials. They should be asked to step down for violating their oath of office. It’s time to send the true corruiptibles a message. This will not be tolerated in Ameria. Is anybody else infuriated about the fact that people in our government (some elected and some not) put Antifa, BLM, China, and other enemies of this country in charge of handling our votes and polling places in our country? We are God’s dominion, not theirs…my vote is my own, I have not turned permission over to ANYONE to alter, mishandle or miscount it in any way! Even though I do not have evidence that has happened to my vote personally, I do know someone who still has not received word that her vote was counted…I am so mad right now!!
I am in California-they didn’t even bother counting all of the votes in this state…but the LORD needs to put an end to what has happened here too, what is happening in these battleground states has happened here on the west coast for far too long! I have no doubt fraud has taken place here, maybe not as much as other places, but enough that someone needs to come forward…I praying that God has tormented the spirit of wrongdoers day and night so much so that only confession will bring them relief!

Yes ‘M’. I too am from Cali. I’ve heard many prophectic voices say Calif will turn Red. At the Cross God’s love turned Red; at the poles our votes will turn many states Red.
This sabotage had to happen. This election was the catalyst, so God can expose not just this election, but years of corruption in our elections system.

Thars exactly what happened to Nehemiah. His King asked him what is it that he requires after he heard about the devastation in Jerusalem. Then after Nehemiah had requested for his help It says in Chapter 2 verse 7:”And King granted me what I asked, for the good hand of my God was upon me.”

Heavenly Father, we pray that You thwart the evil plans and schemes of satan whose attempts to manipulate America’s legal system backfire to reign down Your justice back on his own head. Free his human cohorts from his grasp that they turn to You, Lord, for Savation by grace.
